选取华东地区某地科技园150家大学生创业企业为样本,考察创业能力的不同维度在创业团队中介作用下对创业绩效的影响作用。结果表明,大学生异质化创业能力与创业绩效显著正相关,创业团队在创业能力对创业绩效的影响过程中起中介作用,通过创业团队可以最大化创业能力对创业绩效的提升效果。该研究丰富了公司治理与公司绩效关系理论,拓展了大学生创业能力理论研究范畴。  相似文献

基于激发型信息处理的视角,探讨了合作目标互依性、知识共享和团队反思与科研团队创造力之间的关系,构建了相应的概念模型。运用结构方程模型和225个有效科研团队样本对所提出的假设进行检验。实证研究结果表明,合作目标互依性对科研团队创造力有积极影响;知识共享与团队反思在合作目标互依性与科研团队创造力之间具有完全中介效应,而知识共享对团队反思有正向促进作用。研究结果打开了合作目标影响科研团队创造力的信息处理黑箱,扩展了激发型信息处理视角在团队创造力研究领域中的应用。  相似文献

In this paper, we analyze detection of multilevel phase-shift keying (MPSK) signals transmitted over a Gamma shadowed Nakagami-m fading channel. We derive novel analytical expression, in terms of Meijer’s G function, for Fourier coefficients of the probability density function of the received signal composite phase. Under the assumption of the imperfect reference signal extraction in the receiver, which is performed from the pilot signal, the analytical expression is derived for the symbol error probability (SEP) in the form of convergent series. The existence of the error floor is identified, and expression for its computation is provided. Mathematical proofs for convergence of Fourier series are provided for both SEP and SEP floor, and novel expressions of upper bounds for truncation errors are derived in terms of elementary mathematical functions. The convergence rate of the derived expressions is examined. Numerical results are confirmed independently by Monte-Carlo simulations.  相似文献

This paper deals with the synchronization control of a class of delayed neural networks using a fast fixed-time control theory. By employing Lyapunov stability theory, a novel sufficient criterion is derived such that two neural networks can be synchronized within a fixed-time. Compared with some existing results, the proposed controller can render two neural networks faster synchronized. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the criterion.  相似文献

High performance multiphase motor drive requires precise knowledge of the state quantities and the machine parameters. Access to these state quantities is through measurement using sensors whose accuracy is paramount to achieve the performance level required by industrial applications. However, the problems of the parameters variations, inaccessibility to the measurement of some states, no-observability of the machine in some regions, the cost of the sensors and their lack of precision, make this very difficult task. To address these problems, it is necessary to resort to soft sensors through the design of observers and estimators. In multiphase induction motor drive, the observation problem arises especially for rotor flux that is not accessible for measurement. About the parameters variations, the rotor resistance and the stator resistance are the most critical parameters of the machine because their influence is crucial for the control and observation. The change in the resistances can be as large as 40–50% of the rated value, which may affect the control adversely. This paper develops a new structure of an adaptive sliding mode observer based on an online estimation of the rotor resistance value in order to avoid the effect of its variation in the rotor flux oriented control. The results show convergent (the errors in the transient and steady states are 5% and 1%, respectively) behavior of the drive using the proposed control scheme for large rotor resistance variation under loaded condition. The stability of the drive is proved using Lyapunov criteria. The simulation results are validated using real time implementation.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of stochastic stability and stabilization of stochastic Markovian jump delay systems (SMJDSs) based on LaSalle theorem. The time delays are assumed to be time-varying and numerous stochastic disturbances are considered. Attention is focused on the design of the mode-dependent state feedback controller for SMJDSs based on LaSalle theorem such that the closed-loop SMJDSs are almost surely asymptotically stable. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of the state feedback control problem are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When the LMIs are feasible, the desired state feedback controller is also given. Two numerical examples including the vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) helicopter system are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the method proposed in this paper  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the adaptive finite-time control for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems driven by the noise of covariance. The traditional growth conditions assumed on the drift and diffusion terms are removed through a technical lemma, and the negative effect generated by unknown covariance noise is compensated by combining adaptive control technique with backstepping recursive design. Then, without imposing any growth assumptions, a smooth adaptive state-feedback controller is skillfully designed and analyzed with the help of the adding a power integrator method and stochastic backstepping technique. Distinctive from the global stability in probability or asymptotic stability in probability obtained in related work, the proposed design algorithm can guarantee the solution of the closed-loop system to be finite-time stable in probability. Finally, a stochastic simple pendulum system is skillfully constructed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献
