新公共服务理论视角下体育公共服务体系的建设

主要采用文献资料法,从新公共服务理论视角对我国体育公共服务体系建设问题进行探讨。研究认为新公共服务理论对我国公共服务体系建设有以下启示：政府应确立体育公共服务理念;政府在体育公共服务体系建设中的主导作用定位;注重公民参与体育公共服务等。研究还提出以下体育公共服务体系建设路径：树立“以人为本”的体育公共服务理念;强化政府在体育公共服务中的主导职责;加快政府职能转移,实现体育公共服务社会化;充分发挥社会体育组织在体育公共服务中的作用等。     

区域成人高校服务学习型城区建设探析

在学习型社会建设背景下,区域成人高校要抓住转型发展的战略机遇期,转变思路、拓展功能、调整结构、整合资源,积极投身于区域学习型城区建设,为学习型社会建设贡献力量。然而,在缺少相关成果参照的基础上,区域成人高校需要认真梳理关于学习型城区建设方面的研究成果,汲取养分、统一思想、提高认识,同时结合区域发展实际,对学校如何服务学习型城区建设的实践问题进行方案设计与策略思考。在此,以上海市长宁区业余大学为例,对区域成人高校服务学习型城区建设的实践方略进行探索。     

The elixir (or burden) of youth? Exploring differences in innovation between start-ups and established firms

Despite the widely acknowledged role of start-ups in economic development, little is known about their innovative activities compared with those of established firms. Drawing on a sample of 12,209 UK firms, we differentiate between services and manufacturing firms and, using a matching estimator approach, demonstrate that start-ups differ significantly from established firms in their innovation activities. We find that in services, being a start-up increases the likelihood of product innovations. However, in manufacturing, we find no significant differences in the likelihood of product innovation between start-ups and established firms. When examining the returns to innovation, we find that start-ups have a significant advantage both in services and in manufacturing. We explore the implications of these results for theory and policy.     

基于 Windows 服务的文件夹同步实现

通过文件操作类实现在两个或多个文件夹之间自动复制备份,实现同步工作。使用OOP方式设计文件同步相关的类,将文件同步的核心功能实现在一个Windows服务中,通过Windows服务,使得同步工作长驻操作系统。     

远程开放教育学习支持服务学生满意度的调查研究——以内蒙古广播电视大学系统为例

学习支持服务是保证开放教育教学质量的关键要素。在"以学生为中心"理念的指导下,从学生的实际需求出发,通过对内蒙古广播电视大学在籍学生进行学习支持服务满意度调查,分析、研究学生实际需求和学习支持服务的运行状况并提出有针对性的改进措施,以此提高开放教育学习支持服务的有效性,进而为提升开放教育质量提供基础性动力。     

Identification of critical quality dimensions for continuance intention in mHealth services: Case study of onecare service

Mobile health (mHealth) services support the continuous health-related monitoring, feedback, and behavior modification of individuals and populations through the use of personal mobile communication devices. Poor service quality is a major reason why many users have discontinued using mHealth services. However, only a few studies have identified the critical quality components for continuance intention. The current study aims to identify the crucial quality dimensions for users’ continuance intention in an mHealth service called Onecare. This service provides various forms of support for the day-to-day health behavior monitoring of college students by utilizing daily behavior data. In this research, five major quality dimensions of mHealth services, namely, content quality, engagement, reliability, usability, and privacy, were derived from existing studies. The effect of each quality dimension on continuance intention was estimated by analyzing the survey responses of 191 Onecare service users. The quality dimension with the most considerable effect on continuance intention was determined to be engagement followed by content quality and reliability. By contrast, the effects of usability and privacy on continuance intention were insignificant. Furthermore, this study found that the optimal quality management strategy can change depending on the objective, i.e., to increase continuance intention or satisfaction. These results will help mHealth service managers allocate their limited resources to effectively and efficiently improve continuance intention. Future research is required to verify if the findings of this study are generalizable to any population because the sample used in this work was specific to Korean college students.

基于GE863_GPS监控终端的设计,详细介绍了系统的软件以及硬件的设计方法。该终端以GE863-GPS及CPU为核心构成,集GPRS以及GPS功能于一身,性价比高、随时在线的、通信方式稳定,可有效解决监控系统在通讯传输中庞大费用等问题,同时以原有SMS为备份链路,完全可以保证GPS监控系统数据传输的可靠性。     

基于SOA架构的烟台市科技管理系统的研究与应用

原有的市科技管理系统的各个子系统是根据业务的不同而单独开发的,子系统之间无法通信,其数据也无法根据科技业务的发展进行重组。我们根据现有应用系统的技术特点,采用面向服务的体系架构(SOA),解决现有平台间的应用集成、业务流程的优化重组、数据的可重用性、系统未来的可扩展行等问题,通过对SOA架构的分析与开发特点的研究,实现了一个数据具有可重用性和灵活性强的科技管理应用集成系统。     

发球区扩大后女排发球战术变化初探

《排球竞赛规则》修改之后，发球区域扩大为９米。在此情况下，运动员的发球位置发生相应变化，这些变化对女运动员的发球效果有哪些影响？通过对女排比赛的统计研究，发现了在不同的发球区域发球与其效果的差异，以及不同的发球路线、落点与效果的关系等等。
