谈高职高专会计专业实训课程建设

会计专业的实训课程的建设是一个体系的建设，包括两方面的内容。一是实训体系的内容设置；二是内容之间的内在联系及衔接问题。实训体系包括三大模块，即基本技能、手工操作、电算化操作。建设的步骤是确定专业实训目标、制定实训规划、监控实训过程。     

A review of literature on employability skill needs in engineering

Encouraging skills development is a key part of the UK Government’s strategy. This emphasis on skills has led to changes in Higher Education, where there is an increasing recognition of the need to enhance students’ employability. This paper reviews the data on the type of employer skill needs available in the existing literature with a particular emphasis on those skills required by engineering and manufacturing employers. Statistical data related to skill gaps in engineering and manufacturing in the UK and London/Thames Gateway are presented with the intention to determine whether and how these relate to the employability skills and competences listed by various organisations. The paper arrives at a number of conclusions. In summary, for the ‘engineering and manufacturing workforce skills development’ ethos to become widespread in London (and the UK in general), a lot more needs to be done to understand the needs of industry to be able to develop provision that supports Londoners (and the UK citizens in general) in gaining appropriate skills in engineering. This can only be achieved through cooperative, inclusive, transparent and centrally coordinated approaches to skills assessment, monitoring and development.

中学语教学要求语教师讲究一定的艺术性，在各教学环节中运用多种手段，激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲，提高语教学效率，本从新课导入，讲授新课方法及语言运用等方面对语教学艺术作了一些较有实用意义的探讨。     

Teaching sustainable entrepreneurship to engineering students: the case of Delft University of Technology

Sustainability, enhancement of personal skills, social aspects of technology, management and entrepreneurship are of increasing concern for engineers and therefore for engineering education. In 1996 at Delft University of Technology this led to the introduction of a subject on sustainable entrepreneurship and technology in the course programmes of Chemical Engineering and Materials Sciences Engineering. This subject combines lectures, project work in which a business plan is written, sustainability and presentation training. This paper shows that it has been possible to combine entrepreneurship, sustainability and project education successfully in a subject for undergraduate engineering students and describes background, assumptions, outline, results and recent adjustments of this subject. It includes a discussion on how to integrate sustainability and entrepreneurship in terms of triple P (People, Profit, Planet) and how to incorporate it pragmatically in the key elements of a business plan: (1) business idea, mission and strategy; (2) context, stakeholder and market analysis; (3) marketing; (4) production; (5) organisation and management; (6) finance and reporting. Attention is paid to results regarding the business plan, spin-off like start-ups and also to the learning results of both students and lecturers. It ends drawing some lessons derived from the subject’s results and the learning experiences of both students and lecturers.     

Making it all work: the engineering graduate of the future,a UK perspective

High skills are today seen as being of vital importance to economies, industries, companies and individuals. The engineering industry is no exception and the graduate engineer has a key position in this regard. In the research reported in this paper, the authors use in-depth interviews with industry experts to investigate the provision of undergraduate engineering education in the UK. The current and future skill needs of industry are examined. A typology of future engineering roles and their requisite attributes is proposed. Implications for undergraduate engineering are also discussed.

目前,学生专业技术能力的培养和提高,是高等职业院校的共性问题,我们应以适应现代企业的需要为目的,以培养学生的能力为己任,从深化教学改革、狠抓教学管理人手,创造一切有利条件,真正做到高等职业院校在专业课教学中,把培养学生的能力放在首位,以适应现代企业的需要。     

如何培养学生在商务英语写作课上的兴趣

英语专业学生在学习商务英语写作时,有两大主要任务:一是在不同商务活动中使用恰当的商务英语写作方法;二是在不同的商务活动中使用恰当的英语语言。由于身处内地,与国外联系相对较少,学生普遍缺乏商务英语写作的实战经验,他们期望中的商务英语写作的实用性不够强烈。因此,学生在学习这门课程时,主要是被动式学习。该项目试图在现有条件下,从商务写作技巧与商务知识的关系及课堂教学艺术两个方面入手,以期找出提高学生学习兴趣的方法,进而提高他们的商业文化素养和商务英语写作能力。     

以职业技能竞赛促进建工专业建设的思考——以BIM施工项目管理技能大赛为例

文章以我校建筑工程技术专业自2016年起参加江苏省“BIM施工项目管理技能大赛”为例,对各年参赛情况进行分析,探索建筑工程技术专业建设思路。将技能大赛与课程相融合,将第一课堂与第二课堂相融合,构建学生专业知识体系、训练学生职业技术技能,将“学、做、赛”合一,实现“以赛促改、以赛促学、以赛促教”的目的。
