基于云计算的政务信息融合平台的研究*

目前电子政务的发展已进入信息资源融合的阶段。软硬件资源的整合有助于降低成本和提升政府的服务水平。在介绍云计算技术的基础上,以湖北省科技政务综合服务平台建设为例,构建了基于云计算的政务信息融合平台的总体框架,描述了云平台构建过程中的虚拟化阶段、平台搭建阶段以及服务实施阶段的具体内容,并对平台存在的不足提出了相应的解决措施。     

《医学信息检索与利用》课程PBL-LBL教学方法改革探讨

针对《医学信息检索与利用》这门课程在我校各医学专业教学的现状与问题,将PBL与LBL相结合的教学法引入教学中,既提高了教师的自身素质,又培养了学生的自主学习能力,形成教学相长的良好循环。     

An empirical investigation of factors influencing the adoption of data mining tools

Previous studies explored the adoption of various information technologies. However, there is little empirical research on factors influencing the adoption of data mining tools (DMTs), particularly at an individual level. This study investigates how users perceive and adopt DMTs to broaden practical knowledge for the business intelligence community. First, this study develops a theoretical model based on the Technology Acceptance Model 3, and then examines its perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and its ability to explain users’ intentions to use DMTs. The model's determinants include 4 categories: the task-oriented dimension (job relevance, output quality, result demonstrability, response time, and format), control beliefs (computer self-efficacy and perceptions of external control), emotion (computer anxiety), and intrinsic motivation (computer playfulness). This study also surveys the moderating effect of experience and output quality on the determinants of DMT adoption and use. An empirical study involving 206 DMT users was conducted to evaluate the model using structural equation modeling. Results demonstrate that the proposed model explains 58% of the variance. The findings of this study have interesting implications with respect to DMT adoption, both for researchers and practitioners.     

LET THE IGNORANT CONSUMER BEWARE: CONSUMER INFORMATION AND EFFICIENCY OF CONSUMER DECISION MAKING IN THE USA

Although many of the institutions which make up the modern economy pour out data which they hope will be used by consumers in their decision on what to consume, consumers still are regarded by some commentators as ‘ignorant’ when they make those decisions. Two main reasons are postulated, involving the cost of search and requirements for efficient data management. The policy implications are then assessed and the need for leadership in consumer information policy expressed. Finally, the way higher education can help fill the policy gap is briefly explored.     

信息与计算科学专业的信号处理课程改革

信号与系统和数字信号处理是很多工科专业的核心课程．直接将其教学方案应用于信息与计算科学专业将会带来很多不便。本文基于华北水利水电学院的专业课程改革,通过对专业培养方案中的授课内容探讨以及市场上的教材分析,结合专业自身特点,建立了一套适用于本专业的信号处理课程理论培养体系。该体系在减少学时的基础上．能够顺利完成所有知识点的教学,符合专业培养要求。     

探讨后勤信息化管理模式设计和利用

社会的信息化发展带来管理的信息化,随着高校的建设和改革的不断深化,给高校的后勤管理提出了新的要求,因此,实行高校后勤管理的信息化,提高后勤管理效率,是高校后勤管理发展的必然结果。本文简单介绍了高校后勤管理信息化对高校建设的重要意义,通过对高校后勤信息管理模式的设计和利用进行探讨,阐述了高校后勤管理信息化的必然性。     

基于B/S结构的高校设备管理系统设计

对高校设备管理系统进行了分析和设计。首先对系统进行了需求分析;然后分析了系统的设计原则和功能模块,按照功能把系统分为四大模块,并对各模块进行了功能分析;最后采用三层体系结构对系统进行了软件结构设计。     

信息隐私关注、信任与智能手机用户的个人信息安全行为意向

[目的/意义]信息隐私关注和信任是影响智能手机用户的个人信息安全行为的重要因素,对智能手机用户的信息隐私关注和信任与其个人信息安全行为意向关系的探讨有助于更好地理解智能手机用户的信息安全行为。[方法/过程]本文引入以往经验变量,构建了智能手机用户信息隐私关注、信任与其信息安全行为意向之间的作用模型,通过调查问卷收集数据,并利用SmartPLS2.0进行验证。[结果/结论]研究发现：智能手机用户的信息隐私关注对其信息安全行为意向具有正向作用;用户对智能手机生产商和服务商的信任在信息隐私关注和信息安全行为意向之间起到中介作用;智能手机用户信息安全方面的以往经验对其信息隐私关注、信任和信息安全行为意向起正向作用。     

Information systems and sustainable supply chain management towards a more sustainable society: Where we are and where we are going

The objectives of this study are to identify and systematize scholarly articles on the use of information system to support sustainable supply chain management and to suggest future research opportunities. Therefore, a structured literature review was conducted. The most relevant studies identified were classified and categorized into seven dimensions: research context, research focus, research method, sector analyzed, information system (IS) beneficiaries, relationship between IS and green supply chain practices, and performance benefits. The main authors and articles on this particular topic were identified. In addition, it was concluded that IS is an important support tool for sustainable supply chain management practices since it brings benefits to the organization, suppliers, and customers. Furthermore, IS positively influences the operational, financial, and environmental performance of the organization. However, further advances in the literature are still needed. The major contribution of this research is related to the recommendations that provide opportunities for future research.
