信息时代的编目工作如何更好地为读者服务

信息时代，新技术的广泛应用，使图书馆编目工作与读者服务工作发生了转变，浅谈了为适应这些转变，编目工作更好地为读者服务的途径。     

走向互联的数字图书馆

本文简要介绍了当前适用于数字图书馆的几种网络互联技术,分析了WebService技术用于数字图书馆网络互联的优势,并初步构建了基于WebService的数字图书馆群     

Edinburgh University,schools and the civil service in the early twentieth century

This article is a case study of the relation between urban schooling and university education, using two main sources. Data on the schools attended by history students at Edinburgh University between 1899 and 1933 illustrate the diversity and social ranking of schools in the city. New higher grade schools had a key role in increasing access to university education for both men and women, especially for prospective teachers; the significance of the Education (Scotland) Act of 1918 for Catholic schools, and the continuing importance of small private schools for girls, are also shown. The second source analyses the school origins of successful Edinburgh candidates in civil service examinations between 1896 and 1944, supplemented for other parts of Scotland by the report of the Royal Commission on the Civil Service of 1912. This elite career drew mainly from older schools, and contemporary claims for equality of opportunity in Scotland need to be treated with reserve.

对现行的上海市社区体育管理体制所存在的缺陷进行分析，提出上海市社区体育管理体制要分阶段、分层面地逐步推进，建立多系统、多层次的行政性与社区自主性相结合的新型社区管理体制。     

关于饭店价值的进一步思考

当今饭店业对于顾客价值的研究层出不穷,而这种主流思想将饭店价值引导到一个相对狭隘的层面,导致饭店经营的可持续发展受到冲击。全面分析了饭店价值的组成,提出饭店价值应该不仅仅是为顾客提供服务产品和为业主带来回报,而应该是扩大到包括员工以及社区经济文化的层面。     

网络健康信息精准服务模式研究

[目的/意义]为了满足网络用户日益增长的健康信息需求，本文旨在对网络健康信息精准服务模式进行研究，为我国健康信息服务发展提供参考。[方法/过程]本文在分析现有的网络健康信息服务模式的基础上，综合考虑了健康信息资源和用户需求两个方面的因素，构建了网络健康信息精准服务模式，并提出了精准信息服务：个性化定制服务、信息推送服务、个性化互动式服务。[结果/结论]网络健康精准信息服务在开展过程中还存在着许多问题，发展需要全社会的支持和配合。     

对苏州老城区居民健身活动场所开发利用的研究

采用问卷调查、实地考察和访谈等方法,对苏州老城区居民健身活动场所进行研究。结果显示,苏州老城区社区体育环境设施已成为影响居民健身锻炼的主要原因之一,与广大居民日益增长的健身需求极不相称。针对苏州老城区的特点提出,充分利用学校体育设施资源;结合古城区改造,规划好居民体育活动场所;加强社区体育组织管理;引导居民健身锻炼消费;经营性体育场所转变思路,将服务重点转向中老年群体等建议。     

Developing participation opportunities for young people with disabilities? Policy enactment and social inclusion in Australian junior sport

Abstract

Interventions aimed at increasing the participation of young people with disabilities in recreational sport have had mixed success. The authors draw on in-depth interviews with representatives from State Sporting Associations, local government officers and volunteers within community sports clubs in Victoria, Australia, to examine why some sports clubs are unable or unwilling to translate policy ambitions into practice. The findings indicate how by framing disability provision as ‘too difficult’, ‘not core business’ and antithetical to competitive success, community sports clubs are able to resist policy ambitions to modify existing structures and develop more inclusive practice. Greater priority needs to be given to transformational inclusion objectives and challenging ableism if clubs are to structurally progress the development of participation opportunities for young people with disabilities.     

我国信息服务业的发展策略研究

With a brief introduction to the characteristics of information service industry, this article analyzes the gap between the information service industry in China and abroad, and predicts the challenges and chances brought by China's acceding to WTO to the information service industry in China. Suggestions about the develolanent of the information service industry in China are also given.
