原发性痛经的中医药研究与治疗进展

收集近十余年原发性痛经中医药研究的文献资料,从病因病机、中药内服治疗、外治治疗、中成药治疗及导引、五行音乐对该病的治疗等方面进行了综述。     

A large-scale donor attempt to improve educational status of the poor and household income distribution: The experience of PEDC in Vietnam

In 2003, donors combined together in Vietnam to support the provision of quality primary schooling for 226 disadvantaged districts (about a third of the country). US$160 million was invested in infrastructure, materials and training across the 226 districts. The programme has been commended by donors and received good press inside Vietnam. Comparison of achievement surveys in 2001 and 2007 showed, however, that there had been a decline in performance in the targeted districts. This article explores various hypotheses as to how this could have happened; and in particular the increasing amounts spent by better-off households on their children's education.     

A new age for child protection--General Comment 13: why it is important, how it was constructed, and what it intends?

Children continue to be subjected to high levels of violence (i.e., physical, psychological and sexual maltreatment) throughout the world. International concern about violence against children has increased significantly during the last decade. A Study on Violence Against Children, encouraged by the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, conducted under the auspices of the United Nations Secretary General and reported in 2006, has become a rallying call to improve child protection. Child protection practices and systems have been judged to be generally inadequate and, in some cases, destructive. It is widely recognized that business as usual—more of the same—will not do. A General Comment (guide to fulfilling obligations) for Article 19, the central conceptualization of child protection of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, has the potential to promote a worldwide reformulation of child protection priorities, policies, and practices by virtue of the infusion of a child rights approach. It can be a mechanism for framing and promoting the transformational change needed – for a genuine paradigm shift. Here, explication is given for the historical context, rationale, centrality of child rights, process of development, holistic nature, and primary elements of General Comment 13 (GC13): The child's right to freedom from all forms of violence. GC13 embodies and champions a child rights approach to child protection entailing strong support for proactive primary prevention, promotion of good child care, and a commitment to secure the rights and well-being of all children. A child rights-based, comprehensive coordinating framework is recommended for the implementation of GC13.     

高师小学教育研究方法与教学改革的思考与实践

为适应基础教育改革和发展对高师院校提出的研究型教师培养要求,作为初等教育专业主干课程的小学教育研究方法,主要从以下几方面进行课程与教学改革：改革课程内容,增强课程的针对性和适用性;改革教学模式与教学方法,探索＂讲授—体验—反思—评价＂四环节研究性教学模式,采用多种教学方法,突出学生的自主探究和操作体验;改革评价方法,突出评价的发展功能;促进教师专业发展职前职后一体化。     

网络文明背景下青少年和谐德育初探

网络文明下的和谐德育关注的是信息时代青少年的伦理道德发展问题,是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分.网络的发展在一定程度上对人与自然、人与社会、人与人和个体自身的和谐发展产生了负面影响,亟需对网络文明下的德育的观念、内容、环境、模式做进一步探究,以体现和谐社会建设的价值导向和内在要求.     

小学生家庭体育教育现状调查与分析

采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,以安徽省城市小学生家庭为调查对象,对小学生家庭体育教育现状进行研究。结果显示,小学生家庭中有23.4%的家庭开展了家庭体育教育,且多数家庭是在＂孩子主动要求＂下实施的,主要目的是锻炼孩子身体和满足孩子兴趣需求;小学生家庭体育教育项目主要是乒乓球、篮球、跆拳道、羽毛球、足球、游泳和轮滑等项目,时段尽量安排在寒暑假和双休日;没有实施家庭体育教育的最主要原因是家长担心影响孩子的学习。从家庭、学校和社会3个方面为小学生家庭体育教育的健康发展提出建设性参考意见。     

美国基层图书馆服务研究

无论从服务理念、服务对象还是服务手段来看,美国基层图书馆的服务都是极其广泛和周到的。究其原因可知：从体制上说,公民意识强烈,国家民主体制健全;从制度上说,得到国家立法和地方税收支持;从机制上说,馆员配备机制和监督反馈机制较为完善。美国基层图书馆的服务成功说明,政府是保证基层图书馆得以持续发展的重要原因;图书馆应开展建立在社区基础上的调研,不断了解新的社会信息需求,把握读者真实需求的方向;图书馆应承担起培养民主、尊重人权的社会责任。     

广东地区民办（中小学）教育的现状及分析

近年来广东地区民办（中小学）教育发展迅猛,办学规模越来越大。当地民办教育已经形成了与公办教育争雄的局面,同时教育的办学规律也在发生深层次的变化。国民需要什么样的教育？怎样做到相对的教育平等？民办教育与公办教育怎么才能做到公平竞争？这些问题都有待深入调查研究。
