后京都时代温室气体减排路径选择

从气候变化具有的全球公共物品及经济公共物品属性着手,分析了温室气体减排作为公共物品问题所面临的两大难题以及自身所存在的特殊性。针对议定书的减排方式、减排效果及实施中面临的主要困难,提出了数量法背景下适时引入价格法以确定减排量,发达国家与发展中国家共同承担减排责任,引入市场竞争以提高监管效率。     

采用协议重定向实现基于HTTPS的数据安全传输

随着WEB应用的拓展,WEB服务的数据安全性问题日益突出。文中分析了WEB服务数据的传输通道-HTTP协议在安全性方面的缺陷,介绍了采用协议重定向方法实现基于HTTPS的数据安全传输。     

Self-Service Interlibrary Loan

Abstract

Technology is rapidly moving libraries toward a self-service interlibrary loan model. Patrons currently request books and articles through OCLC's unmediated ILL Direct Request service, and interlibrary loan management software enables users to request, track, and renew borrowed materials unassisted online. In addition, products such as SFX and Serials Solutions further expand unmediated requesting. Peer-to-peer resource sharing defined by the ISO ILL Protocol and direct consortial borrowing, which has become possible following the recently approved NCIP standard, encourage and support the widespread development of self-service interlibrary loan. As borrowing from other collections becomes an almost effortless process for library users, reference librarians must find ways to encourage patron use of local collections, as well as familiarize themselves with the mechanics of unmediated interlibrary loan to better assist patrons in their use of evolving interlibrary loan technology.     

Controlling the Production of EAD Encoded Documents,Extracting Metadata and Publishing Them on the Web: Methods and Tools,France

SUMMARY

This article presents four projects geared towards providing the community of EAD users with methods and tools to control the quality of archival finding aids, to extract metadata from them in Dublin Core and qualified Dublin Core for use in OAI-PMH repositories, and to publish them on the Web along with the digital images produced by digitization of the material described. The first two projects were conducted in 2004 by the Centre Historique des Archives Nationales together with AJLSM and resulted in the writing of reports and programs. The other projects are PLEADE and Navimages, which consist of open source applications that allow the building of Web-based search and viewing applications. All these tools can be used by archivists to create a complete publishing suite.

现有图书馆信息资源与网络环境下信息资源的融合是当前信息界研究的热点之一，本文将Z39.50协议中的BER编码用XER编码实现，并制定了具体的实现规则，提供了一条将Z39.50协议融入Internet的途径，以适应网络环境下的新的信息需求。     

PTD2112的FXS终端的研究

IP电话设备主要采用H．323和MGCP协议实现,但是H．323和MGCP协议实现过程复杂,给实际使用造成很多的问题。本文提出一种采用PTD2112的FXS终端的实现方法,VoIP协议采用实现简单的SIP协议,同时也能够确保电话业务的服务质量,电话业务接口的技术性能指标满足相关规范要求。重点阐述了基于PTD2112的FXS终端的硬件与软件的设计方法。电话接口的性能测试结果表明,所提出的方案在因特网运行良好。
