基于ISM-Fuzzy AHP的我国中小企业核心竞争力要素分析

本文首先基于已有研究及调研结果,采用主成分分析法选出7个核心竞争力要素,并以苏州、杭州中小企业为例,通过问卷调查获取数据,并运用ISM-Fuzzy AHP模型分析法对中小企业核心竞争力要素进行实证研究。分析表明,我国企业已日益重视对人力资源、技术创新、市场营销、组织管理能力等核心竞争力要素的培育,但对企业文化的塑造仍不够重视。     

From local networks of SMEs to virtual districts?: Evidence from recent trends in Italy

Industrial districts as local networks of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) rooted their competitiveness in a mix of economic relationships and social ties. Recently, network technologies have promised gains of efficiency through a reduction in transaction costs and showed new commercial opportunities for small firms. Despite the morphological similarities between industrial districts and network technologies, a longitudinal analysis of ICT diffusion within Italian districts shows that the foreseen convergence between the district economic model and new technologies should not be taken for granted. The observed specific evolutionary paths concerning technology innovation in local systems also opens-up issues of economic policy.     

企业国际化理论对我国中小企业国际化的适用性分析

企业国际化经营已成为当今世界经济运行的主要特征，随着经济全球化程度的不断加深，对我国国民经济发展起重要作用的中小企业也不可避免地要面临国际化发展问题。本文通过对企业国际化理论的梳理，借以阐释发展中国家中小企业国际化经营问题，并对我国中小企业国际化发展问题进行了初步的分析。     

Future apprenticeships in England: the role of mediation in the new model

Apprenticeship systems across the globe are having to adapt to changing international economic and social trends. England is no exception. This article examines the latest model of apprenticeship in England from the perspective of the ‘mediators’ who work at local and regional level with employers to construct and deliver the majority of current apprenticeships. The role of these actors is examined through a conceptual framework analysing different forms of mediation in the context of ‘the modern expanded state’. Their views were collected through 27 focus groups in nine regions of England in Spring 2016 and involving over 100 participants. These data suggest that the new apprenticeship model faces a number of challenges; notably how to engage small and medium-sized enterprises and how to better support the mobility and progression of apprentices. Participants advocated the development of regional and local networks comprising employers, FE colleges and other providers, HEIs and local government, as ways of sustaining the ‘apprenticeship market’, providing learner progression routes and stimulating employer demand for skills. The article concludes by suggesting a set of necessary local and national conditions if these networks are to have an impact on the successful development of the new apprenticeships.     

中国中小企业融资效率研究

如何科学地、客观地评价中小企业资金融入效率,在目前是一个难题。采用多元线性回归分析法、模糊综合评价法和灰色关联度分析法,对中小企业和大型企业的资金融入效率进行比较分析。通过分析,得出实收资本对中小企业产值的影响最大,短期负债融资影响次之,长期负债融资影响最小的结论,以期为中小企业融资提供借鉴。     

从三重螺旋模型看美国的小企业创新政策——对美国SBIR计划和STYR计划的比较

知识经济时代，仅靠二元合作已不能满足小企业发展的技术和资金需求。三重螺旋模型提供了一个动态和复杂的“三方互动自反”创新模型。在此框架下，美国的小企业创新政策从SBIR计划走向STTR计划，以适应新的技术经济范式。我国中小企业技术创新也亟需发展更加务实的“产官研”合作模式。
