教育公平与和谐社会

公平公正是和谐社会的核心价值,教育对于促进社会分层与社会公平具有独到的价值。现阶段,增加政府在国民教育资源上的投入力度,合理配置教育资源,调动一切可以利用的社会教育资源,促进教育事业的均衡发展,保障每一位社会成员的受教育机会,大力缩小城乡、地区、性别等方面的教育差异,促进社会文化的多元化发展和民众的多样化教育选择需求,建立处境不利群体公平教育的救助系统,从根本上解决教育公平问题,对于促进社会公平,构建和谐社会具有重要意义。     

关于国土开发整治系统的理论研究

本文论述了国土开发整治系统概念产生的背景及发展过程,在此基础上,着重探讨了国土开发整治系统的特征、内容、属性及研究意义,进而为我国的国土开发整治工作提供理论参考,以实现国民经济的可持续发展。

Science capital or STEM capital? Exploring relationships between science capital and technology,engineering, and maths aspirations and attitudes among young people aged 17/18

We previously proposed that science capital (science-related forms of cultural and social capital) can be used as a theoretical lens for explaining the patterned nature of aspirations and educational participation among young people aged 11–16. Building on these findings, the present article investigates whether science capital is related to post-18 aspirations to pursue further STEM study and whether science capital can be extended to related disciplines including engineering, maths and technology. Specifically, we report on correlational analyses exploring the relationships between science, technology, engineering and maths attitudes and science capital. Drawing on data from a new survey of 7,013 17/18 year old English secondary school students, analyses showed that science capital, while strongly related to engineering and physical science future study aspirations, was not strongly related to the pursuit of either maths or technology postsecondary study. The findings also suggest that engineering and maths attitudes have a stronger relationship to science capital than attitudes relating to technology. We conclude with a discussion of the implications of these findings and propose that science capital might be more usefully applied to “SEM,” with links to technology fields and aspirations needing further exploration.     

Using an interactive platform to recognize the intersection of social and spatial inequalities

With the creation of interactive tasks that allow students to explore spatial ways of knowing in conjunction with their other ways of knowing the world, we create a space where students can make sense of information as they organize these new ideas into their already existing schema. Through the use of a Common Online Data Analysis Platform (CODAP) and data from Public Use Microdata Areas (PUMA), students can explore the communities in which they live and work, critically examining opportunities and challenges within a defined space.     

数字信息资源长期保存技术体系研究*

在参考OAIS参考模型，借鉴国外主要保存系统的技术框架和相关技术体系的基础上，提出一个能够容纳当前主要数字保存技术的数字保存技术体系。这一体系中的数字保存技术又分属于5个功能块，分别为保存管理功能块、摄入功能块、仓储功能块、存储管理功能块和访问功能块，并对各个功能块之下的主要技术进行阐述。     

Teaching for social justice: A research synthesis on Asian American and Pacific Islander teachers in U.S. schools

This article examines social justice in teaching and teacher education with a focus on the experiences, pedagogies, and instructional practices of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) teachers. We synthesized 37 peer-reviewed research publications on AAPI teachers’ experiences and contributions to diversity and social justice. The results show AAPI teachers disrupting Whiteness through beliefs, pedagogies, and practices that value multiple perspectives and marginalized voices. Policy implications include supporting cultural and linguistic diversity in teacher education programs and schools and providing opportunities for teachers to engage in critical praxis regarding their racial identities and issues of equity in education.     

民办学校分类管理框架下上海公立转制学校深化改革政策评估

厘清“公办学校”与“民办学校”界限,将介于“公”与“民”之间的“转制学校”进行清理,是对民办学校进行营利和非营利分类管理的前提。上海地区在2006－2008年间对转制学校进行了深化改革,明确了“还公”或“转民”的方向,其推进过程中的政策设计为实施民办学校的分类管理奠定了基础。     

上海市教育督导体制机制改革的动因、问题与建议

对教育督导的体制和机制进行新定位、新思考,既是完善政府公共服务体系、提高公共 服务效率与公平的需要,也是推进教育治理体系和治理能力建设的必然要求。基于目前各级政府教育督导机构独立法人地位不够明晰,委托开展评估监测机制有所缺失,督政、督学、评估监测三位一体教育督导体系亟待完善的现实, 可从三个方面思考对其加以改进和创新： 优化教育督导组织机构,强化归口管理功能;建立有关社会组织接受委托的准入机制;加强委托评估监测质量的监管。
