技术创新演化的相关研究综述

在简要介绍演化经济理论的基础上,归纳和总结了国内外学者关于技术创新演化的特性与轨迹、技术创新演化的过程、技术创新模式与能力的演化、技术创新集群的演化等方面的研究成果,并对研究现状进行了评述。     

转型时期中国企业的战略演变及其动因分析——以新希望集团为例

以新希望集团为研究对象,采用纵贯案例研究方法,对其战略演变及其动因进行实地调研。结果发现,三十多年来中国的成功企业经历了大致从顺应环境变迁,进行机会捕捉型成长到通过强调打造核心能力的素质型成长的战略演变。而制度环境一直都是影响中国企业战略演化的重要因素。除此之外,企业的资源与能力和对企业社会责任的强调是新时期中国企业时行战略转型的重要决定因素。     

我国电子信息产业发展现状、问题及发展对策初探

当前,随着经济全球化和信息网络化的迅猛发展,世界信息通信业正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。我国信息产业持续增长,已成为我国国民经济增长中最重要的力量,由于产业内部结构不均衡,地区差异显著;信息资源开发滞后,应用和普及的程度还不高;技术力量严重分散,难以形成优势;通信业在应急通信保障能力需改进,应变措施有很多不适应的地方;价格欺诈的问题十分突出,严重损害了消费者利益等问题,为此,提出了发展对策。     

基于模糊神经网络的冷冻水泵变频调速研究

本文通过系统地分析模糊控制和神经网络控制系统的结构、算法等问题,探讨了把模糊控制和神经网络控制技术结合起来的理论与实现,用神经网络的层和节点分别对应模糊系统的各个部分,将模糊控制规则和隶属函数隐含地分布在整个网络中,用神经网络实现模糊推理,以神经网络的在线自学习能力实现模糊控制规则的改变。设计了模糊神经网络,并应用到冷冻水泵变频调控制系统中,实现了水泵电机的转速智能控制。     

浅谈计算机网络安全与入侵检测技术

计算机网络安全已成为国家与国防安全的重要组成部分,而入侵检测技术是保证计算机网络安全的核心技术之一。本文在研究入侵检测技术的基础上,对入侵检测的过程进行了分析,提出了入侵检测技术的发展趋势。

Open innovation in SMEs—An intermediated network model

In spite of increasing interest in open innovation, discussion about the concept and its potential application to the SME sector has been excluded from mainstream literature. However, given that the argument about the effect of firm size on the effectiveness of innovation is still ongoing, it is worth addressing the issue from an SME perspective. That is the focus of this article, which seeks, firstly, to place the concept of open innovation in the context of SMEs; secondly to suggest the input of an intermediary in facilitating innovation; and finally to report accounts of Korean SMEs’ success in working with an intermediary. The research results support the potential of open innovation for SMEs, and indicate networking as one effective way to facilitate open innovation among SMEs.     

Ontology management and evolution for business intelligence

The amount of heterogeneous data that is available to organizations nowadays has made information management a seriously complicated task, yet crucial since this data can be a valuable asset for business intelligence. Ontologies can act as a semantically rich knowledge base in systems that specialize in information management. The present work investigates the potential of ontologies in supporting the information lifecycle within a corporate environment for business intelligence. The paper demonstrates the use of Heraclitus II, a framework that employs ontology management and evolution in the context of information management systems. The capabilities of the framework in facilitating information management and business intelligence are evaluated through a real-life case study from the life sciences industry.     

中小企业智能信用评估系统设计与实现

在国际金融危机环境下,中小企业贷款困难尤其突出,有很多企业因为资金链的断裂而被迫破产。同时,从银行方面针对中小企业信用评级方面来看,在方法、效率和成本方面又是按照国有大型企业同样的方法和标准来做,这些方法和标准对于中小企业并不很合适。在考察了我国中小企业目前面临较为困难的融资情况之后,开发出了一套智能化的、信息化的,专门针对中小企业的信用评价系统,Smart Credit Evaluation System for SMEs（SCEC）。
