以知识共享广度、速度和深度作为共享效率指标,在社会网络视角下构建决策阈值模型,分析企业社会声誉对其知识共享效率的影响.研究结果表明:(1)知识共享发起者声誉提升有助于消除潜在参与者对共享收益的不确定性,进而提高共享效率,两者之间正相关;(2)由于较短的平均路径长,声誉波浪式传染比集聚式传染更有利于提升共享效率.这些研究不仅有助于分析声誉对知识共享的具体作用过程,也有助于探明组织声誉对合作组织行为及决策过程产生作用的微观机理. 相似文献

Winning Is(n't) Everything: The Paradox of Excellence and the Challenge of Organizational Epideictic
Encompassing both the controlled messages of values advocacy and less explicit rhetorical actions such as philanthropy, community programs, and volunteerism, organizational epideictic affirms common values. This essay argues that such common values are problematized by the presence of paradox even in seemingly innocuous epideictic subjects. Through a case study of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's “Stay in Bounds” program teaching children to be good sports both on and off the field, the essay demonstrates the challenges of organizational epideictic through the paradox of excellence. It also provides suggestions for the management—but not elimination—of paradox in organizational epideictic, particularly directed at external publics. 相似文献

To achieve efficient and effective quality improvement, European universities have gradually adopted organizational strategies,
structures, technologies, management instruments, and values that are commonly found in the private business sector. Whereas
some studies have shown that such managerialism is beneficial to the quality of job performances of university employees,
others have argued that managerialism is largely counterproductive and that it results in lower performances. The latter situation
is called a ‘managerialism contradiction’. This paper tests two lines of reasoning underlying a potential contradiction governing
the relationship between managerialism and job performances, while using university employee survey data from six European
countries (Belgium, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, UK). The results tend to support the assumption that managerialism,
in these six countries at least, has a positive effect, albeit a modest one, on the quality of performances. The most important
conclusion is therefore that there is no managerialism contradiction at work in European universities. 相似文献

IT department culture has been widely recognized as an important factor that influences the adoption of agile practices. This paper explores institutional and organizational influences on creativity in scientific research. Using a method for identifying creative scientific research accomplishments in two fields of science (nanotechnology and human genetics) in Europe and the US, the paper summarizes results derived from twenty case studies of highly creative research accomplishments, focusing on contextual patterns at the group, organizational, and institutional levels. We find that creative accomplishments are associated with small group size, organizational contexts with sufficient access to a complementary variety of technical skills, stable research sponsorship, timely access to extramural skills and resources, and facilitating leadership. A potential institutional threat to creative science is the increase in competitive research council funding at the expense of flexible institutional sponsorship.
