新建本科院校学生社团建设 对应用型人才培养的作用研究

新建本科院校是指我国高等教育自1999 年开始大规模扩招以来,新建的一大批本科院 校。新建本科院校学生社团顺应高等教育的发展和社会的进步,近年来不断发展,其社团建设既拓 宽了应用型人才培养的途径,也丰富了应用型人才培养的理论体系。本文通过对三所新建本科院校 的调查,分析了新建本科院校学生社团建设对应用型人才培养作用的现状,探讨阻碍学生社团建设 对应用型人才培养作用进一步发挥的原因,并提出相应的改进建议。     

创新高校学生党员教育模式探讨

随着世情、国情和党情的不断发展和大学生时代特点的变化,高校学生党员教育面临许多问题和挑战,创新高校学生党员教育是非常重要和迫切的。因此,探索创新高校学生党员教育的模式,不断丰富和发展高校学生党员教育工作,对促进高校党建工作的健康发展,培养社会主义建设的合格人才具有重要的意义。     

大学生网络道德教育途径分析

随着互联网的普及,网络日益影响着大学生活,大学生的网络道德失范现象频频发生,因此,开展大学生网络道德教育是十分必要的。通过校园网络文化和网络道德教育环境的营造,为大学生构筑起一道稳固的网络道德防线,促进其在他律中实现道德自律,使文明上网成为一种风尚。     

The development of the classroom social climate during the first months of the school year

In this study the mean stability of classroom social climates during the first months of the school year and the deviation of individual classrooms (N = 48) and students (N = 1208) from this general trend were investigated by taping students’ interpersonal perceptions of their teachers. Multilevel growth modeling was used to identify the average development of the classroom social climate and between classroom and student differences in terms of this development. While significant differences between classrooms and students were found, these differences were rather stable over time. Most classrooms showed a slightly u-shaped trajectory. In only very few classrooms the quality of the social climate had increased at the end of the research period as compared to the very first lesson. Differences in the development between classrooms were associated to the emotional distance between teacher and students during the first lesson of the school year.     

Listening to teachers–listening to students: substantive conversations about resistance,empowerment and engagement

This article examines contemporary research and debates about pedagogies of engagement that challenge the traditional assumptions and understandings of engagement. Three contesting epistemological constructions of student engagement are identified and examined through the contesting and resisting voices of teachers and students. The article's research suggests that an empowering and resistant pedagogy can (re)conceive student engagement so that it achieves the twin goals of social justice and academic achievement.     

Student‐teachers' perspectives on positive and negative social processes in school

In recent years, the Standards for Qualified Teacher Status in England have placed new emphasis on student‐teachers' ability to become integrated into the ‘corporate life of the school’ and to work with other professionals. Little research, however, has been carried out into how student‐teachers perceive the social processes and interactions that are central to such integration during their initial teacher education school placements. This study aims to shed light on these perceptions. The data, gathered from 23 student‐teachers through interviews and reflective writing, illustrate the extent to which the participants perceived such social processes as supporting or obstructing their development as teachers. Signals of inclusion, the degree of match or mismatch in students' and school colleagues' role expectations, and the social awareness of both school and student‐teacher emerged as crucial factors in this respect. The student‐teachers' accounts show their social interactions with school staff to be meaningful in developing their ‘teacher self’ and to be profoundly emotionally charged. The implications for mentor and student‐teacher role preparation are discussed in this article.

学生干部是高校广大青年学生中的有思想、有能力的骨干力量,也是高校学生管理中的重要组成部分.文章将心理契约管理引入到独立学院学生干部管理当中,积极探索了心理契约应用对于独立学院学生干部管理的方法.     

Intrinsic Factors for Continued ERP Learning: A Precursor to Interdisciplinary ERP Curriculum Design

Unilateral enterprise resource planning (ERP) curriculum improvements from the instructor's perspective are likely to generate only limited success. Understanding student motivations and beliefs with ERP systems is the missing link to effective ERP education. Relatively little attention in the ERP literature has been given to student learning associated with ERP experience, and almost none to factors influencing current and expected student beliefs and behaviors relative to ERP. The complexity of ERP systems demands that beliefs and behaviors be considered when planning ERP curricula. In the present study, the Theory of Planned Behavior was extended to examine students’ intentions to explore additional aspects of ERP after their class exercises. When considering all students, attitude and subjective norm had positive and significant effects on intentions to continue ERP learning. Subjective norm also affected attitude, and availability of support materials had a positive effect on subjective norm. Distinctive patterns are found for the construct relationships between student groups who valued ERP education (the engaged) and those who placed little or no value on ERP education (the undecided). Results from competing model analyses indicate that support materials influenced the engaged and undecided groups differently. Strategies for ERP curriculum design are provided.     

公共图书馆志愿者队伍管理的改进

公共图书馆志愿者管理工作是在解决其面临问题的过程中不断完善的。本文结合笔者自身实践,对公共图书馆志愿者管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应对策。     

我校学生课外体育活动的成效分析

针对我校学生课外体育活动出勤率、达标率、得分进行了数据统计和资料分析,表明我校学生课外体育活动成效显著,其措施是行之有效的。同时,为今后我校学生课外体育活动的开展提出了参考意见。
