网络嵌入对科技型中小企业绩效的影响

通过对网络嵌入、企业动态能力以及吸收能力概念以及作用机理进行深入剖析,并对126 家科技型中小企业 为样本进行实证分析表明,科技型中小企业网络嵌入对企业绩效具有显著地正向影响;网络嵌入对企业绩效的正向作 用是通过提升动态能力为中介作用而实现的, 即网络嵌入性程度越高,企业越容易形成较高的动态能力,进而提升本企 业绩效;吸收能力调节科技型中小企业网络嵌入与企业绩效的影响关系。     

对我国《合同法》第47条有关规定的思考——兼论未成年人缔约能力和缔约效力

不同国家法律对未成年人缔约能力规定有所不同,我国《合同法》对未成年人缔约能力和缔约效力方面的规定,从文义上分析,存在不全面和欠明确等不足,容易使人产生误解,不利于法律适用。试从完善我国《合同法》第47条有关规定着手提出自己观点供司法参考。     

Evaluation of the antioxidant effects of four main theaflavin derivatives through chemiluminescence and DNA damage analyses

Theaflavins (TFs) are the dimers of a couple of epimerized catechins, which are specially formed during black tea fermentation. To explore the differences among four main TF derivatives (theaflavin (TF₁), theaflavin-3-gallate (TF₂A), theaflavin-3′-gallate (TF₂B), and theaflavin-3,3′-digallate (TF₃)) in scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) in vitro, their properties of inhibiting superoxide, singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, and the hydroxyl radical, and their effects on hydroxyl radical-induced DNA oxidative damage were systematically analyzed in the present study. The results show that, compared with (−)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), TF derivatives were good antioxidants for scavenging ROS and preventing the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro. TF₃ was the most positive in scavenging hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical, and TF₁ suppressed superoxide. Positive antioxidant capacities of TF₂B on singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radical, and the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro were found. The differences between the antioxidant capacities of four main TF derivatives in relation to their chemical structures were also discussed. We suggest that these activity differences among TF derivatives would be beneficial to scavenge different ROS with therapeutic potential.     

基于能力构建及个性化需求的高职公共英语教学实践

立足高校治理体系与治理能力的理论分析,梳理和总结现有相关研究成果,探究当前我国高校治理体系与治理能力建设的制约因素,提出构建合作参与型的高校治理模式凝聚高校治理能力提升的合力、理顺高校治理结构减少高校治理能力提升的阻力、健全高校治理机制增强高校治理能力提升的动力三路径,促进高校治理体系的完善和治理能力的提升。     

我国红十字会治理体系和治理能力之现代化

我国红十字会作为以人道主义为目标的社会救助团体,在协助政府防灾救灾减灾、维护社会稳定和促进国际交流与合作中发挥了重要的功能作用。近年来,与红十字会有关事件的发生折射出红十字会组织管理机制体系行政化、信息披露机制体系片面化和对外联络机制体系封闭化等治理体系不完善问题,同时也凸显出在治理能力方面存在决策不够民主科学、信息化程度低、资金管理缺乏专业等治理能力弱化问题。结合红十字会组织的宗旨和性质,研究红十字会治理体系和治理能力现代化的具体路径,以期其功能充分发挥,以善治助推“善业”。     

Improving the digital capacity of schools by using the SELFIE tool for collective reflection

Schools play a crucial role in preparing students for a technology-driven world. Although schools incorporate technology for teaching and learning in promising ways, reviewing their organisational strategies would enhance their digital capacity—namely, the effective integration of technology in teaching and learning practices. This article presents insights for improving schools' digital capacity provided by school leaders, teachers, and students from fourteen European countries, through open-ended questions on the SELFIE online tool for collective reflection. This article presents the thematic analysis conducted on 5247 excerpts collected through SELFIE questionnaires, referring to participants' perceptions of their schools' digital infrastructure, the usefulness of technology for teaching and learning, and the perceived need to make the most of technology. Findings align with international studies, which confirm that schools' digital infrastructure still needs improving, while teachers need more training on embedding technology in their teaching practices. Findings also reveal differences in school leaders, teachers, and students' viewpoints and experiences on technology use in their schools. Comparing viewpoints and experiences regarding a school's digital capacity by using a comprehensive and structured process of collective reflection, the SELFIE tool is unique within the field and can offer insights to school communities, education policymakers and researchers.     

Knowledge flows and bases in emerging economy innovation systems: Brazilian research 2005–2009

This article considers the role of domestic knowledge capabilities for developing countries and emerging economies, and in particular in the build-up of their national systems of innovation. Using bibliometric methods, we describe the geographic sources of knowledge and the users of Brazilian research in 2005–2009, and analyze the roles of domestic and foreign knowledge bases in it. Our results suggest that increasing reliance on domestic sources of knowledge is a feature of Brazil's improved science and technology capabilities. The ascendancy of Brazil's research informs us about the unfolding re-organization of global research, too, underlining nascent South-South knowledge flows, the prevailing relevance of EU research, and the relative decline of US research for Brazilian knowledge creation.     

Evaluating innovative processes in french firms: Methodological proposition for firm innovation capacity evaluation

Measuring innovation processes is a major concern for academics and firm managers. This study proposes an innovation capacity (IC) measure framework based on a set of 15 innovation management practices. Every practice is subdivided into multiple criteria which are directly observable phenomena or facts. The statistical method of value test and a multi-criteria approach are adopted to propose a typology of four groups of innovative firms (proactive, preactive, reactive, passive). The features observed on these groups of firms allow the determination of the firms’ innovation capacity and are useful for providing recommendations and practical actions for them, with a view to reinforcing it. Data from a sample group of 39 small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing industry in Lorraine, France were collected via a field survey and were fed into the model to determine the innovation capacity of the companies.     

绿色增长战略实施能力体系研究

构建完善的绿色增长战略实施能力体系是实施绿色增长战略,实现战略目标的保障。本文通过对绿色增长及绿色增长战略相关文献的分析,从战略实施的角度识别了绿色增长战略的参与者。通过分析参与者能力要素及其相互关系,构建了绿色增长战略实施的能力体系。研究认为,只有充分发挥各能力要素间的协同作用,才能有效实施绿色增长战略。这需要政府引导企业行为及绿色消费,公众充分参与政府绿色决策,市场培育绿色能力。在此基础上,企业利用政府支持之手,满足消费者绿色需求,实现环境和经济的双赢。
