分析我国教材图书市场的特征,指出该市场存在刚性进入壁垒,导致教材图书市场资源配置效率低。通过对教材图书市场并购效应的分析,提出我国教材图书市场并购的必要性,并运用生存技术检验法则测定教材图书企业最优效益规模,为并购主体的选择提供借鉴意义。     

情境教学法在高职英语课堂中的一例

课堂教学是学校教育中最重要和最基本的活动形式,形式多样的有效教学设计在英语教学中也扮演着越来越重要的角色.为进一步激发学生兴趣,提升其运用语言能力,本文尝试将“时光旅行”情境教学法运用到具体的课堂一例,分析情境教学在高职英语教学中的可行性.     

Relevance of student and contextual school variables in explaining a student’s severity of violence experienced

Teachers conceptualise and interpret violent behaviour of secondary students in different ways. They also differ in their estimates of the relevance of student and contextual school variables when explaining the severity of violence experienced by students. Research can assist here by explicating the role of different types of contextual school variables. The research question is twofold: (1) Do contextual school variables, in addition to a student’s personal, family and educational variables, explain a student’s violent behaviour? (2) If so, what is the role of student composition variables compared with variables indicating the social cohesion of the school? A hypothetical model was developed in which personal, family, educational and school variables of different types simultaneously explain the severity of violence experienced by a student. The method used to test the model empirically is secondary analysis of data collected in a Dutch national survey on school safety in secondary education (N students = 78,840; N schools = 219). Severity of violence experienced is assessed by the Mokken Scale on Severity of Violence Experienced (MSSVE). Multiple regression analyses reveal that a student who is older, a young male, born in the country of residence, feels at home in another country, does not have an intact family, is not religious, is enrolled in the highest educational track and is achieving lower marks in the school subjects of language and mathematics, experiences more severe violence than other students (explained variance 3.4%). Simultaneously, different types of contextual school variables are differently relevant. Mean severity of violence experienced by students at school indicates clearly more variance (2.3%) than the combination of student composition variables (.4%). The conclusion is that the theoretical model is empirically supported, which also underlines the validity of the MSSVE. The discussion focuses on a comprehensive multilevel approach to stimulate and check improvement of social cohesion at school.

英国宜人教育的学校规模观及其实践*--兼谈对我国小规模学校合并的启示

英国宜人教育的学校规模观是“小即为美”,实施策略是在大规模学校中建立校中校而使规模“化大为小”,并由此在完善校内的人际关系,提高教育质量上取得了较大的成效,对纠正目前我国农村地区“撤点并校”的偏差提供了有益的启示。     

我国中小学教师职业认同的结构与量表

本研究采用理论探讨与实证检验相结合的方法,对教师职业认同的结构进行构建,并研发中小学教师职业认同的测验量表。研究结果表明:教师职业认同是一个由职业价值观、角色价值观、职业归属感、职业行为倾向四个因子构成的多维度结构,以此为基础编制的《中小学教师职业认同量表》具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为测量我国中小学教师职业认同的工具。     

Social influence on endorsement in social Q&A community: Moderating effects of temporal and spatial factors

This study examines the impacts of social influence, which are manifested by popularity and source credibility, on social endorsement in social Q&A community; and how the relationship is impacted by temporal-spatial factors. By collecting panel data from a large platform, the results of an econometric model demonstrate that popularity and source credibility are positively associated with social endorsement. With respect to the moderation effects, the results further show that time distance strengthens the effect of popularity on the social endorsement, but undermines the effect of source credibility; while crowdedness plays the role that strengthens the impact of popularity on the social endorsement, it has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between source credibility and social endorsement. Both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.     

Initial Validity and Reliability of the Portuguese Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion 6-20 Scale

ABSTRACT

The aims of this study were to perform the cross-cultural adaptation of the Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) 6–20 Scale to Brazilian Portuguese language and to start testing its validity and reliability. After performing the cross-cultural adaptation of the Scale, concurrent and discriminative validity, and reliability were determined on a treadmill in young (18–30 years) and older adult women (60–75 years). Considering young and older adult women, RPE presented high and moderate positive correlation with heart rate and high and low positive correlation with oxygen consumption, respectively. Older adult women presented RPE (11 ± 2) significantly higher than young ones (8 ± 1) exercising at the same absolute intensity. Intraclass coefficient correlation was excellent for RPE to young and older adult women. The Scale presented concurrent validity only to young adult women, whereas it presented discriminative validity between such groups of women. Moreover, the scale is reliable to young and older adult women.
