高职院校教师培训需求调查与研究——以武汉职业技术学院为个案

依据武汉职业技术学院教师的实际情况结合国家示范性建设中教师队伍建设项目要求,采用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,研究高职教师对培训形式、培训内容、培训实施等方面的需求,为构建科学的高职教师培训体系提出可靠依据和可行性建议。

本文论述了精品课程《机械零部件造型与测绘》的实施情况及取得成效,就该课程建设中情境化教学实训室的创建、课程资源的优化以及师资队伍的建设等提出了建议及今后的努力方向。     

高职学院体育教学改革刍议

根据我省高职学院的体育教学现状及存在的问题,结合《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,提出关于高职学院体育教学改革与发展的几点建议。     

对高校体育师资队伍建设的探索

加强和完善高校体育师资队伍建设，在体育教学中引入竞争机制，教师挂牌上课，建立和完善管理制度及教师责任制，是符合我国社会主义市场经济理论的，是社会发展和新世纪提高人才培养质量的需要，是实现科教兴国战略目标，实现现代化建设宏伟目标和中华民族伟大复兴的需要。针对高校体育师资队伍建设问题进行探索，以求起到抛砖引玉的作用，共同探讨和解决好高校体育教学改革中的这一关键问题。     

Reward systems,faculty alienation,and militancy: Academic dilemmas in the middle of the academic procession

The study examines the effect of alienation resulting from discrepancies between departmental goals and reward policies on faculty attitudes toward collective bargaining. Analysis of structural data derived from official records of a large, public university and of attitudinal data consisting of faculty responses to a survey, shows that alienation from reward systems has a significant independent influence on faculty attitudes towards collective action. The observed trends in militancy are interpreted in terms of institutional context and framework of unionization movement.     

Academic collaborations: Linking the role of the liaison/embedded librarian to teaching and learning

Building partnerships with faculty can be a challenging process for embedded librarians. After defining the essential role of an embedded librarian, this article chronicles the systematic process of how an embedded librarian built a partnership with a faculty member from the education department at a four-year institution. The collaborators created a two-year pilot program to integrate information literacy into a required undergraduate course. The article shares lessons learned about what worked and what did not as they moved through the planning, application, and assessment phases. Their collaboration offered the opportunity to make meaningful changes in the course based on what they learned from students about their anxieties regarding the research process.     

The Professor-Librarian: Academic Librarians Teaching Credit-Bearing Courses

Many academic librarians have ideas or opportunities for teaching information literacy courses for the library, outside the scope of their regular positions. Some additional librarians are asked to consider teaching credit-bearing courses for other departments at their institutions, based on graduate degrees they hold in fields besides library science. Academic librarians who face either option are often asked to provide detailed information on how colleagues at other institutions handle arrangements: payment, coverage of library services while they are teaching, and proving their suitability for teaching in a given subject area. Unfortunately, the data available on their work is both scant and scattered. The authors surveyed librarians at 350 academic libraries across the United States to gather and analyze data on these and numerous related aspects of librarians’ teaching for departments outside the library. They also collected and analyzed comprehensive background information on these “professor-librarians.”     

To Infinity and Beyond: Reducing Textbook Costs Through Librarian/Faculty Collaborations

As subject and distance learning librarians, we have a special interest in supporting our faculty and their needs as they explore alternative and more affordable textbook options for their students. In an increasingly digital environment, there are a wealth of resources available at little or no cost to students. Unfortunately, finding these resources can be challenging and time consuming for faculty. This is where librarians step in. Through careful planning and collaboration with faculty, we can help transition course reading to online and open resources. Librarians can assist in this process by helping faculty identify appropriate resources, helping integrate resources into online learning environments, and providing support for student access to materials. This paper will describe this process from start to finish, utilizing our experience supporting a faculty member with an Ethnobotany course textbook as it was transitioned to an online textbook option.     

学术职业压力与教师行动取向的制度效应

对教师职业压力与其行动取向之间关系的实证分析表明,当前我国高水平大学教师的职业压力较大,竞争性的制度安排是其中的重要压力源。它以压力传递的方式激发了教师工作时间的投入与学术产出数量的增长,但也塑就了教师对颠覆性原创研究风险规避的行动取向。因此,如何遵循学术创新活动的规律,通过制度改进克服这种悖论,事关我国高等教育与学术事业的真正繁荣。     

“双一流”建设背景下高校教师流动及其治理

"双一流"建设战略为高校教师流动带来了新机遇和新挑战,高校教师的合理有序流动对于高校、学科和教师个人发展具有重要意义,无序流动则造成了人才资源浪费、学科结构失衡、区域教育不公以及教育生态恶化等问题。本文从主体、组织、环境三个维度剖析了高校教师无序流动问题,指出应从科学统筹教师薪酬待遇、加强教师职业道德建设、优化高校内部管理环境、重视人才的"外引"与"内培"、完善人才流动法规等五个方面来规范高校教师流动。
