浅谈翻转课堂教学法在非医学专业校本通识课程“急救护理学”的应用——以气道异物急救为例

目的:以气道异物急救为例,探讨翻转课堂教学法在非医学专业“急救护理学”的实施效果。方法:将2016级两个非医学专业班120人随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,两组按照完全相同的考核方式、考核内容及评价标准进行理论知识和急救技能考核。结果:试验组理论和技能考试平均成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂教学法在“急救护理学”教学中能够显著提高教学效果。     

高血压性脑出血患者的观察与护理

目的：探讨护理措施及康复指导对高血压性脑出血患者治疗效果的作用。方法：随机抽取我院自2011年1月至2013年12月62例住院治疗的高血压性脑出血患者,作回顾性分析,总结护理经验及康复指导措施,为救治今后接诊的高血压性脑出血患者提供参考依据。结果：通过采取常规的护理措施及预防并发症的护理措施后,62例高血压性脑出血患者中基本痊愈36例、部分恢复22例、死亡4例。结论：对高血压性脑出血患者在临床治疗期间进行有效的护理措施及康复指导,可提高治愈率,有效降低死亡率及致残率,提高患者的生活质量。     

高职院校班级自组织建设的现状及对策研究——以湘潭职业技术学院护理专业学生为例

班级自组织是当前学生组织中出现的新的组织和集结方式,已成为学校不可忽视的力量。近年来,湘潭职业技术学院班级自组织数量和规模迅速增长,对学生自我管理、自我发展等起到了一定的积极作用,但也给学校管理带来了新的挑战。学校需要从建立引导机制、健全管理制度、完善服务体系等方面,引导班级自组织健康有序发展,充分发挥其积极作用。     

Limits of search filter development

Objective

The research attempted to develop search filters for biomedical literature databases that improve retrieval of studies of clinical relevance for the nursing and rehabilitation professions.

Methods

Diagnostic testing framework compared machine-culled and practitioner-nominated search terms with a hand-tagged clinical literature database.

Results

We were unable to: (1) develop filters for nursing, likely because of the overlapping and expanding scope of practice for nurses in comparison with medical professionals, or (2) develop filters for rehabilitation, because of its broad scope and the profession''s multifaceted understanding of “health and ability.”

Conclusions

We found limitations on search filter development for these health professions: nursing and rehabilitation.     

Supporting the Teaching of Information Literacy with First Year Bsc Nursing Students: The Case for a Printed Workbook

Information literacy (IL) is increasingly considered to be an important life skill and there are a number of challenges that librarians face in implementing an effective IL program. This article examines the experience of library staff at Birmingham City University (BCU) and how they developed a printed workbook to be embedded within sessions attached to a first year Nursing degree academic skills module. Previous approaches to IL input with Nursing students will be discussed. The changes that were made and the impact of these changes on students, academic and library staff are then considered. Since the implementation of the workbook, feedback from students and staff has been encouraging concerning its purpose and value. Possible future developments are then suggested.

"互联网+"背景下网络信息技术的广泛应用对教育理念和教学模式带来了新的机遇与挑战。该文通过分析当前高校教育的发展趋势,结合内科护理学课堂教学的实际,探讨了构建内科护理学混合式教学的必要性、可行性及现实意义。     

Reaching agreement: The structure & pragmatics of critical care nurses’ informal argument

The hospital critical care unit provides an authentic, high-stakes setting for studying reasoning, argumentation, and discourse. In particular, it allows examination of structural and pragmatic features of informal collaborative argument created while participants are engaged in familiar, meaningful activities central to their work. The nursing change of shift report is a workplace ritual which includes communication of extensively detailed patient data and nursing decisions as well as the justifications for those decisions. Nurse pairs (N = 20 pairs) from three hospitals and four critical care units were observed and recorded during authentic change of shift reports, then interviewed or surveyed about the reporting process. The nurses in this study showed a number of argumentative strengths including frequent use of evidence to back claims and the construction of a complex and nuanced process for achieving agreement about the patient situation. Nursing variations from traditional structural argument models, including emphasis on first-hand information and efforts to reach agreement, are effective pragmatic strategies for justifying claims related to patient care in a dynamic, time-pressured environment. The study of nursing workplace discourse has implications for progress in argumentation and educational psychology as well as nursing education and health care delivery.     

深化专业课程改革 打造《成人护理》精品课程

在护理教学中不断地深化课程改革,坚持以技能型专业人才培养为目标,根据护理岗位的需求整合课程教学内容,改进教学方法,探索课堂与实习地点一体化的教学模式;通过改善教学条件,大力培养双师型教师队伍,积极开展教学研究解决课程教学中的重点难点问题,将护理专业核心课程《成人护理》打造成省级乃至国家级精品课程。     

涉外护生跨文化护理能力培养的思考

文章介绍了跨文化护理概念,分析了当前跨文化护理的市场需求,提出了培养跨文化护理能力的理论依据,并以湖北职业技术学院为例,探讨了涉外护理专业培养涉外护生跨文化交际能力的措施。
