对大众传媒中新生代农民工政治参与的分析与思考

新生代农民工在我国职工中占近50%的比重,该群体有序、有效的政治参与事关社会稳定与发展。本研究以5家主流报纸为对象,对2011年有关新生代农民工的报道进行梳理,从传播特点、现实困境和根源三个方面对该群体的政治参与进行了考察与思考。     

从“被偷走的一代”看澳大利亚同化政策的失败

＂被偷走的一代＂是澳大利亚同化政策的产物和实现同化澳大利亚土著的重要内容。从其源起、发展和结束可以看出：建立在＂白澳思想＂上的澳大利亚同化政策失败的必然性,以及顺应自身社会和文化环境发展的必要性。     

基于概念空间方法的信息检索技术研究

为了解决词汇差异问题,词表构造在信息检索系统中有着重要意义。概念空间方法是利用计算机自动构造概念语义网络(词表)并以此为基础进行概念检索的一种方法。由词语作为语义网络的节点,词语之间的关联权重以一个给定文档集合中词语的共现率来计算,其大小代表它们之间的相似性。检索时系统采用人工智能方法激活与检索入口词相关的术语或概念,为用户提供交互式的检索用语建议。方法的具体步骤包括文档和对象列表收集、对象过滤和自动标引、共现分析和联想检索四个阶段。这种方法多用于英文检索系统,但对我国的信息检索系统也有重要的借鉴意义。     

论数据驱动创新与个人信息保护的冲突与平衡——基于对日本医疗数据规制经验的考察

如何把握数据驱动创新与个人信息保护之间的平衡,深刻影响一国数字经济发展的未来,尤其在医疗数据等敏感个人数据领域。日本在医疗数据规制领域建立"基本法+专门法"双层法律体系,并在操作层面创设"匿名加工+认定"制度,以平衡医疗大数据开发与个人信息保护之间的关系,形成独树一格的日本式规制模式。针对我国在个人信息保护和数据开发利用2个方面立法滞后、制度不健全的现状,建议:(1)加快推进数据保护体系构建,弥补"保护缺位";(2)系统思考数据保护与运用的平衡关系,探索实效性发展举措,弥补"发展缺位";(3)借鉴日本经验做法,为推进医疗数据开发利用,完善相关配套制度。     

Analyzing the role of national culture on content creation and user engagement on Twitter: The case of Indian Premier League cricket franchises

The content generation strategy of a sports franchise determines whether the user engagement increases or decreases on social media platforms. Thus, the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) is profound who generally decides and governs social media policies of the franchises. We show that the cultural differences between local-COO vis-à-vis foreign-COO-governed sports franchises reflect in their content generation strategy and are also associated with user engagement. We use Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory and extract relevant features from the tweets. Overall, the results show that user engagement is more when the content generation strategy is in alignment with fans’ national culture. The first contribution of our work is towards showing the incremental impact of power distance, individualism and collectivism on user engagement. The second contribution of our work is towards feature construction, feature selection and building authorship attribution classifiers to understand the content generation strategy. Prior literature shows that national culture impacts writing of online reviews. We investigate the role of national culture in social media content generation and user engagement and extend the literature. Our study is useful for organizations to understand the role of national culture in content generation and how it is related to user engagement.     

电子书简史——媒介演进与内容创新

十余年间,电子书经历三代更叠,成为与手机和电脑并肩的掌媒和随身媒体。电子书的创新性在于以介于手机与笔记本电脑之间的屏显尺寸,精准地为受众提供了阅读媒体,而非浏览媒体和娱乐媒体,从而为图书、报纸和杂志等平面印刷媒体在移动互联时代的传播提供了全新载体。而电子书由第一代演变至第三代的十年历程证明,平面印刷媒体并不能简单地将内容电子化平移到电子阅读终端,必须研发出适合电子书媒介的创新内容。     

Should next generation access networks fall within the scope of universal service? A European union perspective

In 2010 the European Commission (EC) undertook a review of its current Universal Service Obligation (USO) to discuss whether or not broadband should be included in it. In fact, convergence of telephony, internet and media, further market liberalization and rapid technological development in the broadband market challenge the traditional definition of USO and increasingly question its notion of a “basic set of communication services”, which does not include broadband. In this context, the paper looks at the origins, the theoretical arguments for, and the empirical basis of the USO in light of the ongoing debate in the EU, and links these arguments to technological developments and changing demand conditions in European broadband markets. The authors propose that the European Commission should include in its future USO regulation provisions for a wider set of services based on Next Generation Access (NGA) networks rooted in the EC's new regulatory approach. Even if these provisions have not been included in the new USO framework in November 2011 further discussions are needed to account for the new realities of broadband markets in the European Union.

校本发展是高校外语教师专业发展的重要形式。学校中的专业条件、文化氛围、协同关系和发展范式等形成了教师校本发展的生态系统,影响着教师专业发展的过程。其中,协同生成的理念和实践又直接影响着教师校本发展的实效和远景。文章对高校外语教师的协同生成的实质进行了诠释;以文化生态学为价值取向,探讨了协同生成促进教师校本发展的内涵,并对协同生成推动教师校本发展的策略进行了分析。     

当代中间代女性诗歌简论

中国当代女性诗歌在新时期的发展是受人瞩目的,但是在进入20世纪90年代个人化写作的大背景后,有一大批女性诗人及其作品在诗歌命名的史化进程中,却又被遮蔽遗漏在"第三代"与"70后"之间。出于一种身份上的焦虑以及女性诗歌对男性话语反叛书写的利弊权衡,中间代女性诗人坚守着对诗神的崇拜与热爱,在双重夹缝的焦虑中,以女性自身独特感受言说的自信,诗意地深入到日常生活中去,在激情与技术的结合中做出了精彩的突围表演。     

永磁直驱式风力发电变流器仿真分析

变流器是永磁直驱式风力发电机接入电网的一个关键部件。本文介绍了变流器的拓扑结构和工作原理,应用Matlab软件针对变流器性能进行了仿真。结果表明:当模拟电源的电压、频率或者两者同时变化时,变流器输出的电压和频率均能保持恒定,验证了变流器拓扑结构和控制策略的有效性,为变流器的研制提供了一定的参考。
