高职院校工商企业管理人才培养课程体系研究

以某高职院校工商企业管理专业为例,抽样部分应届毕业生和在校学生,使用访谈法和问卷调查法进行调查研究。分析当前工商企业管理专业人才培养课程体系和教学内容,并对存在的问题进行剖析,从专业建设和人才培养模式的方向出发,提出课程体系和教学内容的改革建议。     

Managing Privacy and the Decision to Disclose: Disclosures of Sexual Victimization

This study explores the communication used by survivors after they have experienced an incident of sexual victimization. Specifically, it examines sexual victimization survivors’ criteria for disclosure through the lens of communication privacy management theory. Participants completed an online questionnaire in which they described their first disclosure incident. Qualitative analysis of these incidents illustrated survivors’ reasons for disclosing, anxieties during disclosure and the power the recipient often has in shaping the outcome of the disclosure event. These findings may be used to aid future survivors and recipients of this high-risk disclosure.     

Transient Responses of Flexible Non—uniform Spinning Shaft with Nonlinear and Asymmetric Supports

In this paper ,a hybrid approach was developed to investigate the transient responses of a multi-span non-uniform flexble spinning shaft with nonlinear and asymmetric supports.The non-uniform spinning shaft with variable parmeters was modeled as a Bernoulli-Euler beam column with sectional constant cross-section properties by the finite element method.The supporting stiffness behavior of the nonlinear supports was described as a piecewise-linear and asymmetric model.The equations of motion in the matrix form of a multi-span non-uniform spinning shaft with nonlinear and asymmetric supports were formulated using Hamilton‘s principle and the assumed mode method.As an example,a spinning rocket with many variable stiffness supports was numerically simulated by the direct integration method.The transient response and dynamic behavior of this rotate-dynamic system are analyzed.     

建立高校家庭经济困难学生二元资助体系研究

2007年开始,国家对高等学校家庭经济困难学生的经济资助力度大幅增加,高校通过＂奖、贷、助、补、减＂,开始建立新的资助体系。因此,如何构建完善的高校家庭经济困难学生资助体系,并提出改善思路,对开拓富有实效、与时俱进的助学工作新格局具有重要的理论和实践意义。

从健身俱乐部的建立、提供消费的方式、盈利手段和发展前景等方面入手对徐闸市的健身俱乐部的管理状况和经营手段进行探讨与分析,从而进一步推动全民健身纲要的实施,提高人们的健身意识,并对徐州市健身俱乐部的发展提供建议．     

高校对口支援中教育资源优化配置的理念研究

西部高校对口支援工作中最核心的工作是教育资源的支援与优化配置。如何对受援高等学校公平、透明、有效配置教育资源一直是我国教育行政管理部门在西部高校对口支援工作中希望研究解决的问题。教育资源配置理念决定了教育资源配置的效果。基于教育部陈希副部长对今后对口支援工作提出的“四个显著提升”战略,使政府、支援学校和受援学校3个主体有效互动,研究提出了“政府主导,资源共享,绩效优先,验收后补”的政府对高校对口支援教育资源优化配置的理念,以及“强化领导,培育特色,提高质量,形成机制”的受援高校内部对对口支援教育资源的优化配置理念。     

现代远程开放教育学习支持服务系统的研究与实践

文章结合现代远程开放教育实践，对远程开放教育学习支持服务系统构建的基本方法、常见问题和对策进行了研究。     

构建实验教学体系是提高人才培养质量的关键

结合我校情况对实验室建设如何理顺管理体制、加大投资力度、加强实验技术队伍建设、深化实验教学改革、加强实验设备管理及实验教学管理等方面提出了建议。     

法、俄、美特色型大学的办学特点及启示

法、俄、美三国的特色型大学有着分类明确、学科优势突出、服务面向集中等诸多特点。对域外特色型大学的考察给我们的启示是,形成特色型大学需要明确办学思路,加强与行业的联系,优化学科结构,实现办学水平的提高。     

Science Letters:Effects of polyurethane matrices on fungal tannase and gallic acid production under solid state culture

The influence of the physical structure of polyurethane matrix as a support in a solid state culture in tannase production and gallic acid accumulation by Aspergillus niger Aa-20 was evaluated. Three different polyurethane matrices were used as the support: continuous, semi-discontinuous and discontinuous. The highest tannase production at 2479.59 U/L during the first 12 h of culture was obtained using the discontinuous matrix. The gallic acid was accumulated at 7.64 g/L at the discontinuous matrix. The results show that the discontinuous matrix of polyurethane is better for tannase production and gallic acid accumulation in a solid state culture bioprocess than the continuous and semi-discontinuous matrices.
