学校教育类期刊发排文章的原则

学校教育类期刊面向教师或学生，刊物质量不仅关系到期刊社的生存与发展，而且与培养祖国建设者有着重大关系。教育类期刊办得好坏与发排文章关系密切。因此，发排文章应遵循实用性、时效性、时序性、均衡性、重点优先、对刊物发表意见的文稿优先的原则，同时，还要遵守国家期刊出版的有关规定。     

Performance of Montessori and traditionally schooled nursery children on tasks of seriation, classification, and conservation

It was hypothesized that the Montessori curriculum accelerates the acquisition of a number of concrete operational skills. To test this, eighty 4-year-old children were given three Piagetian problems—seriation, classification, and conservation. Half of the subjects were from Montessori schools, and the other half were from more traditional nursery settings. Within each type of school, half of the children were first year and the other half were second year enrollees. Results showed that significantly more Montessori than traditional children seriated and classified objects like concrete thinkers but that there were no differences on the conservation problem. Year of enrollment did not influence performance on any of the tasks. It was concluded that the hypothesis was confirmed and that the failure to find acceleration of conservation performance was due to its advanced nature relative to the other problems and/or the tangential manner in which Montessori exercises deal with the critical concepts that underly it.     

The New Economy: what the concept owes to the OECD

In the last two decades, concepts have appeared that have influenced and even defined entire science and technology policies in Western countries: high technology, national system of innovation, information economy, knowledge-based economy, and the new economy. In all these policy developments, the OECD, acting as a think tank for its member countries, has been an important promoter of the concepts, turning them into buzzwords. This article looks at the concept of the new economy as the culmination of decades of work on technology and productivity, and explores the crucial role of the OECD in its dissemination and, above all, the role statistics have played in shaping science and innovation policies.

竞技太极推手发展现状的研究

一项运动从推广到走向竞技场是一段艰苦复杂的历程,然而太极推手在经过二十多年后竟然退出了竞技场,这其中肯定有一些主客观原因。本研究在文献分析、问卷调查以及录体外受精资料分析等基础上对竞技太极推手的竞赛规则、技术动作、训练保障等方面展开了分析与讨论,研究发现这些方面都有待于完善提高。     

Plan and generate: Explicit and implicit variational augmentation for multi-document summarization of scientific articles

Multi-Document Summarization of Scientific articles (MDSS) is a challenging task that aims to generate concise and informative summaries for multiple scientific articles on a particular topic. However, despite recent advances in abstractive models for MDSS, grammatical correctness and contextual coherence remain challenging issues. In this paper, we introduce EDITSum, a novel abstractive MDSS model that leverages sentence-level planning to guide summary generation. Our model incorporates neural topic model information as explicit guidance and sequential latent variables information as implicit guidance under a variational framework. We propose a hierarchical decoding strategy that generates the sentence-level planning by a sentence decoder and then generates the final summary conditioned on the planning by a word decoder. Experimental results show that our model outperforms previous state-of-the-art models by a significant margin on ROUGE-1 and ROUGE-L metrics. Ablation studies demonstrate the effectiveness of the individual modules proposed in our model, and human evaluations provide strong evidence that our model generates more coherent and error-free summaries. Our work highlights the importance of high-level planning in addressing intra-sentence errors and inter-sentence incoherence issues in MDSS.     

论统计信息失真的原因与对策

统计信息的准确性、及时性、全面性,对一个国家、一个地区的经济运行起到举足轻重的作用,但如今统计信息的真实性令人担忧,造成当前统计信息严重失真的原因是多方面的。根据统计信息失真的原因提出相应的对策措施,提高统计信息的可信度．     

基于语料库和语类分析的博士生学术英语教学模式

本文围绕北京地区某研究型大学开设的博士生英语课程,介绍其所采用的研究论文语类分析和语料库文本分析相结合的教学模式｡该课程首先讲授研究论文各个语篇部分的典型语步及凸显特征与交际功能。同时,学生以学业导师所推荐论文为练兵场,观察、讨论并标注典型语步,进一步归纳各语步趋于使用的词汇语法､短语和句式特征。课程反馈表明,该模式明显促进了学生学术交际能力的发展,在有限的学时内提高了研究生学术英语教学的实效性。     

冠词缺失与中介语句法损伤研究

本研究在最简方案理论框架内,通过分析中国学习者英语语料库中的书面语料,探讨二语中的冠词缺失和中介语句法损伤之间的关系。结果显示,中国英语学习者虽然省略使用了一定数量的英语冠词,但其英语中的功能语类D 能够得以体现,几乎没有出现冠词替代错误,也没有违反there be 存现句的“限定性限制”。表明中国英语学习者具有区分限定性与非限定性的句法知识,已经设定了英语的限定性特征值,中介语句法系统没有损伤。
