从心理契约论的新视角来关注学生管理问题，应注意把握几个环节：明确期望、培养责任、不断沟通、解释原因。“心理契约”是建立在契约双方互相信任的基础上的，其构建的基础是充分了解人的需要，其内容应随着主体的变化而变化。     

课程学习经历何以影响本科生满意度?——专业承诺的中介效应检验

改善高校的教与学,以提升高等教育质量,是我国高等教育发展的重要途径。文章运用对重庆市6所高校493名本科生的调查数据探讨了学生感知的课程学习经历与课程满意度及专业承诺的关系。研究发现(1)本科生课程学习经历、课程满意度和专业承诺总体情况较好,女生感知的课程学习经历和专业承诺水平均优于男生;(2)课程满意度在主要的人口学变量上均无显著差异;(3)不同的课程学习经历对课程满意度存在显著影响,而这一影响受到专业承诺的中介影响。因此,高校优化课程学习环境可以增强学生专业承诺,提高其课程满意度。     

The relationship among learning outcome measures used in higher education

Although grades are still considered important signifiers of graduates’ quality, greater attention has been paid to other measures of learning outcomes in higher education. This shift in attention is attributed to an increased focus on study quality, employability, quality development and accountability. This article examines how grades relate to different measures of self-reported learning outcomes in engineering, health programmes and education programmes. Longitudinal data from national surveys in Norway are analysed in combination with data from public registers. Self-reported learning outcomes are related to student engagement and factors indicative of effective educational practices, while grades are related more to student background characteristics. Self-reported learning outcomes therefore measure individual gain or value added, using the personal starting point as a reference In this regard, this paper argues that it is important to critically discuss what kind of measures should be used as learning outcomes.     

Antecedents of student teachers’ affective commitment to the teaching profession and turnover intention

Several European countries have experienced both a dearth of and reduction in the quality of applicants to teacher education study programmes. There is also significant leakage from these programmes. The rationale for this study therefore lies in the need to reduce teacher attrition. Research indicates that affective commitment to a profession is an important factor in sustaining good professional practice. This study explores the antecedents of both commitment and turnover intention among student teachers in Norway. The analysis indicates that there are stronger associations between commitment and experiences (particularly from dialogues with school mentors) gained during and after teaching practice in schools than is the case for the more campus-based elements of training. One implication is that there may be justification for placing emphasis on improving the preparation of school mentors and on points of contact between teacher educators and school mentors.     

Professional Characteristics and Teacher Professionalism of Secondary School Teachers

Questionnaire responses from 338 secondary school teachers were analysed to relate teachers' professional characteristics (comprising teaching experience, professional development, and academic and professional qualifications) to teacher professionalism, defined in terms of the two dimensions, teaching competence and commitment to teaching. The Professional Development and Teacher Professionalism Instrument (PDTPI) was devised to measure professional development and teacher professionalism. Inferential statistical techniques employed in the study showed that the variable, teaching experience, was not related to teacher professionalism. Professional development, on the other hand, was found to be an important variable, with the mean teacher professionalism scores between the “high” and “low” professional development groups being significantly different. The study also found that academic qualification was not related to teacher professionalism. However, teachers who had higher professional qualifications were found to possess a higher degree of teacher professionalism.

组织承诺反映了学生成员对社团的认同和投入程度，它极大地影响着学生社团的正常运行，是刻画社团组织的兴衰荣败，甚至大学校园化发展的晴雨表。本研究通过经验资料的分析得出：1、当前大学生社团的组织承诺状况；2、影响大学生社团组织承诺的结构性因素；3、大学生社团组织承诺的类型。     

组织承诺及其对人力资源管理的启示

本文通过对组织承诺概念与组成部分、组织承诺的影响因素、组织承诺的行为意义的探讨，结合组织管理实际．在组织的文化建设、员工职业生涯规划、激励政策制定及引导员工合理流动等方面，提出对人力资源管理实践的指导性意见。
