英美图书情报专业教育与毕业生职业选择的关系分析

本文从英关图书情报类专业毕业生就业状况的分析入手,发现在以传统图书情报机构为主导的前提下,毕业生的职业选择出现了向信息职业其他领域渗透的多元化趋势,同时,探讨了图书情报专业教育与毕业生职业选择的内在对应关系,并从专业定位、课程体系建设、实践实习以及就业服务等不同视角进行了原因分析。     

复合型高校文库初探--建立北京林业大学文库的实践与启示

文章回顾了高校文库建设的沿革,分析了高校文库建设的现状,认为"文库"建设目前面临的主要任务是在收集实物同时,建立题录和全文数据库.指出物理型与数字型"文库"并举是"文库"建设发展的方向.同时分析了"文库"发展中的缺憾,并在此基础上提出了建设复合型文库的设想.     

The e-government research domain: A triple helix network analysis of collaboration at the regional,country, and institutional levels

This study introduces a hybrid approach (i.e., a social network analysis technique and triple helix indicators) to study certain aspects of the e-government (EG) domain that would otherwise remain hidden when using conventional analytic tools. Particularly, we provide network analysis of the EG research domain by focusing on the network collaboration between regions, nations and institutions. We collected and analyzed 1091 scholarly papers which were classified as being about “e-government” by the Web of Science database. The results indicate that hybrid method can be used to understand certain network-level structures and patterns in the EG domain which are beyond the scope of the predominantly-used systematic literature review (SLR) method. Particularly, the hybrid method is useful in understanding collaboration patterns between countries, institutions and regions in the EG domain, identifying key players by studying their network properties (i.e., degree centralities); and in understanding the pattern of relations among universities, industries, and government. The implications of these results in terms of research and practice, and study limitations are discussed.     

国外网络出版物缴送政策对我国相关立法工作的启示

网络出版物的缴送与长期保存是文化遗产保护的重要组成部分,政策保障是网络出版物缴送工作顺利实施的关键。在解读国外网络出版物缴送立法的基础上,深入分析网络出版物缴送过程中的缴送范围、缴送方式、缴送时间、缴送格式、限制利用、缴送费用等实施细则,建议我国尽快将网络出版物纳入法定缴送范围,明确界定网络出版物的缴送范围及缴送主体,制定网络出版物缴送工作实施细则。     

Analyzing Food Science Research for Publishing Characteristics as a Model for Understanding the Needs of Researchers

Abstract

This paper provides a methodology to study the characteristics of the research output from a university department. The faculty publications and their cited references over a 10-year period were used as the basis for this study to identify their publishing patterns and the types of material they are publishing; a core set of journals and other resources they are publishing in and citing over this period; the characteristics of the journals in which they publish and cite; the degree of openness of their publications and their citation advantage; and the age of resources that are referenced.     

Autism spectrum disorder assessment and evaluation research in 10 school psychology journals from 2007 to 2017

School psychologists are increasingly engaged in service provisions for students eligible for special education services under the eligibility category of autism, including conducting school‐based assessments and evaluations. Evaluations occur for a variety of reasons such as special education eligibility decision‐making, treatment and intervention planning, and progress monitoring. Publications in school psychology journals emphasizing autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessment and evaluation are vital to quality training and practitioner utilization of quality practices. In the current study, researchers conducted a systematic review of publicaftions in 10 school psychology journals from 2007 to 2017 to assess the current state of ASD assessment and evaluation research in the field of school psychology. Implications for researchers, trainers, and practitioners are discussed.     

繁荣·隐忧·对策——对当下少儿读物出版的现状分析

少儿出版物作为我国出版物的一个种类,一直以来受到人们的广泛关注。少儿出版物的好坏直接关系到少年儿童的健康成长。近年来,我国虽然出版了许多颇具思想性、知识性、文学性、趣味性的少儿读物,但不可否认的是还存在着诸如内容低俗、质量低劣、价格虚高等现象,一些含有淫秽色情和凶杀暴力内容的图书也正在大量地充斥着少儿读物市场,严重地毒害着少年儿童的身心,影响着他们的健康成长,我们必须引起高度重视。     

国内外图情类期刊网站可用性分析

【目的】了解国内外图书馆学情报学期刊网站可用性是否存在差异及差异的来源。【方法】 以国内18种、国外21种高影响力的图书馆学情报学期刊网站为分析对象,采用可达性、可读性、网站响应速度和网站链接效果进行比较测评。【结果】 国内外图书馆学情报学期刊在网站可用性方面存在一定程度的差异,国内图书馆学情报学期刊网站在可用性方面有一定的改进空间。【结论】 国内期刊应当更多地从使用者的角度考虑网站建设,科技期刊网站的可用性应根据不同的语言进行有针对性的评价。     

国内外后现代主义哲学与图书情报学研究的述与思

指出国内外图书情报学与后现代主义哲学的研究集中在以下方面：对图书情报学学科环境的观照;后代主义哲学对认识图书情报学认识与存在关系的指导;对图书情报学研究现状和实践现状的解释。在此基础上提出后现代主义哲学的理论和方法对其技术地位现状、多种理论声音现状、认识与存在、理论体系和学科环境的一种解释。
     

高校院系资料室数字化的进程

网络信息时代 ,为一切涉及文献信息的工作岗位带来了新的机遇和挑战。高校院系资料室身处存废的争辩中 ,数字化为它带来了新的生机。正是网络机制这个能够快速、大批量、简捷、低成本处置文献信息的工具 ,一扫过去资料工作手工操作的低速、小批量、繁琐、经费不足等障碍 ,而使它跨进到一个新的阶段。如何在现有的条件下 ,使资料室向数字化迈进 ,是当务之急。
