营造和谐师生关系,构建参与式课堂

营造和谐的师生关系,首先要求教师必须转变教育观念,教师不再是单纯的知识灌输者和解释者,而是学生学习的咨询者、督促者、组织者和合作者,主体参与强调学生是学习的主体,教师只有充分发挥主导作用,才能实现学生的主体作用.

阐述信息服务质量管理中“顾客满意战略”（CS）的涵义和实现CS战略应该遵循的原则,并就如何实现图书馆信息服务质量管理CS战略的对策进行了探讨.     

图书馆服务质量模型及其应用

建立了以满意度、忠诚度为核心的图书馆服务质量模型。该模型不仅建立起影响图书馆服务质量的各个因素(变量)之间的因果关系,而且可以确定图书馆用户价值感、满意度和忠诚度三者之间相互关联、相互影响的程度,为改进服务质量提供依据。图4。表3。参考文献3。     

从身份到契约:契约观念与图书馆角色转变

契约观念是契约关系的内在价值在人的思想观念形态上的体现。由于它蕴涵着自主意识、平等意识和权利意识,因而成为构筑现代社会关系最重要的精神理念与思想资源。我国改革开放的进程从某种意义上而言亦是"从身份到契约"的过程。图书馆应顺应社会发展趋势,积极应对现实中存在的问题;培育和强化图书馆契约观念,明确图书馆与馆员、读者和政府之间的关系,努力实现从"从身份到契约"的角色转变。     

社会主义市场经济的伦理和谐

社会主义市场经济伦理和谐的实质是社会主义的基本价值与市场经济的效率与秩序的统一，其重要表现是整体社会的心态平衡。社会主义市场经济的伦理和谐不是现成的，是相关利益群体在特定生活冲突的逼迫下不断反省、磋商、妥协的结果，其实现的主要途径有提高社会的整体诚信水平，构建新型的人情伦理观念，提高企业的道德水平，加强法治等等。     

示范性高职院校和谐师生关系的构建

和谐师生关系是构建和谐校园的核心,是示范性高职院校建设的重要内容,决定着示范性高职院校“示范性”作用的发挥。文章阐释了示范性高职院校和谐师生关系的内涵与特征,分析了导致高职院校师生关系不和谐的因素,指出构建示范性高职院校和谐师生关系需要学校、教师、学生的共同努力。     

论公立图书馆与民营图书馆的关系——从河北实地调研说起

本文根据笔者2005年暑期对河北沧州和邢台两地公立图书馆和民营图书馆的实地调研，系统介绍了民营图书馆的发展概况，通过实例分析了公立图书馆的尴尬缺位，并从不同角度探讨了公立图书馆与民营图书馆的关系。     

Love Styles and Communication in Relationships: Partner Preferences,Initiation, and Intensification

The three exploratory studies reported here investigate the role of love styles in the early stages of romantic relationships. Study 1 (N = 108) had subjects rate and rank 14 characteristics of prospective romantic partners. As expected, individual's love style scores were related to the characteristics people report as desirable in a relational partner. Several of these effects, however, were moderated by sex. Study 2 (N = 173) revealed that scores on love styles were associated with ratings of opening lines and intensification strategies. None of these effects were moderated by sex. Study 3 (N = 137) investigated the association between love styles and ratings of secret tests among individuals currently involved in a romantic relationship. The results indicated that love styles were associated with ratings of secret tests. These data add to a growing body of literature suggesting that love styles are associated with individual differences in relational and communicative behavior across the life span of romantic relationships.     

Why users keep answering questions in online question answering communities: A theoretical and empirical investigation

This study theorized and validated a model of knowledge sharing continuance in a special type of online community, the online question answering (Q&A) community, in which knowledge exchange is reflected mainly by asking and answering specific questions. We created a model that integrated knowledge sharing factors and knowledge self-efficacy into the expectation confirmation theory. The hypotheses derived from this model were empirically validated using an online survey conducted among users of a famous online Q&A community in China, “Yahoo! Answers China”. The results suggested that users’ intention to continue sharing knowledge (i.e., answering questions) was directly influenced by users’ ex-post feelings as consisting of two dimensions: satisfaction, and knowledge self-efficacy. Based on the obtained results, we also found that knowledge self-efficacy and confirmation mediated the relationship between benefits and satisfaction.     

论建构主义视角下的新型师幼互动关系

师幼互动是一个双向建构的过程,指在幼儿园一日生活各环节中教师与幼儿之间以师幼接触为基础的双向人际交流.建构主义的核心观点是:儿童的学习是主体与环境相互作用的双向活动.基于建构主义关于教师现、儿童观及师幼关系的观点,笔者认为在这一理论视角下,应该:尊重幼儿,建立合作探究式师幼关系;平视幼儿,建立民主平等型师幼关系;关爱幼儿,构建情感相依型师幼关系.
