推进漳州市低碳产业发展的思考

低碳经济作为一种新的经济发展模式,已经成为当今世界经济发展的必然趋势,低碳产业也将成为未来经济发展的新的增长点。漳州市从战略定位、资源、区位优势和产业发展各方面都具备了发展低碳产业的基础,但还存在着产业规模小、能源结构不合理、缺乏核心技术等问题。本文通过对漳州市发展低碳产业的必要性、优势及存在的问题进行科学性的分析,提出发挥政府推动作用、培育龙头企业、壮大产业规模、加强企业自主创新能力、调整能源结构等促进漳州市低碳产业发展的措施以供参考。

竞技健美比赛是按体重级别参赛的项目,为了取得同一级别上的优势,运动员短期内减体重势必会对身体机能产生一定的影响,如何采取有效、科学的方法在减轻体重的同时,健美运动员的肌肉饱满度和清晰度得到保持,从而取得优异成绩,已经成为健美运动员备战中的一项需要解决的问题。文章旨在对健美运动员赛前减体重的方法进行归纳探析。     

Relational Maintenance in On-again/Off-again Relationships: An Assessment of How Relational Maintenance,Uncertainty, and Commitment Vary by Relationship Type and Status

Because on-again/off-again (on-off) relationships typically maintain their relationships in some form even after relational dissolution, a communication process that may be particularly relevant to understanding these relationships is relational maintenance. Using cross-sectional data, the current study assessed relational maintenance, uncertainty, and commitment to further understand how on-off relationships differ from relationships that do not have a history of renewals (i.e., noncyclical relationships). The sample of 487 participants completed a survey on either their current dating relationship or a postdissolution relationship. As predicted, on-off partners used less maintenance behaviors than noncyclical partners in current relationships, but, contrary to predictions, on-off partners did not use more maintenance behaviors in their postdissolution relationships than partners without a history of renewing. Path models assessing the interrelationships among maintenance, relationship uncertainty, and commitment also suggest relational maintenance operates somewhat differently in on-off and noncyclical relationships. Implications for on-off as well as dating relationships in general are discussed.     

The wireless abyss: Deconstructing the U.S. National Broadband Map

The U.S. National Broadband Map (NBM) is arguably the most complex articulation and synthesis of telecommunications data ever generated by the federal government. Drawing upon information collected by fifty U.S. states, five territories and the District of Columbia, broadband provision is tabulated at the Census block level and made available to the general public in a variety of formats (e.g., maps, tabular databases, and geographic coverages). One major policy challenge associated with deepening our understanding of wireless broadband provision in the United States is developing a methodological process for accurately rearticulating NBM wireless data collected at the block level to more meaningful economic units (e.g., Census block groups or tracts). Without this ability, policy analysis and an objective evaluation of the goals set forth in the National Broadband Plan are compromised. The purpose of this paper is to outline such a methodology, while simultaneously highlighting several consistency checks for ensuring completeness and data aggregation integrity.

噪声测量不确定度的引入是为了更有效、更准确地表征所测得的噪声,同时使所测的噪声能够达到质量控制的要求,测量结果必须结合其不确定度的大小才有实际意义。文章就实际工作中噪声的不确定度的分析与评定,分析了监测设备准确度引入的不确定度、计量校准设备的不确定度等因素对测量的影响,计算出了利用AWA6228多功能声级计所测量噪声合成标准不确定度为0.2d B。     

气相色谱法测定烟火药剂中六氯代苯的测量不确定度评定

通过分析烟火药剂中六氯代苯含量测量的不确定度来源,建立了气相色谱含量测定法的数学模型。对其中的标准溶液配置、测量重复性、样品准备等各个不确定度分量进行评估。计算得出实验测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.176mg/kg。

The appraisal and management of uncertainty: Implications for information-retrieval systems

Uncertainty is an important idea in information-retrieval (IR) research, but the concept has yet to be fully elaborated and explored. Common assumptions about uncertainty are (a) that it is a negative (anxiety-producing) state and (b) that it will be reduced through information search and retrieval. Research in the domain of uncertainty in illness, however, has demonstrated that uncertainty is a complex phenomenon that shares a complicated relationship with information. Past research on people living with HIV and individuals who have tested positive for genetic risk for different illnesses has revealed that information and the reduction of uncertainty can, in fact, produce anxiety, and that maintaining uncertainty can be associated with optimism and hope. We review the theory of communication and uncertainty management and offer nine principles based on that theoretical work that can be used to influence IR system design. The principles reflect a view of uncertainty as a multi-faceted and dynamic experience, one subject to ongoing appraisal and management efforts that include interaction with and use of information in a variety of forms.

面对客户随机需求,制造业生产调度系统应促进生产的快速性、动态性和敏捷性。论文以制造业生产调度体系为研究对象,从生产车间调度的目标、方法、手段、资源等基本要素入手,总结了传统生产调度系统在实际生产中的问题,并概括了系统集成视角下的生产调度方法及其改进措施,介绍了不确定条件下生产调度策略及评价指标。运用系统集成的思想,探讨了供需链环境下的制造业生产调度系统模式,最终提出了生产调度系统的集成化、动态化、高效智能化、柔性化和排程可视化等发展方向。     

Reducing the effects of HIV/AIDS in Nigeria: The role of libraries and information centres

HIV/AIDS is a deadly disease which kills people everywhere in the world. The purpose of this paper is to show that libraries and information centres in Nigeria can be actively used in the campaign and war against the spread of HIV/AIDS. It shows how HIV/AIDS is reducing the population of Nigeria through deaths. It highlights factors responsible for the rapid spread of the disease and shows how provision of education and information supported by library and information services can help reduce the spread of the disease. Libraries and information centres should involve audio–visual materials, and information communication technologies in educating and dissimilating relevant information to the people against HIV/AIDS in the country. The paper has discussed problems hindering effective library services to Nigerians.
