从归档只归发文条件不成立、归档只归发文不能自圆其说以及结论不同的原因等方面看,<回应>一文只归档发文的构想仅仅考虑了避免馆藏档案重复的问题,而并未考虑到机关单位档案的实际利用问题.因此,其构想是不成立的.     

中国近代海关档案文献编纂研究

中国近代海关档案文献的编纂可分为三个历史阶段：新中国初期、1980—2000年以及2000年以后,不同阶段在编纂思想、编纂体例、辅文撰写和出版形式上都有各自的特点、不足。加强国内外合作、收集华员及常关档案;增编工具书以强化翻译、按类或按机构编排、考订源流及数字化是今后编纂值得关注的路径。     

What is recorded is never simply ‘what happened’: Record keeping in modern organizational culture

Traditional premises in archival theory and practice hold that archival records are authentic as to procedure and impartial as to creation because they are created as a means for, and as a by-product of, action, and not for the sake of posterity. Such Positivist assumptions about the nature of records have come under sustained scrutiny in the archival literature over the past decade. The post-Positivist view of records embraces the record as a socially constructed and maintained entity. This paper situates itself within this new paradigm in an exploration of the beginning of the life of the record. It is therefore concerned with the creator (or recorder) and the social construction of the record. In expanding beyond a purely administrative- and juridical-based theory of records, this paper draws upon research from other disciplines, such as sociology, in order to place records and record keeping within a framework that allows for an understanding of their social nature. In particular, the goal is to determine the underlying social factors that directly influence and shape the creation and keeping of records and to begin to understand how these factors manifest themselves in the construction of the record.     

谈地方版文献联合采编协作网建设

20 0 0年 6月 ,由深圳图书馆、福建省图书馆、湖南图书馆、天津市图书馆、辽宁省图书馆和上海地区中文新书联合目录数据库编辑部共同建立了“地方版文献联合采编协作网 (简称CRL Net)。”此网的建立保障了联机联合编目的开展 ,形成了开放、完整、集中的中文文献资源实体 ,并提供了高效、便捷、实时的馆际互借应用环境。参考文献 2。     

网络环境下的标准文献资源

标准文献是人们从事生产、操作、试验、检验等活动必须遵守的法规。本文简单介绍国内网上标准文献信息资源和国外标准化组织及其网络服务。     

关于中国古代体育起源的两个问题

1.对以民间传说与神话资料作为中国古代体育起源的依据提出了质疑,认为这种研究在把握资料上缺乏理性分析,这些资料只能作为传说来看待。2.对中国体育史学家提出的人类原始的体育活动方式可以追溯到5万年到10万年甚至50万年以前提出不同意见。认为岩画不能作为中国古代体育最早的考古学证据,考古学家几乎没有发现任何证据证明史前时代的中国有体育存在。3.甲骨文不能作为体育史学提供证据,它所提供的一些活动不具备竞技的特点,不能纳入体育或竞技格斗的范畴。从考古学的观点来看,真正的体育只能追溯到后周时代。     

Louisiana Coastal Wetlands and Louisiana Coastal Grey Literature: Vanishing Treasures

Over the last century Louisiana has lost an alarming amount of coastal wetlands to coastal erosion. Natural disasters and manmade solutions to problems alike have contributed to this national tragedy. A vast amount of grey literature documenting the history of land loss in Louisiana has been produced, but never collocated for researchers’ use. The Louisiana Coastal Grey Literature Project endeavored to locate, organize, and provide access to these valuable hidden treasures.     

Environmental education (EE) policy and content of the contemporary (2009–2017) Mexican national curriculum for primary schools

In Mexico a reformed curriculum is being implemented at the national primary level focused on the competence model and incorporating EE as a key element. This article reports our analyses of what theories, policies and/or EE related-contents were included in the documents that integrated this curriculum: general study plan, study programs of Grades and official students’ textbooks. Results indicate that in those official documents was incorporated a competence related to EE called ‘competences for the coexistence’, implying harmonic relationships with others and the nature. Additionally, EE for sustainability was included as a transversal topic expecting that contributes to reach the graduate profile of basic education that indicates that students should promote and assume the care of health and the environment. Nevertheless, it is not clear how it is expected that teachers implement EE in practice, lacking clarity of the environmental theory that support this curriculum.

书盘一体文献具有多栽体、时效性、关联性、阅览方式多样性的特点，结合目前大部分图书馆所采用的MARC著录与管理方式．书盘一体文献MARC著录时应增加盘信息的著录，这种著录方式在管理上具有一定的优势。

罗振玉是晚清时期的著名学者，一生编著了百余部学术专著。文章总结分析了罗振玉的图书编撰成就、编撰特点及其图书编撰事业成功的原因。
