组织中个人知识生成与创新是组织获取竞争力的关键。理性论与经验论对立成为传统西方知识论的特色,基于此之上的个人知识创新理论关注隐性知识与显性知识以及二者互相转换形成螺旋上升过程,忽视了由人的情感与自由等驱动的活性知识,同时也忽略了情感在知识转换过程中的地位。从知识整体论角度出发,提出了组织中个人知识的生成与创新路径,以及个人知识互相转换的九大模式,从而揭示了组织中个体知识创新的推动力。 相似文献

为回顾和把握中国知识产权质押融资领域的发展情况,文章运用文献计量与可视化分析软件Citespace对CNKI中的核心期刊、CSSCI、CSSCD收录的重要文献进行知识图谱构建,探究知识产权质押融资从始至今的研究热点、核心作者和合作机构以及前沿主题。研究结果表明:我国知识产权质押融资研究可分为三个阶段:初始萌芽期(1996~2005年)、蓬勃发展期(2006~2013年)、稳定发展期(2014~2022年),不同时间段的研究热点都呈现出与国家政策和时代特点紧密结合的特征。最后,提出未来研究的趋势和重点。 相似文献

The great contemporary organizational challenge for enterprises is to create a conceptual and methodological framework allows the management of knowledge by means of networks designed for social interaction. This statement is based on the premise that the competitive drive and sustainable success of the company depend on the introduction of new forms of production innovative processes, which can only be ensured through integrated approaches to knowledge management and the incorporation information technologies (IT). This is a reality that has already been accepted by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa, its acronym in Portuguese), a Brazilian research, development, and innovation (RD&I) institution supporting agricultural sector. For some years now, Embrapa has been incorporating what it has learned about knowledge management into its strategic planning process. This study theorized and validated a model of knowledge sharing continuance in a special type of online community, the online question answering (Q&A) community, in which knowledge exchange is reflected mainly by asking and answering specific questions. We created a model that integrated knowledge sharing factors and knowledge self-efficacy into the expectation confirmation theory. The hypotheses derived from this model were empirically validated using an online survey conducted among users of a famous online Q&A community in China, “Yahoo! Answers China”. The results suggested that users’ intention to continue sharing knowledge (i.e., answering questions) was directly influenced by users’ ex-post feelings as consisting of two dimensions: satisfaction, and knowledge self-efficacy. Based on the obtained results, we also found that knowledge self-efficacy and confirmation mediated the relationship between benefits and satisfaction. 相似文献

有效评估药物专利价值有必要考虑制药基础技术细节以及新药专利保护期限较长的特殊性等有关实际,同时,利用机器学习方法开展专利价值评估的研究仍有待进一步完善,因此,针对生物制药产业专利价值评估准确性问题,结合产业技术因素及其专利特点,以及专利价值评估的共性指标和生物制药产业特征与专利技术特点的个性指标,引入自编码器(AE)模型和谱聚类算法(SC)构建专利价值评估算法模型,以药智专利通数据库的相关专利数据为样本进行实证分析,通过提取专利指标特征、专利聚类来进行专利价值评估,并运用支持向量机方法对专利价值进行分类,以验证AE-SC评估模型的有效性.结果表明:AE-SC评估模型通过自编码器提取专利特征后的专利价值聚类准确度优于谱聚类和传统K-means聚类;专利存在年数、药物专利类型、适应证类别等是评价生物制药产业专利价值必要考虑因素. 相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate technological diversity in the knowledge search and the knowledge output stages of the green inventive process. Exploiting a large sample of European patent data, from 1980 to 2013, the paper explores the degree of diversity in green inventions, comparing the recombinant features of green technologies with a control sample of non-green technologies selected through propensity score matching techniques. Empirical results suggest that green technologies show a higher degree of diversity of the knowledge sources and a higher technological diversity in how knowledge is effectively recombined. We further find that the green diversity premium is higher in the knowledge output phase than in the knowledge search phase. We conclude that the assessment of the role of technological diversity along the different phases of the invention process may improve the appropriate organization of innovative activities and policy design necessary for stimulating green technological developments and support a feasible sustainable transition. 相似文献

Customer relationship management (CRM) and knowledge management (KM) have become key strategic tool for all companies, especially in the current competitive environment. Moreover, customer knowledge is an important issue for CRM implementation. Reviewing the literature, we found many studies that analyze the crucial role played by KM initiatives as determinants of the success of CRM. Moreover, we found also diverse studies that show high rates of failure when implementing that strategy, so there is still no integrated conceptual framework to guide companies to their successful implementation. In this paper, with data of 153 Spanish hotels, we examine the relationships between KM and CRM success using a structural equation model. The main contribution is that having knowledge management capabilities is not sufficient for the success of CRM, but there are other factors to consider. In particular, organizational factors indeed impact CRM success and they appear to be intermediaries of the impact of other factors (KM capabilities/technological/customer orientation factors) in the success of CRM (in financial and marketing terms). 相似文献
