对加强青少年隐性思想道德教育的几点思考

隐性教育是思想道德教育的重要形式之一。随着时代的发展,隐性思想道德教育的地位作用更加突出,它已经成为显性思想道德教育不可或缺的重要补充。本文着眼于增强思想道德教育的针对性和实效性,研究探索加强青少年隐性思想道德教育的方法途径,为做好青少年思想道德教育工作提供参考性思路和对策。     

新时期高校德育工作的创新

以当今世界政治、经济和科技发展的新形势为背景,分析了新时期高校德育的工作现状,通过对高校德育理念、内容、方法、途径以及体制与机制创新的研究。分析认为:高校德育工作需要加强新时期高校德育创新的具体措施、确立新理念,更新内容和方法体系,开辟新途径,完善新体制,形成新机制。     

基础课教学引入中国传统文化的意义及方法

思想道德修养与法律基础课引入中国传统文化是"传统文化进两课"教学改革的重要组成部分.实现基础课教学与中国传统文化的融合,既要考虑基础课内在的规定性,又要考虑到中国传统文化的特殊性.从相关理论和教学实践经验出发,找出中国传统文化与基础课在教学目标、教学内容、教材设置等诸多方面的契合点,以此揭示出中国传统文化对基础课教学的意义及两者内在的统一性和融合的可能性,并通过教学实例提出基础课教学利用中国传统文化资源的完善方案.     

以“四个结合”为切入点 提高电大德育工作的实效性

新型的网络教育是广播电视大学在新时期发展起来的,它的德育工作开展的难度远高于普通高校,但德育工作的实效性却不如普通高校。因此,本文就如何提高电大德育工作的实效性,提出了"四个结合",以发挥电大德育在人才培养和社会发展中的重要作用。

教材《思想道德修养与法律基础》(2015年修订版)相比以往版本,在内容上再次发生大的变化,主要体现在章节结构、主要内容、思想观点、言语表述及逻辑主线等诸多方面。正是这些内容上的变化使得新版教材逻辑主线清晰,章节分配合理,内容贴近实际,具有较强的时代感和鲜活感。要想使新版教材发挥应有作用,日臻完善,还迫切需要教育者、编写者、大学生注意以下几点:首先,教育者要注意专题教学方法的运用;其次,教材编写者要注意个别词语的再斟酌;最后,当代大学生要注意教材学习思考和阅读文献部分。     

图书馆信息服务中的道德调控

道德是规范信息行为的重要手段。图书馆要通过道德教育、赏善罚恶、道德评价和道德修养等建立一个调控机制。同时,道德调控还要与法律、技术手段相结合。参考文献5。     

Alternative route urban teacher retention and implications for principals’ moral leadership

Early murmurs concerning teacher attrition in the United States have risen to an alarming level since the 1990s. Given that half of the 1990s teaching force were/are expected to retire between 2000 and 2010, the cry has been heard loud and clearly throughout the nation. Furthermore, today’s fledgling teachers are fleeing at astronomical rates, particularly in economically challenged urban areas. Alternative route certification programmes are one example of states’ and cities’ attempts to fill urban classrooms with highly qualified teachers. This paper addresses the potential for retaining urban alternative route teachers. What is revealed is that teacher retention, though multi‐layered, implicates principals’ moral leadership. As such, traditional leadership methods, roles and responsibilities are called into question. The paper addresses the relationships between alternative route urban teacher retention and educational leadership and proposes a discourse in support of moral leadership. Findings suggest that the moral leadership of school building‐level principals may favourably impact the potential for retaining alternative route teachers.     

新时期体育院校大学生的德育研究

体育院校的大学生在知识的积累和技能的储备的过程中,德育相对薄弱,德育工作者在施教过程中当以人为本,关注、关爱学生,尊重、相信学生,与学生建立良好的、协调一致的师生关系,老师应以身作则、为人师表,变说教教育为疏导教育,并让学生参与社会道德实践.

Moral authorship of novice teachers in primary education

This article focuses on moral authorship as an element of the professional development of novice teachers in the Netherlands. Moral authorship refers to the ability of teachers to observe, identify, verbalize and reflect on the moral aspects of their work in a proactive and dialogical manner. We elaborate on moral authorship by theoretically exploring six interdependent tasks of moral meaning making: moral commitment, awareness, orientation and positioning, moral performance and evaluation. Narratives of 19 novice teachers were analyzed to explore moral authorship in teachers’ talk. The results show the opportunities of moral authorship to support, navigate, and reinforce the professional development of novice teachers. This study suggests professional self-dialogs for enhancing the development of moral authorship.
