清末学校体育改革的制度更新：基于政策文本的研究

晚清政府为了缓解内忧外患的紧张局面,试图透过自上而下若干领域的制度更新,以回应社会各界现实关切的同时,实现其延续江河日下王权的政治图景。作为晚清改革内容之一的学校体育,也承担着相同的现实诉求。运用文献资料法、内容分析法等研究方法,对晚清（1902－1911）学校体育改革成果—政策文本的分析后发现：（1）清末学校体育政策的类型、制定主体与政策内容较为单一;（2）形成了以权威工具为主,能力工具和象征劝告工具为补充的政策工具类型体系;（3）学校体育改革的重点是建章立制,以促进学校体育发展。     

Experiences of Danish Business Expatriates in Russia: Power Distance in Organizational Communication

Rapid globalization of business processes stimulates many companies to dispatch their employees – business expatriates – on overseas assignments. Russia differs markedly from many other cultures in terms of specific communication norms and rules. Understanding such differences in organizational life is crucial for the success of business expatriates working there. This study employs in-depth interviews with eight Danish business expatriates who worked in Russia and examines the differences between the Danes and the Russians in terms of communication characteristics related to Hofstede’s cultural dimension power distance. This work enhances scholars’ empirical knowledge of power distance, which has rarely been investigated qualitatively.     

新课程改革应警惕的四种问题与倾向

新课程改革是我国基础教育发展史上力度最大、最彻底的一次课程改革运动,涉及教育教学理念、培养目标、课程标准、课程结构、课程管理、教学方式、课程内容以及教材等各个方面的变革,标志着我国基础教育范式的根本转换。然而,新课程改革并非一帆风顺,种种与新课程改革不一致、不协调的问题与声音已现端倪,使新课程改革面临着困惑与挑战。     

Understanding sport event volunteers’ continuance intention: An environmental psychology approach

The purpose of this study was to investigate influences of environmental and personal factors on volunteers’ behavioral intention. More specifically, the authors examined the relationships among work climate, intrinsic motivation, attitude, emotional exhaustion, and continuance intention through the lens of environmental psychology model. Survey forms tapping the interested outcomes were collected from 924 volunteers of a national sporting event in China. Results of structural equational modeling supported all hypothesized relationships, except the negative relationship between emotional exhaustion and continuance intention. This study expanded the understanding and application of the environmental psychology model in the context of volunteerism in sport.     

应用型人才培养模式下的“开放式”体育教学改革与研究——以莆田学院为例

本文采用文献资料、个案研究等方法,对莆田学院应用型人才培养模式下的“开放式”体育教学改革进行调查研究,旨在剖析其改革的具体方法,并提出以下建议:(1)宏观方面,建议政府出台支持政策,积极引导校企合作,建议企业依据自身需要,将相关需求的市场信息反馈给学校,实现地方社会事业、学校和企业的“三方”共赢。(2)微观方面,学校积极提升自身的“软”与“硬”实力,结合市场需求,充分利用校企合作的市场机遇,调整人才培养模式,充分运用现代信息技术,实现体育教学理念、教学内容要和方法、教学时间和空间、教学评价体系上的开放,培养满足市场需求的专业技术人才。     

研发团队知识协同动机研究——基于组织学习的视角

研究其内部知识协同的动机,对于企业更好的管理和激励团队成员积极参与知识协同具有十分重要的意义。本文基于组织学习的视角,从知识贡献者和知识寻求者两方面,探讨了影响研发团队成员主动参与知识协同的动机因素,并构建了理论模型。分析结果表明：个人声誉、共享意愿及群体认同对知识贡献者参与组织学习的动机具有不同影响;社会地位、渠道多样化及社会存在感对知识寻求者的主动性具有显著正向影响;应用性学习与探索性学习均对协同创新绩效有显著影响,且前者的影响大于后者;团队激励对组织学习和知识协同创新绩效间的关系具有干预调节作用。     

感知的企业社会责任对员工创新行为作用机制的实证研究

在经济转型和社会发展进入新阶段,创新成为时代主旋律的大背景下,“如何激发员工创新行为”已成为当前企业人力资源管理实践最重要的问题之一。本研究从责任伦理的视角探讨了员工感知的社会责任(PCSR)对员工创新行为的影响机制。通过对671名的家族企业员工的调查研究发现：(1)PCSR会对员工创新行为产生正向的影响;(2)组织认同、工作不安全感和员工的工作投入在PCSR和员工创新行为之间起着重要的中介作用,PCSR通过影响员工的组织认同、工作安全感和工作投入进而对其创新行为产生影响;(3)本研究把PCSR分为内部和外部两个层面,并对比研究发现员工感知的内部社会责任对组织认同、工作投入和员工创新力的影响效应要显著大于员工感知的外部社会责任。本研究着眼于责任伦理的教化与感知,比较有创见性的提出责任伦理的感知和教化等软性因素是驱动创新的重要源动力和管理落脚点,丰富了关于PCSR领域的研究,也为管理实践中“如何调动员工的创新行为”提供了一个新的有益思路。     

基础教育课程改革十年来高校体育教育专业课程改革的现状研究

文章采用文献资料法、调查法和面谈法等研究方法,对基础教育课程改革十年来高校体育教育专业课程改革的情况进行了分析研究。研究发现,以教育部六所直属院校体育教育专业为代表的高校体育教育专业在教师教育类以及教育管理类课程开设方面存在不足,缺乏对未来教师职业素养与能力的养成教育。     

The political skill and will of expatriates in acculturating to the politics of an organization in a new culture

This paper explores and conceptualizes the process through which expatriates acculturate to the politics of an organization in a new and dominant culture that differs from their origin culture. In addition to an overview of acculturation, we review research on the emergence and perception of political context in organizations, and on political skill and political will. We posit that politically-relevant situational characteristics in organizations and work interact with national culture to affect the intensity with which expatriates perceive politics in their organization. Based on their political skill (operationalized as high versus low) and their political will (operationalized in terms of concern for self versus concern for others), we describe the different political behavior expatriates will use as a means of acculturating to their political context and the effects those strategies have on their acculturative stress and individual effectiveness in the organization.     

新时代背景下武术与民族传统体育专业教育招生改革路径研究*

当前,学校体育改革进入破解新旧问题的攻坚期,仍需采用不同视角及理论对学校体育政策执行中的“跨域”现象予以新认识,发现新问题,提出新对策。研究从“条块关系”视角入手,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对学校体育政策执行中的“条块关系”特征（“条条”嵌入、“块块”统筹和“条块”整体）及问题（“条条”冲突、“块块”封闭和“条块”分割）进行解析,并结合整体性治理理念,提出重塑公共理念、加强制度建设、强化责任意识、培育信息共享和树立利益意识等对策,以期纾解“条块”问题,改善执行基础。
