中小学教师数据素养评价指标体系构建

教育数据在教育领域不断渗透,教师的数据素养水平对于有效利用教育数据、合理判断学生的行为具有重要影响。本研究旨在用德尔菲法构建中小学教师数据素养评价指标体系,为评估中小学教师数据素养提供参考依据。通过文献分析梳理中小学教师数据素养评价指标,选择相关领域专家12人,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家意见征询,根据专家打分计算指标权重,形成中小学教师数据素养评价指标体系。问卷征询专家的积极系数为100%,专家权威程度均值为0.72,确定的一、二级指标重要性均值均大于4.00,变异系数均小于0.25,符合德尔菲法要求。最终形成了包含数据意识、数据知识、数据操控技能、数据应用能力、评价交流数据、数据思维6个一级指标和19个二级指标与40条具体内容的中小学教师数据素养评价指标体系。对46位教师进行小范围试用,验证了其科学性与可靠性,该评价指标体系可作为评价中小学教师数据素养发展水平的参考测量工具。     

基于核心素养的高中地理教学刍探

高中地理的课堂教学要围绕核心素养的培养,从人地协调观、综合思维、区域认知和地理实践力方面积极创新教学途径。教师应当通过多种多样的课堂形式,全面提升学生解读地图的能力,运用生活化的课堂教学培养学生的地理探索能力,结合多媒体教学培养学生地理空间思维,注重问题引导以培养学生综合思维。     

Learning,literacy and identity: ‘I don’t think I’m a failure any more’

The impact of participation in adult literacy programmes on learners’ identities is examined through an interrogation of their past and current experiences and the assessment of the effect of particular pedagogies. The findings show how learners’ positive experiences in their programmes had caused them to re-evaluate their previous understandings and enabled the construction of new identities as people that are able to learn. These changes had come about through the challenging of negative discourses, the creation of new figured worlds and imagined futures, and the use of a learning curriculum where learners’ experiences were utilized as positive resources.     

“信息疫情”之下的公众信息素养培育路径探索

“互联网+”和新媒体环境下,“信息疫情”十分严峻。认识、理解和防控“信息疫情”的根本途径在于公众信息素养的培养和提升。全面探索公众信息素养培育路径,具有重要意义。基于文献阅读的基础上,进行信息素养内涵梳理,总结公众信息素养培育目标。结合社会需求与信息环境,分析关注公众信息素养培育的现实动因与积极意义。教育与信息技术的发展,使我国公众信息素养培育已有一定成就,但仍存在培育对象较单一、培育断层等问题。由此提出公众信息素养培育应:扩大信息素养培育范围,以终身学习理论为宣传支撑,推进公众信息素养培育供给侧发展,出台国家层面的公众信息素养培育体系,净化信息素养培育的互联网环境。     

Librarians collaborate successfully with nursing faculty and a writing centre to support nursing students doing professional doctorates

This study explores how a three‐way collaboration between a University library, writing centre and faculty created avenues of training and support for students within a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in an American University. The role of each partner involved in the collaboration is discussed alongside the profile of the DNP students. Lesson planning and classroom techniques for DNP information literacy classes are described and feedback from the partners and the students are discussed. The study confirms that collaboration is effective in improving research and writing skills. D.I.     

变化世界中的科学素养:科技博物馆和科学中心能发挥什么作用？

当今世界正以前所未有的速度发生着各种各样的变化。一些大的趋向,即所谓的世界大趋势,在一定程度上影响每个人的生活。科学、技术和创新在这个不断变化的世界中发挥着重要作用。科学素养比以往任何时候都更加重要。科技博物馆和科学中心作为公众参与科学技术的重要角色,面临着一系列的机遇和挑战。在不断变化的世界里,它们在提高公众科学素养方面能发挥什么作用?如何使它们在提高科学素养方面更具相关性和影响力?本文通过分析当前世界在全球化、人口变化、技术变革、信息爆炸、可持续发展等方面的现实,论述科学素养的必要性以及科技博物馆和科学中心在变化的世界中应该如何发挥作用。     

Phonological processing and emergent literacy in younger and older preschool children

Phonological awareness, phonological memory, and phonological access to lexical storage play important roles in acquiring literacy. We examined the convergent, discriminant, and predictive validity of these phonological processing abilities (PPA) in 389 3-, 4-, and 5-year-old children. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the validity of each PPA as separate from general cognitive ability and separate from each other. Multigroup structural equation modeling (SEM) with mean structure demonstrated that older preschoolers have better developed latent PPA than younger preschoolers but that the structure of PPA is equivalent. RAN was found uniquely associated with letter knowledge and text discrimination in younger preschoolers, and PA was found uniquely associated with word reading skills in older preschoolers. Finally, general cognitive ability was only indirectly associated with emergent literacy via PPA. These results highlight the importance of PPA in the early literacy development of English-speaking preschool children.     

传感器课堂与实验教学的一体化建设与实践

为有效提高传感器课程的建设,借鉴国外一流大学的教学经验,在继承与发挥北航国家级精品课传感器技术及应用方面积累的教学优势的基础上,开展传感器课程的一体化理论与实验教学。采用以学生为主、教师为辅的教学方法,在强调基础理论教学的同时,突出传感器课程的教学实践环节,设计了基础类—提高类—综合类多层次课程实验,以培养学生的动手实践能力与学术素养。通过多年的改革探索与建设,本课程已成为有特色、有优势的一门本科生专业基础课。     

众包在大学生信息素养教育中的应用

我国大学生的信息素养现状距信息时代的能力要求还有较大差距。主要原因之一就是现有的信息素养教育模式不能很好地适应人才培养要求。众包作为一种全新的理念和运作模式,成为支持网络时代图书馆创新的有效途径。通过总结信息素养教育的主要教学形式,以新生入馆教育为例,对众包模式的组织与管理进行了实践探索。
