民间文化旅游开发利用模式研究——以中原地区为例

国内外民间文化旅游开发利用的实践表明,不同类型、规模、赋存地域背景条件和空间组合特点的民间文化,具有不同的开发利用模式。任何一种开发利用模式都有其优势,但也存在着局限性。因此,中原地区民间文化开发要根据其自身的特点和外部环境条件灵活选择开发模式,以达到充分发挥民间文化旅游功能和弘扬保护民间文化的目的。     

西部民族地区图书馆的数字信息服务模式初探

西部民族地区经济发展落后,在分析了目前西部民族地区图书馆的数字信息服务的现状,以及西部民族地区图书馆开展数字信息服务的基础上,提出了西部民族地区以用户为中心的服务模式、以实用为中心的资源建设模式、构建开放式网络信息交流中心体系的数字信息服务模式。     

云南少数民族地区城乡居民体育健身现状及对策研究

本研究项目采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对相对欠发达的云南少数民族地区城乡居民体育健身意识、行为现状及影响因素进行调查研究。并对做好少数民族地区城乡居民的体育健身工作提出了建议,为在欠发达的少数民族地区进一步贯彻落实《全民健身计划纲要》提供参考依据。     

Mathematical aspects of static and dynamic stability problems in power systems

A power system is modelled by a system of parameterised differential-algebraic equations (DAEs) when it is operating normally; it is modelled by time-piecewise DAEs when a transient process occurs. The normal operation of power systems is related to the static stability problem; while the transient process is related to the dynamic stability problem. After categorising the stability problems in power systems into static and dynamic cases, mathematical formulations are proposed and mathematical problems related to them are studied using different mathematical tools. In the static case, the determination of feasibility region is related to solving algebraic equations; while in the dynamic case, identifying attraction domain is related to solving a DAE. For a power system, the determination of feasibility region is usually reduced to optimisation problems, while the determination of attraction domain and critical clearing time is related to the study of transient energy functions.

The South China Sea is not a mini-Atlantic: plate-edge rifting vs intra-plate rifting

The South China Sea, as ‘a non-volcanic passive margin basin’ in the Pacific, has often been considered as a small-scale analogue of the Atlantic. The recent ocean drilling in the northern South China Sea margin found, however, that the Iberian model of non-volcanic rifted margin from the Atlantic does not apply to the South China Sea. In this paper, we review a variety of rifted basins and propose to discriminate two types of rifting basins: plate-edge type such as the South China Sea and intra-plate type like the Atlantic. They not only differ from each other in structure, formation process, lifespan and geographic size, but also occur at different stages of the Wilson cycle. The intra-plate rifting occurred in the Mesozoic and gave rise to large oceans, whereas the plate-edge rifting took place mainly in the mid-Cenozoic, with three-quarters of the basins concentrated in the Western Pacific. As a member of the Western Pacific system of marginal seas, the South China Sea should be studied not in isolation on its origin and evolution, but in a systematic context to include also its neighboring counterparts.
