南京电大开放教育网上教学现状分析与对策

网上教学工作是开放教育试点项目的中心工作之一，网上教学是实施开放教育课程并保证开放教育质量的关键因素，南京广播电视大学十分重视网上教学工作和网上教学效果研究。文章依据南京电大网上教学检查和网上教学问卷调查结果与分析，从加强网上教学资源建设、完善网上教学支持服务等六个方面。提出了促进网上教学工作的策略与措施。     

开放教育工商管理专业教学设计原则思考

本文采用系统研究的方法,从教育理论与社会实践两个方面较为全面地对开放教育工商管理专业学生的知识、能力、素质结构与内容进行了分析,论文研究基本结论是应从社会对开放教育学生的期望要求、社会未来发展以及开放教育的对象自身需求这三个方面来确定开放教育工商管理专业学生的知识、能力、素质结构的培养内容,并根据上述内容指出:在进行教学设计时应遵循适应性原则、系统性原则、现实性与前瞻性兼顾的原则、社会发展与个体全面发展有机统一原则、科学性开放性和实践性相统一原则、应用性为主的原则、专科本科不同学历层次纵向贯通以及不同专业横向衔接等七个原则.     

略论民初南京留守府

通过对高校非英语专业学生习惯用语翻译测试所反映出的文化错误的分析，提出翻译教学实践过程中文化原则的重要性；强调可译性限度是可以随着文化认同机制的发展和有效的教学方法而得到提高的。     

基于视频的数据挖掘系统的研究

研究了一种视频数据挖掘的系统结构.介绍了该系统中各主要模块的功能;描述了视频数据预处理和视频数据立方体;讨论了视频数据挖掘方法并探讨了典型的视频挖掘技术.     

对课程导师制在远程开放教育中运用的探讨

远程开放教育以全新的结构与视角冲击着传统的校园围墙教育。在这个冲击波中教师的角色定位有了全新的内涵。本文从开放教育课程导师制的定义、内容、作用和构建的必要性对建立课程导师制的可行性进行了探讨。     

Metaphors we’re colonised by? The case of data-driven educational technologies in Brazil

ABSTRACT

This article discusses issues concerning the spread of data-driven educational technologies in Brazil. Here, as elsewhere, educational technology continues to be promoted optimistically as the bearer of a panacea for historically-rooted social problems. Whilst some of these technologies have indeed contributed to important widening-participation programmes in the last two decades, widespread advocacy of technological ‘solutionism’, reflected in gradually stronger policy demands for efficiencies to be improved through ‘innovation’, has supported a relentless marketisation of the country’s educational systems. As transnational corporations position themselves to take control of key areas of these systems, threatening to restructure the whole sector, data-driven educational technologies provide the latest example in a series of ‘new’ ideas offered in an ever-expanding market. Based on the notion of ‘conceptual metaphors’, which encapsulate specific ways of perceiving, thinking and relating with the world, this article examines key metaphors underpinning discourses surrounding data-driven educational technologies in Brazil. In particular, the article analyses ways in which these specific metaphors may be promoting perspectives that ignore difference and obscure broader questions concerning education, thus contributing to the reproduction of previously existing problems and supporting new forms of colonisation.     

企业新计量信息流转模型和新自动计量模型设计与实施的应用研究

文章讨论了基于信息化数据通讯流转原理和现场自动控制理论,研究了冶金制造企业大宗原燃料、成品、半成品和产品新计量信息流转模型和新自动计量模型设计与实施的现代信息流转和自动称量达到自动、稳定、正确、可靠、合理、可追溯的问题,通过在本钢集团公司ERP、EMS系统配套运行和现场轧钢线计量称重实施等线上操作的手段来实现应用研究。解决了企业新计量信息流转模型和新自动计量模型设计与实施的问题,达到了计量信息系统的提出"数出一门,量出一家"和"网络化自动运行"要求,为冶金制造行业解决此类问题提供了新的思路和方法,具有极大的推广和应用价值。     

基层电大远程开放教育环境下必要的学习支持服务

随着远程开放教育的发展，如何为学习提供完善的学习支持服务已成为教育机构着手研究的重要课题。本在基层电大实践的基础上就此提出了自己的一些看法。     

内部会计控制的若干问题

内部会计控制制度是企事业单位加强内部会计监督的一项基础管理措施，目前在部分企事业单位中由于制度建设不健全，内部控制管理松懈，会计监督失控，出现了一些经济犯罪和腐败现象，为此，笔者就内部会计控制的若干问题进行探讨，提出相应的对策。     

Institution initiatives and support related to faculty development of open educational resources and alternative textbooks

ABSTRACT

Evidence exists that American institutions of higher education are well-entrenched in the consideration of mechanisms for supporting the implementation of Open Educational Resources (OER) and alternative textbooks. Literature reveals that developing and implementing OER is a significant undertaking in terms of time and human resources. This study deploys content analysis of a sample of United States regionally based higher education institutional websites to determine the current state of institutional support mechanisms to implementers just embarking on the OER journey. Findings reveal that institutions have made strides in the development of faculty mini-grants and stipends with guidelines, proposal checklists, and weighting mechanisms to inform decision making. However, due to widespread language across the stratified sample emphasising award pool and individual limits, it is clear that OER funding is still seeking wider support as a permanent funded resource. Sponsorship of institutional OER initiatives seems split between institutional library functions and teaching and learning centres. Other issues, such as ownership and licensing, are significantly underdeveloped in field implementation or fall in a large continuum of practices. Recommendations of shared responsibility and use of data driven initiatives are provided that may improve institutional support of faculty OER adoption, adaption and creation.
