以人为本:科学的人类中心主义

人类中心主义作为一种价值观为人类的存在与发展做出了重大贡献,但其内在的局限性又必然使之在新的发展时代陷入困境。科学发展观的以人为本价值理念与人类中心主义既具有立场的相似性,又具有本质的差异性,它一方面消除了人类中心主义的主体虚妄性,另一方面又重视发展的实践性、层次性和适应性,是一种促进人类社会全面协调可持续发展的科学的人类中主义。这是中国人民为人类社会发展理论创新做出的重要贡献。

产品或服务转移,或者是市场外包方式,或者是通过远程教育组织系统内部纵向一体化方式,或者是纵向约束,这是现代远程教育产业生产服务提供商或机构作出的不同战略选择。这都取决于成本效益和竞争力提高的需要。

跨文化教育的核心思想是接受并欣赏文化差异,文章通过分析实施跨文化教育的具体要求以及在我国香港和广东的重要意义,重点探悉粤港配对小学生网上研习中对于跨文化教育的支持,从而总结跨文化教育实施的成功经验和不足之处,旨在为今后的跨文化教育实施给出建议。     

Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Higher Education

This paper presents and analyses data gathered from a survey of teachers in a range of secondary school English departments. It seeks to establish the ways in which teachers perceive their subject knowledge Continuing Professional Development (CPD) needs and the ways in which they would like to engage with Higher Education (HE) English as part of their CPD. It also explores teachers’ reasons for wishing to undertake such study, and the ways in which they believe such studies could contribute to their development. Finally, it goes on to consider some of the constraints on CPD and the possible implications of this for Higher Education Institutions. The interface between schools and HE has, historically, been limited. However, engagement in CPD is one of the most significant ways in which dialogue between secondary and HE teachers of English can be fruitfully established.     

一位研究生干部的成长叙事——研究生个体发展的叙事、解构与反思

文章以一位研究生干部为个案,通过叙事手法再现了其日常学习、生活和社会实践情境,并以时间观念为线索进行解构,从研究生个体自我成长角度反思高校研究生培养问题。研究认为,影响研究生成长既有外部因素又有内部因素,就学生主体来说,可以从奋斗目标、自主学习、求教指导、时间管理、社会意识、合作创新等方面提升自身素质。     

西方关于青少年族群认同研究的现状和进展

族群认同是少数民族青少年心理发展的重要内容,它和青少年的自尊、社会适应、心理调适、社会行为均有显著的相关。国外在社会认同理论和发展理论的指导框架下,对青少年的族群认同进行了大量的研究。本文对国外青少年族群认同的研究进行了综述,内容涉及西方青少年族群认同研究的理论背景、族群认同的定义和操作化、族群认同的测量等,以期对我国青少年族群认同的研究提供借鉴。

Abstract：

Ethnic identity is an important part of adolescents development for minority ethnic groups,it is significant related to the self-esteem,social-adjustment,social behaviors and so on.Under the guidance of the Social Identity Theory and the Development Theory,there have been a lot of research on this topic among adolescents in western countries.This article gives a overall review on this area,the content contains the background of the theory perspectives,the conceptualization and measurement of the ethnic identity,and suggestions for future study are discussed.     

确保成人教育科学发展的思考

成人教育的科学发展必须以科学发展观为指导,才能确保和谐、健康地发展。科学发展观和成人教育相结合有着深刻的社会原因及现实意义,两者相结合有其原理及方法。这就要求成人教育工作者全面理解和把握科学发展观的实质,运用一系列策略推动成人教育的科学发展。     

20世纪英国普通学校音乐教育的发展历程

本文以20世纪英国学校音乐教育发展史上的重要事件、重要思想、重要改革实践为主线,将其概括为5个阶段:1、20世纪初至30年代,新技术引发了"音乐鉴赏运动";2、20世纪40-50年代,战争及战后时期凸显音乐的精神教育功能,强化音乐表演传统;3、20世纪60-70年代中期,受先锋派音乐家影响,专业作曲家将当代音乐引入课堂,实施作曲教学;4、20世纪70年代末至80年代中期,音乐教育研究趋于理论化,通俗音乐进音乐课堂; 5、20世纪80年代晚期至世纪末,政府对教育管理力度加强,<国家课程>的出台为音乐教育的评估和学科地位提供了法定基础.     

The socioeconomic impact of HIV/AIDS on education outcomes in Uganda: School enrolment and the schooling gap in 2002/2003

Due to high prime-age mortality—a result of the HIV/AIDS scourge, the number of orphans in Uganda continues to rise. Using the 2002/2003 Uganda National Household Survey, this paper investigates how HIV/AIDS orphan status affects schooling enrolment and grade progression. Our results show that HIV/AIDS orphans are not significantly less likely to continue schooling but are by far more likely to fall below their appropriate grade. Furthermore, we find that the schooling gaps decreases at higher levels of household welfare status—poor HIV/AIDS orphans, especially aged 13–17 years, are significantly less likely to continue schooling.     

Education and poverty in the global development agenda: Emergence,evolution and consolidation

The objective of this paper is to analyse the role of education and poverty in the current global development agenda. It intends to analyse the emergence, evolution and consolidation of a global agenda, which attributes a key role to education in the fight against poverty. With this objective, the paper addresses four main issues: first, it analyses the context in which the emergence of the agenda must be placed, analysing specifically the changes generated by globalisation; second, it focuses on the role of the actors, and especially on the role of the World Bank in setting the agenda; third, it explains the consolidation of the agenda by the Education for All Conferences and the Millennium Development Goals; finally it presents some of the main limitations of the hegemonic agenda.
