张之洞与清末法律近代化

在中国法律史学术领域与高校教材中，传统观点一直认为张之洞是清末变法修律的反对派。本则提出，是张之洞率先倡导变法修律并举荐修律大臣，其变法修律主张初步体现了中国法律近代化的时代趋向，其与沈家本之间的争论属于渐进还是激进之争，因此张之洞乃是清末法律近代化的促进派，起着积极的推动作用。

本分析了俄罗斯会计改革的历程，探讨了俄罗斯会计改革的目标以及改革中的困难，提出了以国际会计准则为依据。建立俄罗斯会计国际化思路，为我国会计国际化提供了借鉴。     

Individual and contextual factors in ethical decision making: A case study of the most significant doping scandal in Canadian university sports history

This case study is written for instructors of sport management courses focused on ethics and integrity-related issues in team environments. The case highlights the real world example of the University of Waterloo Warriors varsity football that, in 2010, experienced the most significant doping scandal in Canadian university sports history, with a total of nine anti-doping rule violations asserted through the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. This case study also incorporates the findings of an independent review of the Waterloo football program in relation to the use of banned substances, and includes first-hand accounts from Bob Copeland who was the acting director of athletics. These findings are then interpreted in the context of relevant theory related to performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) use. Along with the findings of this review, which included interviews with athletes, coaches, and administrators, the case study provides important insights into ethical decision making processes and leadership structures in a team sport environment. Particular emphasis is placed on the role that individual cognitive antecedents and contextual organizational factors (i.e., policies, leadership, ethical climate, and infrastructure) play in ethical decision-making processes.

调查三批共计57家名栏在地域、核心期刊、学科、母体高校层次、大小众栏目和期刊类型方面的分布情况,发现现有名栏存在分布不均衡现象,提出优先发展未分布省市的栏目、适当照顾非“三核心”刊物的栏目、扶持部分学科的栏目、注重吸收地方高校刊物和综合性刊物的栏目等建议。

通过对普通高校武术教学现状的调查访问。分析了高校武术教学内容的设置、教学模式、教学方法及手段等方面存在的问题。就这些问题进行探讨并提出建议。     

我国青年编辑组织承诺研究

组织承诺是组织行为的一个重要领域。青年编辑的组织承诺就是青年编辑愿意为单位付出心力,并希望留在单位服务的意念。我国青年编辑组织承诺结构模型的维度主要包括：感情承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺、机会承诺和理想承诺5个维度。青年编辑应当通过做好职业规划、发挥个人优势、提高职业素养与研究能力等来提高组织承诺。     

I’m New…Again: Reconceptualizing the Socialization Process Through Rotational Programs

Communication scholars have studied how organizations socialize new employees in breadth, but we know less about how employees adapt to multiple roles rather than just one position. With the rise of rotational programs, which introduce newcomers to several different jobs within a brief time, socialization theory should be expanded. This study focused on people’s experiences in rotational programs to provide a more accurate picture of this complex socialization process. Longitudinal, qualitative data from employees during their first and second job rotation revealed that such employees’ socialization differs from traditional employees’ experiences. The results suggested a Model of Rotational Socialization that more accurately portrays the socialization process by accounting for the contrast between role and organizational socialization.

目前的人才选拔和培养体制过于片面和功利,不利于创新型人才的培养。复旦大学和上海交通大学的面试录取形式,是我国高考录取体制和方式的重大改革,如能坚持和不断改进,将具有里程碑意义。     

从工业革命带来的社会变化中审视英国1832年议会改革的原因

光荣革命后的很长时期里,土地贵族和金融寡头通过控制议会而掌握国家政权;到十九世纪初,随着工业化的推进,资产阶级财富增多,中等阶级和工人阶级力量壮大,参政意识觉醒,他们要求改革贵族寡头把持国家政权的旧制,分享权力。1832年议会改革就是在这样的背景之下产生的,工业革命所带来的经济和社会的变化对旧制度的反叛是改革的根本原因。面对澎湃兴起的改革浪潮,统治集团的审时夺势和适时退让是改革法案最终生效的关键。
