高职教育导师制：意义，模式和应注意的问题

社会发展对高职教育提出更高的要求。本文从高职教育要构建新的人才培养模式出发，阐述高职教育实施导师制的意义、可运作的模式和应注意的问题。     

Can research on science learning and instruction inform standards for science education?

We contrast the current science education reform effort with the reforms of the 1960s and suggest how the current effort could be enhanced. We identify insights from recent research that we believe can inform the reform process, in particular, to reach all science students and also impart a cohesive view of science. We propose an alternative models view of scientific explanation and show how this view would contribute to reforms of (1) course goals, (2) social aspects of science learning, (3) instructional practices, and (4) roles for technology.This paper summarizes discussions and debates that the authors have had over the last few years. The dialogue stems, in part, from our joint participation in the American Educational Research Association Special Interest Group on Education in Science and Technology (AERA SIG:EST) leadership. 信息网络对高校学生的思想、行为及心理等方面产生了重要影响,呈现出积极与消极共存交错的复杂状况。对此,高校必须加强校园网络的建设和管理,加强网络心理教育和网络伦理道德教育,重视舆论引导,帮助学生树立正确的网络观,引导学生进行自我调节和自我教育,在社会的支持配合下,解决好网络的负面影响问题。     

我国电子废弃物管理的立法思考

在我国经济高速发展的形势下,如何规范电子废弃物的管理已经成为一个突出的问题.本文拟从立法入手,针对当前我国关于电子废弃物管理的实际情况,并借鉴了西方发达国家在电子废弃物管理方面立法的成功经验,提出建立行之有效的管理体制和标准体系,分析了政府、生产者、销售者、消费者各主体之间的责任承担等问题,希望能以此提高我国对于电子废弃物的管理水平,实现可持续发展的战略目标.
