临床医学科学学位与专业学位教育培养模式的比较研究

在回顾我国临床医学专业学位和科学学位体系的建立和发展基础上,从培养目标、指导方式、课程学习、临床实践、学位论文及质量评价等六个方面对临床医学专业学位与科学学位研究生培养模式进行深入比较,并结合国外医学教育现状,阐明了我国临床医学专业学位的特色和创新。     

The laboratory test utilization management toolbox

Efficiently managing laboratory test utilization requires both ensuring adequate utilization of needed tests in some patients and discouraging superfluous tests in other patients. After the difficult clinical decision is made to define the patients that do and do not need a test, a wealth of interventions are available to the clinician and laboratorian to help guide appropriate utilization. These interventions are collectively referred to here as the utilization management toolbox. Experience has shown that some tools in the toolbox are weak and other are strong, and that tools are most effective when many are used simultaneously. While the outcomes of utilization management studies are not always as concrete as may be desired, what data is available in the literature indicate that strong utilization management interventions are safe and effective measures to improve patient health and reduce waste in an era of increasing financial pressure.     

远红外线与空气负离子生物学效应及其临床应用

文章从远红外线和空气负离子的基本概念和特征入手,分析了远红外线和空气负离子的生物学效应,并对国内外的相关临床应用做了一定的蔬理,认为远红外线主要的功效是消炎止痛、促进组织再生与修复、消毒灭菌和抑制肿瘤等;而空气负离子对呼吸系统、循环系统和神经系统疾病均有明显的疗效。     

医学教育临床实践法律风险防范思考

文章通过对医学教育临床实践活动引发法律纠纷的原因进行剖析,提出建立以手段调整和法律完善为主要内容的医学教育临床实践法律风险防范体系,从而保障临床实践在医学教育中的人才培养功能的实现,促进医学高等教育在法律的框架下健康有序的发展.     

高职护理早期接触临床的改革与实践——以“识岗、临岗、练岗”为主要形式

早期接触临床已成为世界医学教育改革的一个重要趋势,襄樊职业技术学院医学院护理专业从2007年开始探索并实施多种方式分段进行早期接触临床,制定了教学安排应遵循的原则;通过对教学效果进行分析,发现在早期接触临床中存在的问题,以建立高素质的＂双师型＂教师队伍、建立沟通机制和完善管理体制为抓手,促使学校、医院有效联合,达到教学做一体的教学要求,完成学生临床学习与顶岗实习的有效对接,培养高端技能型护理人才。     

1号新伤药联合低频磁疗机治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床研究

探讨了外敷l号新伤药联合低频磁疗机治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果．将35例急性踝关节损伤患者随机分为2组,实验组使用外敷1号新伤药联合低频磁疗机治疗,对照组采用单纯外敷1号新伤药治疗．结果表明：实验组,在减轻局部的疼痛、肿胀的消除、关节功能恢复等方面均优于对照组．外敷1号新伤药加用低频磁疗机综合治疗急性踝关节扭伤,具有见效快、疗程短、疗效好的特点,是一种有效防治踝关节损伤急性愈合期后活动功能障碍的好方法．     

强专业性学科硕士生培养对策研究——以临床医学专业为例

以临床医学为强专业性学科的典型代表,分析了我国住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养二者并轨后,临床医学学术型和专业型硕士研究生存在的问题:定位认知不明、科研训练不足、生源不均衡等,并针对性地提出了改革培养模式、组建导师团队、完善考核制度、与博士培养接轨等建议。     

案例教学法下临床医学专业教学教改探讨

研究目的:分析临床医学专业中案例教学法的应用,以及具体应用效果;研究方法:采用分组对照法的方式,以我校2017级临床医学专业1-6班学生为研究对象,将1-3班学生设置为实验组,采用案例教学法的教学模式,4-6班设置为对照组,采用传统教学模式,对比两组学生的具体学习效果;研究结果:采用案例教学法的实验组学生,在学习积极性和成绩考核上均明显高于采用传统教学法的对照组学生,两者差异显著,有统计学意义;研究结论:在临床医学专业教学中实施案例教学法,能够对教学质量的提升起到积极的促进效果.     

A simplified approach to teaching medical students ocular movements and the rationale in testing the oculomotor,trochlear, and abducent nerves

The actions of the individual extraocular muscles are best explained to medical students in a lecture format by showing the relationship of each muscle to the axes of the globe and the walls of the bony orbit. The lateral and medial rectus muscles cross only the vertical axis, and consequently, cause only abduction and adduction, respectively. These muscles can be tested simply by asking the patient to abduct or adduct. Inability to do so indicates that the muscles and/or their innervation have been compromised. In contrast, the superior and inferior oblique and rectus muscles cross all three axes (vertical, horizontal, and anteroposterior) of the globe. Therefore, concentric contraction of each of these muscles results in three movements; abduction or adduction, elevation or depression, and intorsion or extorsion. These muscles must be tested with a sequence of two movements. Gaze can be either elevated or depressed by both an oblique and a rectus muscle. If abduction or adduction occurs first, one muscle of the pair becomes incapable of causing elevation or depression of the pupil. The rationale for abducting or adducting first is that either the oblique or rectus muscle of the pair will no longer cross the horizontal axis and will then be unable to effect the desired movement. Inability to elevate or depress gaze from the abducted or adducted position shows which muscle, the oblique or rectus, and/or its innervation has been compromised.
