李逊《安庆府志》考述

安庆府志在明代凡四次纂修,嘉靖间知府李逊所主修的《安庆府志》即是其中完整的一部。此志自明迄今公私书目虽有载录,然或因载录者之疏漏,或因承袭旧讹之不察,在载记其纂修与刊刻时间时颇多讹误;有关该志与正德志之间的承继关系及其对正德志所做诸多厘正完善之功亦语焉不详。对此进行考辨梳理,很有必要。     

Schooling and local environmental knowledge: Do they complement or substitute each other?

Schooling and the knowledge acquired at school have been considered both a cause of loss of indigenous knowledge (because it opens pathways to the non-indigenous world and worldviews) and a potential remedy to its demise (if educational curricula is aligned with indigenous realities by giving instruction in local languages and incorporating local knowledge in school content). We test the association between academic and local environmental knowledge using data from a society of forager-horticulturalists in the Bolivian Amazon who were exposed to a partially contextualized school curriculum. We found that although schooling and academic knowledge bear a negative association with local knowledge the magnitude is low, probably because schooling was partially contextualized. Contextualized learning might help avoid that the provision of universal education comes at the cost of humanity's cultural diversity.

针对地方性高校教师教育质量保障的现状和存在的问题,给出构建质量保障体系的目的和遵循的原则、基本结构以及实施过程,改进和完善教育质量保障体系,推动地方性高校教育质量的跨越式发展。     

Markers of isometric training intensity and reductions in resting blood pressure

Abstract

In this study, we examined the correlations between selected markers of isometric training intensity and subsequent reductions in resting blood pressure. Thirteen participants performed a discontinuous incremental isometric exercise test to volitional exhaustion at which point mean torque for the final 2-min stage (2min-torque_peak) and peak heart rate peak (HR_peak) were identified. Also, during 4 weeks of training (3 sessions per week, comprising 4 × 2 min bilateral leg isometric exercise at 95% HR_peak), heart rate (HR_train), torque (Torque_train), and changes in EMG amplitude (ΔEMG_amp) and frequency (ΔEMG_freq) were determined. The markers of training intensity were: Torque_train relative to the 2min-torque_peak (%2min-torque_peak), EMG relative to EMG_peak (%EMG_peak), HR_train ΔEMG_amp, ΔEMG_freq, and %MVC. Mean systolic (?4.9 mmHg) and arterial blood pressure (?2.7mmHg) reductions correlated with %2min-torque_peak (r = ?0.65, P = 0.02 and r = ?0.59, P = 0.03), ΔEMG_amp (r = 0.66, P = 0.01 and r = 0.59, P = 0.03), ΔEMG_freq (r = ?0.67, P = 0.01 and r = ?0.64, P = 0.02), and %EMG_peak (systolic blood pressure only; r = ?0.63, P = 0.02). These markers best reflect the association between isometric training intensity and reduction in resting blood pressure observed after bilateral leg isometric exercise training.     

论农地流转中地方政府的角色定位

当前在农地流转中地方政府既是监管者,同时又是利益主体,利益冲突之下的政府行为失范使得政府管制不断加强却又失灵。地方政府应定位于自发制度演进的监督者,其职能应以提供公共物品和市场监管为主。同时,地方政府之间也存在地区间的制度竞争。这些都要求地方政府出台综合性的配套制度来促进农地流转。
