遗体捐赠与亲属权的保护

亲属权是人身权的一种,它既是一种相对权,又是绝对权.遗体从法律上讲,也是亲属权的客体.死者或者亲属将死者的遗体捐献给医疗机构作科学研究或者是直接献给患者.以此来使自己的价值得到更大体现.但是当死者遗体被非法用于商业目的时亲属如何行使权利以保护自己的亲属的遗体.本文试从保护亲属权的角度对此予以阐述.     

围绕学风建设,做好新时期高校政治辅导员工作

学风是校风的重要组成部分。创建优良学风是当前高校开展学生综合素质教育的内在要求。知识经济时代的来临,赋予学风新的内涵。高校政治辅导员工作是创建优良学风的关键一环,围绕学风建设,政治辅导员必须做好以下几方面的工作：坚持正确的政治方向,教书育人;从新生入学抓起,打好基础;抓好班级建设,促进学风;做好在学生中发展党员的工作,以点带面。还应重视校园文化建设．营造良好精神氛围。     

国外信息文化研究综述

信息文化(Information Culture,IC)是信息科学与图书馆学、计算机科学与信息系统、经济学与商学、管理学以及教育与教育研究等学科领域共同关注的研究课题。自20世纪70—80年代兴起至今,已取得了重要进展,积累了大量文献研究成果。本文以Wo S、PQDT、Springer、Taylor&Francis、Elsevier Science Direct、Emerald等相关数据库收录的文献为基础,分四个部分对国外IC研究进行综述:1简述国外IC研究的兴起与发展历程;2从阶段划分、学科分布、层面归纳三个方面阐述国外IC研究的状况;3从概念、构成与评价两个方面概述国外IC研究的内容;4从主要问题、典型方法、相关概念、发展趋势四个方面评析国外IC的研究。指出:IC研究需要从个人信息文化(PIC)、组织信息文化(OIC)和国家信息文化(NIC)三个层面展开,OIC以及PIC的研究将成为未来IC研究的重点;IC理论研究要紧密联系实际;IC研究的核心在其概念与评价。建议我国的IC研究应从三个方面展开:1拓宽IC研究的视阈,重点关注组织层面和个人层面的研究;2开展IC的实证研究,探索我国IC发展中的共性与个性;3界定不同层面IC的概念,明确IC的组成与评价要素。图3。表1。参考文献70。     

重视"学生助理"对图书馆业务工作的辅助作用

随着高校图书馆的改革，“学生助理”的作用越来越被重视，而且对图书馆的业务工作起了不可低估的辅助作用。     

The long-term preservation of identifiable personal data: a comparative archival perspective on privacy regulatory models in the European Union,Australia, Canada and the United States

This article analyses the extent to which archival exemptions for historical, scientific and statistical research in privacy legislation support preservation in selected European Union countries, and comparable aspects of Australian, American and Canadian law within a legal, ethical and digital archival perspective. The authors recommend that the further processing of personal data under data protection law be given a wider scope of interpretation for archival preservation purposes in both the public and private sector, coupled with the use of researcher and archival codes in relation to access to personal data. They also recommend early appraisal and integration of privacy with freedom of information and archival regimes.

Desk Bound No More: Reference Services at a New Research University Library

The authors discuss a newly established academic library at the University of California, Merced, as a model for reference service that foregoes a desk staffed with reference librarians. The library provides innovative, quality reference services for its users by using well-trained staff at a library services desk and employing new technologies for asynchronous communication and instruction.     

The Librarian BFF: A Case Study of a Cohort-Based Personal Librarian Program

This case study presents the development and implementation of a personal librarian program for a cohort-based, executive-style higher education administration doctoral program. Librarians and the program director collaborated to create a student-centered program based on individual research needs. The personal librarian program was designed to build a close relationship between the librarian and individual students; to help identify their research knowledge gaps; and to identify resources to meet each individual students' research needs.     

Alexa,Siri, Cortana,and More: An Introduction to Voice Assistants

Voice assistants are software agents that can interpret human speech and respond via synthesized voices. Apple’s Siri, Amazon’s Alexa, Microsoft’s Cortana, and Google’s Assistant are the most popular voice assistants and are embedded in smartphones or dedicated home speakers. Users can ask their assistants questions, control home automation devices and media playback via voice, and manage other basic tasks such as email, to-do lists, and calendars with verbal commands. This column will explore the basic workings and common features of today’s voice assistants. It will also discuss some of the privacy and security issues inherent to voice assistants and some potential future uses for these devices. As voice assistants become more widely used, librarians will want to be familiar with their operation and perhaps consider them as a means to deliver library services and materials.     

Exploring the work and learning stories of para‐teachers in a college for further education in England

This paper reports findings from a research project which developed and introduced the Enhanced Learning Support Assistant Programme (ELSAP). This was a source of professional development for learning support assistants who were supporting students with additional learning needs in a college for further education in England. The purpose of this paper is to share findings from the project and to report on how learning support assistants experienced their work in inclusive college classrooms. The research project was a mixed methods study with participants drawn from learning support assistants within one college for further education in England. Data was collected throughout the 14‐week intervention. Findings indicate that issues exist around the uniqueness of the vocational curriculum and the implications this has for classroom support. It also shows how conflicting classroom procedures can generate feelings of confusion and how learning support workers often feel lonely in their role with no natural opportunity to mix with others. Furthermore, it indicates how a general lack of knowledge about teaching and learning contribute to them experiencing difficulty when performing their role which feed their views that a college for further education can be a complex and hostile environment to work in.

大约在上个世纪末起,中国掀起了一波涉及金庸、武侠小说、金庸热及金庸武侠小说等现象的批评热潮,而在相当多的有关金庸武侠小说的批判中却存在着个人情绪化突出,批判的矛头指向偏错等问题.许多知名人士或学者在试图去批判金庸武侠小说时实质上却是在批判武侠小说,批判金庸,批判与金庸武侠小说有关的各种社会现象.他们所要批判的对象与其实际批判的矛头不相对应,似乎是南辕北辙、“声东击西”.
