This article describes the development of an interactive computer‐based laboratory manual, created to facilitate the teaching and learning of medical histology. The overarching goal of developing the manual is to facilitate self‐directed group interactivities that actively engage students during laboratory sessions. The design of the manual includes guided instruction for students to navigate virtual slides, exercises for students to monitor learning, and cases to provide clinical relevance. At the end of the laboratory activities, student groups can generate a laboratory report that may be used to provide formative feedback. The instructional value of the manual was evaluated by a questionnaire containing both closed‐ended and open‐ended items. Closed‐ended items using a five‐point Likert‐scale assessed the format and navigation, instructional contents, group process, and learning process. Open‐ended items assessed student's perception on the effectiveness of the manual in facilitating their learning. After implementation for two consecutive years, student evaluation of the manual was highly positive and indicated that it facilitated their learning by reinforcing and clarifying classroom sessions, improved their understanding, facilitated active and cooperative learning, and supported self‐monitoring of their learning. 在为期6周的教学实验中,实验组和控制组分别采用语法辅助的词块法和词块法两种教法。实验结束后,使用独立样本t检验分析两组受试口语测试成绩,结果表明,实验组的口语能力显著高于控制组。因此,语法辅助的词块法可以作为对词块法的完善和发展,适用于大学英语口语教学,以有效提高大学生的口语水平。 相似文献

以晋荞2号(苦荞)为研究对象,采用四种方法:热水浸提法、乙醇浸提法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法,提取苦荞中总黄酮类化合物,并使用亚硝酸钠一硝酸铝比色法定量测定提取所得的黄酮类化合物。实验结果表明:热水浸提法的总黄酮得率比较低,乙醇浸提法和超声波辅助法的总黄酮得率差异不明显,而微波辅助提取法得率最高,该法具有明显的高效性。 相似文献

Our society treats people with disabilities in an inequitable manner when compared with non-disabled people. This marginalisation is especially telling in the area of end-of-life issues. The confounding of disability with terminal illness can support practices of encouraging death via assisted suicide and other means for people who, although vulnerable, are not at the end of their lives. The purpose of this paper is to examine a series of news articles covering a Canadian story of assisted suicide. From 2004–2006, newspapers followed the case of Marielle Houle, a mother accused of assisting her son in committing suicide. Although he had a disabling condition at the time of his death, Fariala was not at the end of his life. We use the analytical framework of critical discourse analysis to understand what role, if any, the press played in creating and reinforcing larger societal assumptions about living and dying with a disability. 相似文献

This case study reports on an investigation of the attitude of education students towards virtual reality (VR) as a tool in the educational process, and towards virtual learning environments on specific disciplines. Our results indicate a favourable attitude towards VR in the educational process. Although immersion was not supported in this study, half of the students declared immersion experiences. Students consider the mouse the most effective input device for navigation in virtual environments, with a joystick the second one. Because the sampling population is small, the qualitative results must be regarded as tentative. There is, however, a need for further investigation, which is currently being undertaken by our group. 相似文献

对三垂面基体上非自发形核进行了研究. 根据非自发形核的条件,对临界形核半径和临界形核功进行了推导,得到了临界形核功与润湿角的数学表达式.结果表明,临界形核功仅与润湿角有关,说明润湿角在非自发形核中起非常重要的作用.对形核润湿角进行的讨论表明了,与自发形核相比,非自发形核具有更小的临界形核功. 相似文献
