中国在非洲海外利益维护问题初探

中国在非洲的利益一直都是中国对外政策与外交战略的重点,中国在非利益从结构上可分为经济利益、政治利益、安全利益及文化利益,中非交往的不同阶段所体现的利益重点不同,即中国在非利益具有长期性、成长性和阶段性的特征。随着中非交往的不断深化,中国在非洲涉及的利益无论从广度还是深度来说都扩大了,并且在扩大的过程中也随之出现了一系列的矛盾。非洲对于中国和平崛起具有重要的意义,因此维护、协调、巩固和发展中国在非的利益不仅是维护中国国家利益的需要,也是中非友好交往的内在要求。     

基于GSM系统的基站子系统(BSS)部分研究

GSM是一个庞大、复杂的系统,从结构上来看主要包含4个主体:基站子系统(BSS)、移动交换子系统(MSS)、操作维护子系统(OMC)、移动台(MS)。BSS在GSM中实现无线和发射功能,是GSM系统实现无线通信的关键组成部分。本文介绍了BSS的组成及功能,以及它的操作维护平台OMCR。     

The influence of inter-firm IT governance strategies on relational performance: The moderation effect of information technology ambidexterity

How to create value from information technology (IT) in multi-firm situations has attracted the notice of both researchers and practitioners. However, as a critical factor to enhance relational performance, the inter-firm IT governance strategy has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the contractual and relational governance literature, this paper presents two inter-firm IT governance strategies, namely, balancing (focusing on achieving a close match between the relational and contractual governance) and complementing (focusing on creating synergy between the relational and contractual governance) governance strategies. Using data collected from 200 firms, we examined the relationship between these two governance strategies and relational performance. Furthermore, we studied the influence of a contingent factor, IT ambidexterity (simultaneous pursuit of IT flexibility and IT standardization) on this value generation process. Our results indicate that both inter-firm IT governance strategies, but especially the balancing strategy, can help increase relational performance, and IT ambidexterity also can influence the choice of governance strategies of focal firms. Specifically, focal firms with low IT ambidexterity prefer using a balancing governance strategy rather than a complementing governance strategy. On the other hand, focal firms with high IT ambidexterity can reduce or mitigate the risks of unbalancing strategy (such as the contractual-dominant or relational-dominant governance strategy), and then enhance the synergy effects of contractual and relational governance. Implications for theory and practice are also discussed.

The interplay of cognitive and relational social capital dimensions in university-industry collaboration: Overcoming the experience barrier

The use of university-industry collaboration in the innovation process is viewed as a major driver of firm competitiveness. The organizational dynamics underlying successful external relationships, however, remain poorly understood. Using longitudinal case studies of 15 innovation projects, we examine how firms with varying degrees of experience in collaborating with universities and public research organizations rely on different social capital dimensions to achieve successful collaborations. We find that experienced firms establish external collaborations on the basis of cognitive social capital, but this basis is reinforced by relational social capital over time. Conversely, less experienced firms initially base their university collaborations on relational social capital, which is reinforced by cognitive social capital over time. Based on these findings, we theorize on the interplay of different dimensions of social capital in university-industry collaborations over time. Our study has important implications for the management of collaborative innovation projects. In particular, it provides guidance to enable less experienced firms to develop successful collaborations with university partners.     

广西产业结构及第三产业结构的灰色关联分析

良好的产业结构有利于一个地区的快速发展,不断优化产业结构是促进经济又好又快发展的重要举措.广西自治区的第三产业已成为地区三次产业的领头羊,但是,第三产业在数量上的领先并不意味着对地区经济总量的影响一定最大,也不能说明三次产业的内部结构一定合理.通过对广西与长三角两省一市的三次产业对地区生产总值分析,第三产业内部各部门和第三产业以及地区生产总值之间的灰色关联分析,我们认为广西的产业结构仍需进一步调整优化,尤其是第三产业内部.

Inter-organizational relationships and knowledge sharing through the relationship and institutional orientations in supply chains

Sharing knowledge in inter-organizational relationships is one way to enhance strategic competitiveness. It is generally agreed that the development of close relationships facilitates such sharing among partners. This paper presents a research model comprises five research hypotheses with four constructs, including relationship orientation, institutional orientation, relational risk and knowledge sharing. This study develops a conceptual model that relational risk as a mediating construct to examine the inter-relationship effects that affect knowledge sharing and these relationships. We analyze data collected from 312 of the top 1000 Taiwanese manufacturing firms in 2011 listed in Business Weekly. The results of the empirical study suggest that the role played by relationship orientation and institutional orientation is critical in ensuring the inter-organizational knowledge sharing as it mitigates the relational risk in the process. The findings of the study provide practical insights into how supply chain members should reinforce their relational and institutional view of relational governance and manage relational risks so as to improve their collaborative behaviors and in turn achieve the competitive advantage of knowledge sharing for the supply chain as a whole.     

论彝族《劝善经》中的传统道德观念

彝族《劝善经》是彝族伦理道德的重要组成部分。它译述了道家经典劝善书之一《太上感应篇》,并结合彝族的宗教礼俗、心理情态、社会思想、伦理道德、风俗习惯等内容,劝说人们要行善戒恶。其中的劝善理论对人们的精神生活、家庭道德、身心健康以及社会稳定等方面产生了积极的影响,对构建社会主义和谐社会具有积极的作用。
