我国专科教育现状分析及发展战略构想

本首先分析了当前我国专科教育所面临的发展困境与成因，进而提出了改革我国专科教育体制、建立新型专科教育运行机制的构想与相关的政策性建议。作认为，作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分，专科教育为我国的社会主义教育事业作了重要贡献，但目前又进入到一个新的发展转型期，挑战与发展的机遇关存；改革计划管理的约束的体制，寻求办学效益和社会效益的统一，建立起与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的专科教育体制与机制，实现教育体制与学校功能的战略性调整，是现阶段专科教育改革发展的必然趋势和重要条件。     

Nurseries and emotional well‐being: evaluating an emotionally containing model of professional development

Despite official endorsement of attachment principles in nursery work, these are often not translated into nursery practice. One possible reason for this is that staff training does not sufficiently address the personal implications and anxieties that children's attachments may entail for practitioners. Working from a psychoanalytic perspective on organisational functioning and group learning, this paper describes action research with a group of nursery heads who participated in a professional development programme designed specifically to explore emotional experience in professional work. The positive evaluations of the programme by heads and their staff are described including examples of experiential learning and of increased staff awareness about, and responsiveness to, the emotional experience of children. However, the research also concluded that sustained effectiveness of the model is likely to be dependent on an ongoing culture of attention to the emotional experience of nursery staff within nursery umbrella organisations.     

增强教学交往促进专业课教学质量的提高

教学交往是一种实现教学目的有效手段,它能创设一种师生互动、互惠的教学关系,能激发学生的学习热情和兴趣.由于专业课中的新概念多、实践性强,在教学中很容易引起学生学习的倦怠.应该充分发挥教学交往的最大效能,创造多种途径的教学交往模式,促进专业课教学质量的提高.     

基于合作的教师专业发展模式——美国专业发展学校(PDS)合作模式探究

美国专业发展学校(PDS)是上个世纪80年代兴起的一种基于合作的、新型的教师教育模式,它以其独特的组织形式和良好的效果引起了人们的关注,现已成为美国教师教育改革的主流趋势．本文旨在对PDS的产生背景、基本合作模式及其存在的问题进行分析与探究,以期能为我国的教师专业发展学校以及教师教育改革提供一些启示和参考。     

Writing for professional recognition in higher education: understanding genre and expertise

ABSTRACT

This study draws on the theoretical frameworks of genre theory and writing expertise to explore how educators manage and excel in writing for professional recognition. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with four educators from different disciplines in which participants discussed their experiences of preparing and writing for Senior Fellow. Despite the fact that writing for professional recognition can be a contentious genre to manage with its reflective features favouring those from certain disciplinary backgrounds, the participants described positive and affirming experiences. The findings also suggest that educators are strategic in their approach, and that the writing process can have unexpected affordances including a developed knowledge of writing, professional confidence and a sense of empowerment. The findings have implications for developing systems and resources to support educators preparing for fellowship.     

Professional Cultures and Collaborative Efforts: A Case Study of Technologists and Educators Working for Change

The need for those working in a variety of settings to interact effectively with technical experts has grown dramatically in recent years as computers have become essential to the performance of an increasing broad range of professional work. This article presents a case of this sort of interprofessional interaction, exploring the process and outcomes of collaboration between technical professionals and educators working to bring Internet access to an urban public school district. Drawing on field note and interview data, the case reported here illustrates how differences in institutional routines and professional values can generate differing agendas, contrasting assumptions, and contrasting expectations concerning project products and outcomes among collaborators from different professional worlds. In the case we describe, these differences affected such central matters as the types and usefulness of technical resources to which users had access as well as users' confidence in the technology. The case also illustrates how aspects of this interprofessional conflict were addressed through an organizational change. The kinds of issues that arose in this project are likely to occur in a variety of professional settings; therefore, examination of this case provides insight into a variety of issues and dynamics that should be considered when embarking upon or analyzing any interprofessional collaborative effort, and particularly one that involves technical professionals.     

Providing Bottom-Up Support to Middle School Science Teachers’ Reform Efforts in Using Inquiry-Based Kits

Middle grades science teachers need professional support in practice as they implement new inquiry-based science. Professional development schools can provide this bottom-up support through connecting preservice and inservice teacher education programs in classroom practice. In this study, coteaching arrangements with secondary science education majors provided additional teachers in the classroom to support a materials-rich curriculum and the needed associated pedagogies. Science education majors provided needed assistance in troubleshooting difficulties with the new curriculum. They also provided needed content knowledge to support inquiry, along with creating moments and space for teachers to reflect on inquiry practice. Ongoing assistance by preservice teachers allowed inservice teachers to progress from logistical concerns in implementing kit curriculum to concerns regarding student learning and the supporting professional development.

温州市高职专业结构与区域产业结构的对接研究

服务区域经济社会发展,是高职院校办学定位的要求。通过研究发现,温州市高职专业结构与区域产业结构发展大体相适应,与第二产业对接尚不够充分,与支柱产业未能很好地匹配。温州市高职专业结构应以产业结构为依据,调整高职专业结构与招生数量,优先发展对接支柱产业的专业,促进高职专业结构更好地适应区域产业结构。     

学前教育学生专业实习态度情况分析——以红河学院07级学前教育专业学生为例

文章通过访谈、问卷调查等途径从各方面对学前学生的实习态度进行调查和分析,寻找问题,提出对策。研究结果:该专业学生清楚了解专业实习的重要性,认真对待,态度端正,认真考虑和面对实习出现的各种状况,努力解决难题。存在的问题:实习时间不足;专业知识储备不充足;教学组织的方式不完善;对实习条件不满意;实习教学效果欠佳等,为此从学校和学生两方面给予以下建议:延长实习期限,可以至三个月;最好在专业学习完成之后有准备地进入实习;条件允许的情况下,让学生进行换班实习,体验不同班级的工作;探索多元化实习模式;学生在实习期间应多与指导教师互动交流;学生应加强专业技能的学习和巩固等.     

陈独秀的职业教育观

作为教育家的陈独秀,其职业教育思想独具特色。他认为在社会形态中教育属于上层建筑,中国从来就不大重视职业教育,而欧美各国都注重职业教育。主张“一切教育都建设在社会的需要上面”,讲究“实际应用”,强调理论要联系实际,学习要学以致用,希望教育是平民的而非贵族的。陈独秀的职业教育思想在当今仍有现实意义。
