情绪智力中的移情是指体验表达他人的情绪。具有为人方式和沟通技能两个特征。作为为人方式的移情将主体和客体的意图观点和情感联结起来创造良好的人际氛围；作为沟通技能的移情可以从察知、实用方法、决断三个维度，搜寻核心信息、倾听整个局面、选择性应答。     

Building Better Bridges: Toward a Transdisciplinary Science Communication

ABSTRACT

In this article the authors envision a more durable and portable model of scholarship on public engagement with science through partnerships between rhetoricians of science and quantitative social scientists. The authors consider a number of barriers and limitations that make such partnerships difficult, with an eye toward discovering ways that researchers may overcome them. The authors conclude by articulating guidelines for reciprocal transdisciplinary work as well as specific recommended practices for such collaborations.

Ugandan adolescents’ sources,interpretation and evaluation of sexual content in entertainment media programming

Although mounting evidence in Western nations indicates that entertainment media influence young people’s sexual socialisation, virtually no research has addressed the topic in sub-Saharan Africa. The present study employed 14 focus groups of Ugandan high school students to identify media through which they were exposed to sexual content, how they interpreted and evaluated that content, and how they compared its influence with that of parents, schools and religious institutions. Participants most often mentioned TV, followed by print media and Internet as sources of sexual material. Media were said to present discrepant messages regarding the timing of sexual debut, with international programming urging early sexual debut and local programming described as urging young people to delay sex. Young people spoke of turning to ssengas and kojjas for sexual advice, and a number of boys suggested pornography could also be educational. Both local and international programming was interpreted as conveying views of men as sex driven and women as submissive in sex and relationships. Participants expressed the belief that sexual media content had a negative impact on young people. Most nevertheless assessed these messages as more influential than other sources of sexual socialisation.     

Judging the Constructive Impacts of Communication Technologies: A Business Education Study

Through an IBM partnership, Acadia University has the benefit of an infrastructure that places a laptop computer in the hands of some 4000 faculty and students on campus. Coupled with anytime–anyplace campus access to the computer network, the setting offers unique opportunities to study the pedagogical impacts of the use of computers in classroom instruction.University business administration courses have routinely employed case study approaches in the delivery of some course content. The research described follows the use of an elaborate case study communications networking system being used in a business course on competitive intelligence. Though the technology collage allows for certain opportunities to promote quality instruction, not all aspects of technology use were found to be productive. This paper provides an analysis of the appropriateness of technology usage in the context of a single business education course.     

对高职大学生同学关系现状的思考

对高职学生同学关系状况及其相关因素的调查得知：高职学生的同学关系总的来说是正常、和谐的，但是也有一半以上的学生存在不同程度的不适应状况，从而影响与同学的良好交往。导致困扰高职学生同学关系障碍的原因是多方面的，要改善高职学生的同学关系，高职院校应当加强对学生的社交辅导，运用有关心理健康教育的理论和技术，指导学生的同学交往过程和同学交往活动，增进学生的人际互动和社会适应，克服人际交往障碍。提高人际交往质量，进而促进学生人格的成长和成熟。
