浅谈语文教学中的创新教育

语文教学中要培养学生的创新精神，就要充分挖掘学生的想象力，培养学生大胆设想、大胆尝试的能力。这些能力的培养就对老师的课堂教学提出了更高的要求，要大胆抛弃传统的教学模式，大胆创新。     

用“远程学习圈理论”分析网络学习管理系统

LMS 是网络教育和基于网络培训的支撑系统。本文首先介绍了两种对LMS 进行功能分类和评价的理论,然后通过借鉴“远程学习圈理论”提出对LMS 进行功能分析的框架,最后利用这个框架对三个知名的LMS 进行分析,旨在为 企业和学校引进LMS 时提供参考和借鉴。     

数据治理——图书馆事业的发展机遇

数据驱动发现成为一种新的科学进步路线,产生了新的知识服务对象:愈加重视数据的科学家和工程师、数据科学家、数据工程师、数据分析师、公民科学家等。数据获取需要依靠国家的行政命令、资助机构的政策、研究机构和大学的管理办法等。数据共享存在于不同学科,而且已具备了基础设施,诸如:数据中心、数据云、数据知识库与数据期刊、信息技术中心、数字资源中心等。数据重用需要公共部门、企业、公众、利益相关方在“尽可能地开放,尽责任地封闭”前提下,采取协调一致的行动。在这里,数据馆员扮演重要角色。数据治理生态体系需要图书馆执行数据获取、数据共享、数据重用的政策。通过不断寻找和搜集最佳实践案例,图书馆可以支持数据治理。参考文献79。     

A Publisher Perspective: How One Publisher is Responding to the Changing World of Scholarly Communication

For this talk, Marks was tasked with summarizing the important trends in scholarly publishing in 45 minutes. The speaker reflected on the rapid changes that have occurred in journal publishing, which followed more than 300 years of relatively slow progress. Marks discussed key technology trends such as data curation, Open Access (OA) mandates, and the changes occurring in the global landscape of scholarly communications and library budgets. Wolters Kluwer Health has been responding to these trends with new publishing experiments including a Platinum OA model in emerging markets. Marks discussed the ways that publishers and libraries need to alter their traditional practices and instill a focus on their customers and communities.

文章初步尝试从人的自我的角度来探求科技人性化之路径:人要着眼于“善”假外物而促动科技的生命化和艺术化,用独立灵明的自我意识监控科技对自我之身心整体及其与外部自然和社会环境的关系过程,以大公大我推动科技在人类内部和谐的基础上发展。     

Enhancing Teaching and Learning: Libraries and Open Educational Resources in the Classroom

Academic libraries continually adjust services to adapt to the ever-changing landscape in higher education. In response to the broken textbook market, libraries are becoming actively involved in the open educational resources (OER) movement. Although there is not a formal program in place, librarians at Utah State University explored a collaborative approach to integrate OER in faculty members' courses. One goal of the effort was to work closely with faculty to consider course objectives and learning outcomes when evaluating and incorporating OER. This article identifies a streamlined process for targeting courses most suited for OER adoption and outlines a process of collaborating with teaching faculty to integrate relevant OER. The paper includes a detailed workflow that other libraries can easily adapt to make OER part of their faculty outreach toolkit.
