超融合架构的大数据虚拟仿真实验平台建设研究

为了更好地开展大数据实验教学与研究,提高大数据实验课程质量,克服传统大数据实验建设弊端,基 于 KVM 技术与超融合架构设计一种新的大数据虚拟仿真实验平台建设方案。该方案将计算和存储融合在X86 单一物理节点中,分布式存储成本低,提高了 IO 性能,具有开放兼容、易于扩展,方便维护、高可用等特点。该大数据虚拟仿真实验平台能够简化大数据实验平台环境搭建,提高教学实验效率。基于该平台可以定制各种实验环境,通过弹性分配计算资源,保障实验教学环境稳定运行。     

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Rural Business Clusters: The Relation Between ICT Adoption and Benefits Derived From Cluster Membership

This study examines the relationships between information and communication technologies (ICT) usage, the benefits a company derives from membership in a rural business cluster, and the success of rural companies. Analysis of 333 rural businesses located in northern lower Michigan showed a strong relationship between (a) ICT adoption and benefits derived from the membership in business clusters, (b) ICT adoption and self-reported business success, and (c) benefits derived from business clusters and business success. Although analysis indicates that these relationships may be industry specific, results suggest that ICT adoption by rural enterprises may have advantages for the region's social capital and business success and may help reduce the digital divide experienced in rural communities.     

传播新技术对政治参与的影响：以互联网为例

互联网这一传播新技术的应用和发展,对于各种形式的民主都产生了影响,以其自身力量塑造了一个属于互联网数字时代的政治民主环境。本文通过解释互联网中的社会民主参与,结合案例分析互联网这一新型传播媒介对政治民主参与与控制的影响,并试图通过讨论探究原因,得到对＂传播新技术对政治参与的影响＂这一议题的正确认识。     

水浇地黄芩生育规律及栽培技术的研究

黄芩是应用较广的中药材 ,商品来源主要依靠野生资源 ,由于盲目采挖 ,资源濒临绝迹。在半干旱地区人工种植黄芩生长期长 ,产量低 ,质量差 ,不能满足内外销的需求。我们经过连续 3年的研究 ,基本摸清了黄芩的生育规律及对生态环境条件的要求 ,并探索发现了培育高产、优质水浇地 1年生黄芩的栽培及初加工技术 ,为黄芩的进一步推广应用提供了科学依据。     

运用多媒体互联网推进思想政治教育教学创新

高校进行思想政治教育教学创新,必须充分利用现代科学技术手段。要通过积极利用现代信息和传播技术,大力推动思想政治教育教学信息化,促进思想政治教育教学现代化。进一步完善高校的计算机网络,加快数字图书馆等教育公共服务体系建设。思想政治理论课教师在教育教学创新中承担着重要的角色,教师要富有创新精神,才能培养出创新人才,教师应该勇于创新,与时俱进。     

Moving beyond enhancing pedagogies with digital technologies: Frames of reference,habits of mind and transformative learning

Abstract

Digital technologies are a part of schooling, however, given the significant focus on using of digital technologies in teaching and learning, there is little evidence of wide scale transformation. It is within this context that this paper reports on a qualitative, explanatory case study of six teachers, with experience in enhancing pedagogies in a well-established ubiquitous technologies environment, consciously seeking to transform their practice to enact personalized digital learning. The findings indicate three interacting factors contributed to the degrees of transformation: teachers’ frames of reference (beliefs and attitudes), habits of mind (prior experience), and modes of transformative learning. This paper highlights how diversification of classroom roles, relationships and actions created challenges for teachers with experience integrating digital technologies in teaching and learning.     

局域网共享Internet方案的探讨

文章从IP地址分配的角度，分析了局域网接入Internet时存在的地址问题，提出了解决该问题的基本思路，并介绍了解决与之相关的代理技术等问题．     

移动学习系统及其相关学习模式

上海交通大学现代远程教育研究中心自主研发的移动学习系统具有课程点播、课程直播、资源下载以及自动答疑等功能。当前,移动学习系统中存在基于学习工具的多种学习模式、基于资源的学习模式、基于问题的学习模式、以个人为中心的自主学习模式以及以小组为中心的集体学习模式。将多种学习模式合理结合起来会得到优良的移动学习模式。现有移动学习系统存在学生与老师以及学生与学生间的沟通渠道不够通畅、沟通方式不够多样、沟通环境不够有效等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了可能的解决方案。     

Dissemination of public health information: key tools utilised by the NECOBELAC network in Europe and Latin America

Background: Open Access (OA) to scientific information is an important step forward in communication patterns, yet we still need to reinforce OA principles to promote a cultural change of traditional publishing practices. The advantages of free access to scientific information are even more evident in public health where knowledge is directly associated with human wellbeing. Objectives: An OA ‘consolidation’ initiative in public health is presented to show how the involvement of people and institutions is fundamental to create awareness on OA and promote a cultural change. This initiative is developed within the project NEtwork of COllaboration Between Europe and Latin American Caribbean countries (NECOBELAC), financed by the European Commission. Methods: Three actions are envisaged: Capacity building through a flexible and sustainable training programme on scientific writing and OA publishing; creation of training tools based on semantic web technologies; development of a network of supporting institutions. Results: In 2010–2011, 23 training initiatives were performed involving 856 participants from 15 countries; topic maps on scientific publication and OA were produced; 195 institutions are included in the network. Conclusions: Cultural change in scientific dissemination practices is a long process requiring a flexible approach and strong commitment by all stakeholders.     

新兴技术的未来产业影响力之分析方法研究综述

文章对国内外新兴技术未来产业影响力的分析方法进行了整理和综评,提出了评价新兴技术未来产业影响力的三大关键问题,即:确定影响因素、建立指标体系和搜集研究数据,并通过对新兴技术未来产业影响力研究所存在的过分依赖专家经验、缺乏有力的数据分析支持、缺乏对动态性影响因素的考虑现状问题分析,提出了通过扩宽数据来源、融合数学理论方法和开发实时技术评价信息系统来解决问题的思路。
