照相原理扫描仪的性能测试与评价

大尺寸原稿数字化需要特殊类型的扫描仪,通常基于照相原理构成而成。本文测量和评价了照相原理扫描仪的空间频率响应和色彩还原能力,测量结果表明,扫描仪的水平分辨率低于制造商提供的数据。

"再生产理论"是西方新教育社会学研究教育不平等问题而形成的著名理论范式.研究者在运用的过程中,首先应思考中西教育研究上的差异.研究对象必须锁定在中国环境下产生的教育不平等问题;需要进行理论视角和话语方式的转换,主要采用功能主义的研究取向;研究立场既要有利于教育弱势群体,又要致力于帮助政府从制度和政策上推进教育公平的目标;研究方法要避免陷入机械决定论的片面,采取宏观与微观相结合的方法,秉承事实分析原则.通过比较,以利于转化为中国教育理论的有效组成部分.     

The Post-Nuclear Family and the Depoliticization of Unplanned Pregnancy in Knocked Up,Juno, and Waitress

This essay explores three films from 2007, Knocked Up, Juno, and Waitress, which foreground young women's unplanned pregnancies. These movies depoliticize women's reproduction and motherhood through narratives that rearticulate the meaning of choice. Bypassing the subject of abortion, the women's decisions revolve around their choice of heterosexual partners and investment in romantic relationships. Although they question the viability of the nuclear family for single pregnant women, these films represent new iterations of post-feminism that ultimately restore conservative ideas that valorize pregnancy and motherhood as women's imperatives. We conclude by addressing how these movies present a distorted and short-sighted depiction of the politics of reproductive agency and the challenges that single mothers face.     

(In)Conceivable: Risky Reproduction and the Rhetorical Labors of “Octomom”

This article interrogates public discourse surrounding the Suleman octuplet birth, tracing related rhetorics of pathology and risk that marked Nadya Suleman as a threat to be contained while masking dominant logics of race, class, and family formation through the ethos of medical expertise. This study demonstrates how the rhetoric of risk functions as a powerful mode of governance, policing the borders of maternity and asserting the primacy of medical authority in maintaining these borders.     

Challenges and approaches in conserving New Ink Art

Most of the examples of New Ink Art in public collections in Hong Kong are generally in the form of traditional ink paintings, yet each of them have different intention from the artist, with abstract notions to deliver. They always present unexpected challenges in the course of conservation and preservation, ranging from ethical, legal, technological, technical, to time-based medium, and display issues. This paper draws the attention of museum workers and conservators to the preservation issues of New Ink Art by using two works by two internationally-renowned artists. It aims to resolve the common issues around their artworks by comparing with and making references to different solutions and approaches currently adopted in other countries, like the United States, Canada, and Europe. It clarifies the ethical concepts involved, and brings us new insight to cope with ever-changing confrontations and problems while conserving, preserving, and displaying New Ink Art.     

尖吻蝮蛇的繁殖行为和人工孵化研究

１９９９年 ７月至 ２０００年 ５月，在双牌的阳明山和芝山特种养蛇场对尖吻蝮的繁殖行为和人工孵化进行了研究．４－５月、９－１１月是尖吻蝮交配繁殖期，雌雄性比为 １： ６－８， ６－９月为产卵期，卵椭圆形，卵壳淡乳酪色或具白色花斑，卵长径平均为 ４５ＭＭ（３８－５１ＭＭ），短径平均为２５ＭＭ（２２－３１ＭＭ），卵重平均为１５Ｇ（１２－１９Ｇ）．孵化期为２４－３０天．采用蛇箱人工孵化时控制温度在于２０－３０□Ｃ，相对湿度为５０－９０％．

社会记忆再生产:档案编纂工作研究新视角

人类文明发展至今积累了无数的社会记忆,这些记忆中有很大一部分以档案为载体不断被激发及延续。档案编纂工作按一定主题整合分散的档案,在此过程中将留存于这些档案中的社会记忆串连起来,用以唤醒、传承社会记忆,实现记忆意义的生成与深化,这既是档案工作的重要组成部分,也是档案记忆再生产的过程。社会记忆再生产理论拓展了档案编纂工作的性质与功能,基于此对编纂工作提出新的要求,进而推动档案编纂工作的调整与优化,推动其社会功能放大。     

论佤族生殖崇拜

对生殖崇拜问题的研究,历来受到民族学、人类学、宗教学、历史学等不同学科的关注,生殖崇拜是人类普遍具有的一种社会现象,也是一种综合的文化现象,佤族是云南省独有少数民族之一,生殖崇拜对于佤族先民不仅是一种繁衍的需要,更是一种生存的需要,在佤族地区,源远流长的生殖崇拜信仰观念及其物化形式,至今仍然可以找到明显可见的遗迹,在佤族的原始宗教、原始神话、原始美术、原始舞蹈及至今日的民族习惯中随处可见生殖崇拜的痕迹。     

数字信息获取中临时复制的著作权问题

临时复制问题既是我国信息法律体系建设中的重要问题,也是网络环境下图书馆提供数字信息时必须解决的著作权问题之一。国外对临时复制是否受著作权法中复制权制约的讨论大致有3种观点,即赞成说、否定说和折衷说。我国对临时复制问题进行法律完善,不宜完全照搬上述观点,应该对不同类型的临时复制区分为非利用性临时复制和利用性临时复制而采取不同的法律对策,作出不同的法律规定。由于浏览与缓存是用户获取数字信息时形成利用性临时复制的两种主要类型,因此,对数字浏览与缓存的合理使用问题进行了进一步探讨。
