论案件事实信息的法律属性

诉讼证据中蕴涵的案件事实信息的收集、运用、识别和认定都应当符合法律规定的原则和程序。诉讼中要突出案件事实信息的法律属性，必须强化民事诉讼中的原被告双方或者刑事诉讼中的控辩双方的具有对抗性的举证和质证、分析和反驳，同时，法官应着重审查原被告或控辩双方举示的证据是否符合法律规定的条件，并对诉讼证据中蕴涵或留存的案件事实信息是否真实，以及这些案件事实信息是否就是证据事实，这些证据事实是否能够足以证明（即恢复或还原）案件事实，作为定案的根据等进行识别和认定。

关于世界物质统一性的逻辑论证

世界物质统一性原理，是辩证唯物主义对世界本质问题的科学回答，是凝结了人类认识史上极为丰富经验的伟大真理。通过对典型哲学史实的分析描述以及理论分析，可以对这一原理的正确性作出纵向和横向的逻辑证明。同时由于统一的物质世界和人类对物质世界的认识都是无限发展的。所以这一证明又必将是一个持续的过程，有待于继续深化。     

试析毛泽东的农民观

毛泽东在领导中国革命的过程中,充分认识到农民是中国民主革命的主力军,中国共产党必须通过土地革命,发动和领导农民,开展武装斗争,方能取得革命的胜利从而开辟了一条以农村包围城市,最后夺取全国政权的革命道路。在社会主义建设时期,毛泽东又提出了农业是国民经济基础的思想。但由于客观上受到国际环境变化的压力,主观上急于求成,在农业和农民政策上,犯了“大跃进”、“人民公社化”、“四清”、“文化大革命”等一系列左的错误。     

Student views concerning evidence and the expert in reasoning a socio‐scientific issue and personal epistemology

This study investigated their views concerning evidence and expert opinion of 10th‐grade students, accessed by an open‐ended questionnaire in the context of a socio‐scientific issue: the cause of flood disasters, and personal epistemology identified by the Learning Environment Preference Questionnaire (LEP). Students' responses to the open‐ended questions showed that when thinking about the flood issue, most students rely heavily on direct and numerical data to draw their conclusions, while experts represented a source of conclusive information. The LEP scores indicated that, in terms of epistemological development, students were mostly at the stage of the ‘multiplicists’ in Perry's model. The statistical analysis suggested that view towards evidence and expert were associated with personal epistemology.     

浅谈康熙统一台湾的现实意义

台湾问题是我国当前面临的一个事关国家主权领土统一、完整的关键问题。在坚持“一国两制”、“和平统一”的基本原则下,借鉴康熙收复台湾的历史经验,采取军事、政治、经济、统一战线等多种途径,是解决台湾问题的有效策略。     

Complex Systems Approaches to Educational Research: Introduction to the Special Issue

Abstract

To explore the movement toward increased complex systems (CS) research in education, this special issue of the Journal of Experimental Education was developed to identify some under-examined places where CS approaches have advanced research. The articles provide empirical examples of research leveraging methods and analyses from complexity science. In this introduction article to the special issue, we discuss the authors’ contributions to defining and explicating concepts and methods that fall under the umbrella of CS perspectives and how these methods were used to investigate complex processes in their topics of study. The articles capture the goal of the special issue to demonstrate how the research questions framed by CS assumptions can change our expectations about the very nature of the processes under study in education. We then take a more global perspective and acknowledge the commonalities amongst the papers, including (a) the reliance on intensive data to answer research questions, and (b) the use of dynamic approaches that yield findings about the stability and change of these systems and phenomena.     

对新形势下高校毕业生就业问题的若干思考

近几年来高校毕业生特别是专科毕业生就业现状 :优先考虑经济利益和国家干部身份 ;向往中心城镇或沿海发达地区 ,不愿到基层和边远落后地区。形成毕业生就业现状的原因是 :经济形势严峻和就业岗位不足 ;市场经济发育不充分 ,政策法规不配套 ;就业环境不理想和门槛过高 ;不同行业和职业之间的差异。解决毕业生就业问题 ,可以借鉴外国经验 ,健全就业指导机构和就业机制 ;健全公平竞争的就业和用人机制 ;拓宽就业渠道 ;要苦练“内功” ,增强竞争力 ;抓住机遇 ,转变就业观念 ,树立正确的就业观
