挑战与回应:中国高校图书馆的发展方向

2010年以后,中国高校图书馆迎来了中国梦双一流新时代三大发展机遇,同时亦面临着新的时代挑战。文章通过调查各高校、教育部、高校图工委、国家统计局、中国互联网信息中心等官方发布的公开数据,以双一流高校为例,对图书馆经费总量与占比的增长情况、在编馆员数量与质量、大学生阅读现状等情况进行统计分析。结果发现,图书馆总经费在全校总经费中占比平均在0.5%左右且普遍呈下降趋势,与世界一流大学图书馆经费的一般水平(2%左右)相差甚远;高校图书馆在职员工数量偏低且呈下降趋势,馆员与学生比例为1:300,工作负荷超常,工作时间超长,专业馆员数量严重不足;高校图书馆借阅率持续下降,本科生四年外借图书不足40本,专业图书阅读量不足。我国高校图书馆正面临着缺经费缺馆员缺读者的三重现实困境,与世界一流大学图书馆的基本条件相差甚远。为此,高校图书馆必须直面现实,主动亮剑,以回归常识、回归专业、回归本分为基本对策,为高校图书馆增加经费,提升图书馆员的专业性,最大限度地吸引学生阅读。图2。表5。参考文献51。     

新形势下高校体育教师职业道德研究

跨入新世纪,我们有必要用超前眼光,对新形势下我国高校体育教师应具备的职业道德进行分析与探讨,规范体育教师职业的必要性,提高体育教师职业道德的水准,道德在体育教师中的体现,以促进高校体育事业良性发展。     

北美职业体育经营模式对我国职业体育发展的启示——基于2008年奥运会后的分析

经过十余年的市场化改革,在奥运会后,我国职业体育产业基本上形成了一个以联赛俱乐部、广大球迷、各类媒体、以及管理层为主体,其他组织并存的职业体育市场。同时也存在不少问题,各职业体育俱乐部的经营仍然较困难,与北美职业体育的发展差距较大。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合2008年北京奥运会后我国职业体育的发展现状,从产业链控制、实现企业价值的方式、所涉及的业务和产品范围三个方面,对北美职业体育的经营模式进行了深入剖析,总结了其对2008年后我国职业体育发展的有益启示。     

高职体育教学中学生体育素养和职业能力培养研究

高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职院校专注培养实用型人才,重视学生的实际运用能力,以及实际操作能力,满足社会对实用技能型人才的需求。随着教育体制的改革,传统体育教学中的问题不断凸显,很难培养学生的体育素养,也不利于提升学生的职业能力。高职院校在体育教学中,不仅要教授学生专业的体育知识,也要将学生的身体素质和职业技能作为重要的教学内容,针对学生的专业制定体育项目,促进学生体育能力的多方面发展,为未来的社会工作作铺垫。目前高职院校在体育教学中,忽视学生体育素养和职业能力的培养,需要及时改进,制定合理的措施,提升学生的体育素养和职业能力。     

英语排球运动专业术语特点研究

排球起源于美国,随着时代的变化发展,排球运动逐渐发展壮大、走向世界。近代早期,由美国军人及商人将排球运动传到世界各地,中国也得以开始排球运动。随着越来越多人的参与逐渐兴起,排球运动也被越来越多的人所喜爱。作为人人都可以参与、都可以享受的运动,排球的一些新兴技术与战术在人们享受技击的过程中应运而生。美国人民喜欢用习语描述排球运动,这也促成了一些带有美国特色的排球术语的诞生。该文主要研究体育英语中排球运动专业术语的特点,通过实例探究排球运动专业术语,总结与归纳排球运动专业术语的特点,以帮助中国排球爱好者能够更好地学习排球运动专业术语的相关知识,进而促进中国排球运动与体育英语翻译事业的发展。     

The importance of environment for teacher professional learning in Malta and Scotland

Current reforms in the Maltese and Scottish educational contexts can only be fully implemented if teachers radically transform the way they teach. Teacher professional learning is an important mechanism that policy-makers, school leaders and administrators have to achieve this. Teacher professional learning is, above all, situated within the specific social workplace environment of teacher practice. Thus, schools need to be recognised as important sites of professional learning for teachers. In Malta and Scotland teachers were asked about their professional learning to identify how the learning environment within individual schools affects professional learning. In both countries, collaboration and school leadership were key components in determining a school’s learning environment. Data analysis led to the production of examples of expansive and restrictive features. Policy-makers, school leaders and administrators can use these features to examine how schools operate in terms of helping or hindering professional learning in the school environment.     

Providing school-based learning in elementary school mathematics: the case of a professional development school partnership

Abstract

School–university partnerships also known as professional development school (PDS) partnerships provide potential for universities and schools to establish partnerships that can benefit university faculty, school teachers, university students, and school students. This study examines the impact of a PDS partnership in which the author served as a school-based mathematics coach for two years in a high-need elementary school. Data sources included interviews, surveys, and field notes from classroom observations. Inductive qualitative analyses which were situated in a multi-level framework for researching professional development found that teachers posed more cognitively demanding mathematical tasks and high-level questions in year two compared to year one of this project. Further, student achievement was noted on both state-wide and district-created assessments. Also teachers reported that the school-based approach to professional development led to some teachers taking on more informal leadership roles to support their colleagues’ mathematics instruction. Implications for school-based learning opportunities across the world include the need to establish specific university–school partnerships, and carefully designing research studies to examine the impact of these learning opportunities.     

新疆高职高专工商管理专业教学改革与思考

高职高专教育要适应经济和社会发展的需要，必须提高自身的创新能力，不断深化教学改革。本文就新疆高职高专在技术应用型人才的培养中，工商管理专业教学改革面临的机遇和挑战，以及目前存在的问题等进行了阐述，并提出了设想与方案。     

Competing views of teaching in a school–university partnership

This case study examines how differing views on the teacher's role in school reform affected the work of a school–university partnership. The school district and the university had a history of partnerships and shared common general goals. Yet, as the partnership progressed, conflicting perspectives about teaching and the purpose of professional development became evident and created dilemmas that influenced the nature of the work. We provide background information about each partner, describe the two views, and examine how the differing perspectives influenced the goals and activities of the partnership. This study highlights the complex issues embedded in school–university collaboration.
