Basic skill requirements for selected Army occupational training courses

This study investigated the basic cognitive skills soldiers must possess before entering the Army, skills that are needed for successful completion of entry-level training. Judgments of 126 instructors from 25 military occupational specialties were obtained on 129 candidate skills, which resulted in the identification of 55 basic skills. Factor analysis of these 55 skill items resulted in 11 interpretable factors. Mean scores on the factors were compared across factors and across Army training schools. The results of the study suggest that, for all occupational specialties studied, skills related to the learning process are as crucial as traditional academic skills for successful training course completion. These results have important implications for training for the Army as well as for industry.     

女子武术运动员初级选材中静态平衡能力的测试与评价指标的初步建立

通过对385个6~8岁女童在平衡测力台上进行静态平衡能力的测试,得出了6种测试姿势下的36项指标。在对这36项指标进行原始筛选、聚类分析、因子分析后选出了评价静态平衡能力的7个评价因子,并建立了3套分别针对于6岁、7岁、8岁女童静态平衡能力的评价指标体系。     

教会学生选材 提高作文水平

语文教学的基本任务之一,就是要发展学生智力,培养并提高学生的语文能力。归根结底,就是要落实到学生口语交际能力和写作能力的培养和提高上。那么,教师如何在语文教学实践中加强培养和提高学生的写作能力呢?一句话,关键是要指导学生认识语文和生活的密切联系,教育学生热爱生活,善于观察生活,善于积累生活中的素材,并逐渐学会选取贴近生活、真实新颖而又最能代表一般的典型材料进行作文,达到写作目的。同时,教师平时不能忽略对学生进行遣词造句、布局谋篇、修辞等方面的指导,不能忽略帮助学生养成反复修改文章的良好习惯。久而久之,学生的作文能力就会提高,学生就会写出好文章。     

Selection models in the music industry: How a prior independent experience may affect chart success

The is article analyses the two main approaches for artists’ selection in the recording industry: the direct model in which large major companies directly choose new artists from the supply market, and the agency model in which small independent labels realise the first choice and, subsequently, large organisations pick their new artists among those pre-selected by independents.An empirical analysis of chart sales reveals that artists selected through the agency model exhibit a longer presence on the chart due to repeated successes, while they are slower to reach heavy success once they have entered the chart. Conversely, the direct model leads to artists with a faster path to a strong success, but the same artists have a shorter presence on the chart due to the sporadic nature of their success. The profile of artists selected through these two models is also found to be different: big international soloist stars are more frequently selected through the direct model, while national bands are more frequently selected through the agency model.The insights suggest important implications for management in the cultural industries and especially in the recording industry. 论行政伦理选择机制的重构

行政伦理选择理论对于行政道德建设具有重要的指导意义。但以往的认识过于理性化 ,即它是建立在道德自律和为道德而道德的理论基础之上的 ,实践证明 ,这是一种片面、脱离实际从而不能有效指导人们道德实践的理论。只有走出道德自律论的误区 ,才能构建有效的行政伦理选择机制。确立正确的幸福观、德福一致的公正制度是有效地进行道德选择的内在和外在机制。     

中国竞技体操选材现状研究

对1950一2002年间与竞技体操选材有关的文章进行了检索,并对我国50余年来竞技 体操选材方面的研究进展情况进行了分析。研究认为,竞技体操选材必须加强运动员中、高级选 材和单项选材工作;加强心理与专项结合的选材研究;加大综合选材的力度。     

护理论文中统计学应用状况及存在的问题和对策

选择<中华护理杂志><实用护理杂志><护士进修杂志><护理学杂志>和<山西护理杂志>等5种护理学期刊为研究对象,应用文献计量法对其1995-1999年间的载文量、统计学应用情况进行统计分析.结果表明:5年间载文量呈逐年增加趋势,后2年论文的统计学应用率较前3年明显增加(P＜0.01).提出解决护理论文在统计学上存在问题所应采取的对策.     

西部民族传统体育发展的文化选择

文章通过对西部民族传统体育与现代体育的差异分析,揭示了社会生产力发展水平是民族传统体育发展变迁的文化动因,指出了民族传统体育面对西部大开发应作出向代表西部民族文化符号、服务西部民族全民健身、走向国内国际竞技舞台三个不同的方向进行新的文化选择与整合创新,实现现代转型。
