宋代法律由中央到地方颁布方式探析

宋代法律在由中央到地方的颁布过程中,大体可分由中央官府到地方官府、地方官府到民间两个步骤。在官府之间,有雕印、手抄、雕印与手抄同时并行三种方式;而从地方官府到民间,则主要有宣读于民、粉壁晓示与张贴文榜、刻碑石等形式。这些方式形态各异,各有特点,各有利弊。在它们的共同作用下,宋代法律得以顺利下达,为地方司法及百姓习法提供了极大的便利。     

漫谈中国传统绘画艺术设计中线条美的内涵

绘画中最简单与最便捷的表现手法就是线条,从我国远古时期的象形绘画到顾恺之等名家的绘画艺术,都是通过线条的表现与拓展来构成的艺术生命力。可以说线条是艺术峰巅的支点与骨架,更是构成绘画美的一个重要因素。中国画具有深厚的文化韵味与人文精神,主要以线条作为绘画造意的基础与方法,这来源于中国哲学中的＂意＂与＂象＂的深刻内涵。本文对中国传统绘画艺术中的线条美的特征与内涵进行分析,进而挖掘出绘画线条的艺术魅力。     

SRES情景下青藏高原生态功能保护区水源涵养功能的变化研究

预估分析未来水源涵养功能对气候变化的响应,对制定适应气候变化策略和措施具有科学指导意义.本文以青藏高原国家级生态功能保护区水源涵养功能为研究对象,利用SRES A2和B2 情景下区域气候模式的气候情景数据,通过改进的LPJ动态植被模型,模拟了1981-2100年生态功能保护区水源涵养功能对气候变化的响应.通过分析未来近期、中期和远期研究区水源涵养功能相对基准时段(1981-2010年)的动态变化,结果表明未来SRES情景下,研究区总体上水源涵养功能在近期以增强为主,主要受降水量增加的影响;而未来中期和远期水源涵养功能受水分实际蒸散增加的影响而减弱的可能性则更大,并随着增温幅度增加而减弱程度加强.     

Through-wall radar imaging using UWB noise waveforms

This paper examines the results of our research on the use of ultrawideband noise waveforms for imaging objects behind walls. The advantages of using thermally generated noise as a probing signal are introduced. The technique of heterodyne correlation used to inject coherence in the random noise probing signal and to collapse the wideband reflected signal into a single frequency are presented. Central to successful imaging through building walls is the characterization of the wideband propagation properties of wall materials and these are discussed. The basic concepts of synthetic aperture radar image formation using noise waveforms and the unique problems associated with the random nature of the transmit waveform are analyzed. We also address issues related to locating, detection, and tracking humans behind walls, using new tools for human activity characterization, namely the Hilbert-Huang Transform approach. The results indicate that noise radar technology combined with modern signal processing approaches is indeed a viable technique for covert high-resolution imaging of obscured stationary and moving targets.

开发建设项目建设过程中获得最大经济利益的同时,势必给原有的生态环境带来严重破坏和影响。本文以辽宁省某水泥厂为例,根据水土流失特点,分区设计了水泥厂项目区内各项水土流失防治措施。经治理,项目区内生态效益,经济效益度社会效益得到很大提高。     

Making the School Environment Safe: Red Rose's Formula

The purpose of this study was to assess the school environment of an urban school to illuminate what teachers felt to be important factors in developing a safer school environment. Responses to the School Level Environmental Questionnaire (SLEQ) suggested that teachers wanted more student support, more resources and less work pressure. To decrease work pressure, teachers adopted the work conservation strategies of working without reserves of time and energy, processing curriculum, and working in isolation in order to survive. Yet, when work conservation strategies were used, especially safeguarding time, student aggression surfaced. A School Improvement Committee developed a three-step plan to decrease work pressure. Teachers were concerned with lack of resources and used personal income to buy supplies and shared materials with students, using three styles of sharing. While some teachers were reluctant to share, others shared freely and still other teachers developed responsible sharing systems. Those who shared reluctantly had more behavior problems. Teachers' gravest concerns were students' aggressive behaviors. Teachers thought that student aggression was coming from home and the community. Observations showed that students often came to school angry. Yet, interviews verified that students at Rose more frequently became angry once they were at school. Red Rose's school environment was in the midst of change, but no attention was given to how change affects teachers. Many teachers were not prepared for the amount of change that they were experiencing and they had mixed feelings and opinions and became resistant.

为践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”和“山水林田湖草沙是生命共同体”协调发展的理念,文章以党的二十大报告中提出的“推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生”为理论指导,以提升生态系统完整性与连通性、增进种群交流、提高种群生存力、建设旗舰物种生态廊道提供示范为目标,基于亚洲象种群分布现状及栖息地选择策略,按照“获取物种分布—识别源地斑块和阻力面—基于最小成本路径模型构建廊道—通过电流模型分析廊道中心度、生态夹点和障碍点—实地勘察—调整优化生态廊道设计—推荐廊道建设设计方案—对野生动物利用生态廊道开展长期监测”的技术流程,提出了亚洲象生态廊道建设构想及相关保护建议。上述构想和建议服务于“加大生态系统保护力度”“优化生态安全屏障体系,构建生态廊道和生物多样性保护网络”的战略布局,可为亚洲象种群的科学保护和有效管理提供技术支撑,为栖息地恢复与拟建亚洲象国家公园等自然保护地的布局提供科学依据。
