面向决策的“城市病”诊治情报服务探索

[目的/意义]探究面向决策的“城市病”诊治情报服务模式有利于对“城市病”问题进行综合把脉,帮助城市管理者迅速找准病因、症结,从而提升社会治理效率。[方法/过程]在总结“城市病”诊治相关理论与实践现状的基础上,从宏观环境（信息环境）、中观资源（大数据战略）与用户需求（决策需求）3个层面归纳“城市病”诊治情报服务的推动力,探讨“城市病”诊治情报服务体系的组织架构以及运行机制,指出“城市病”诊治情报服务应是环环相扣、动态演进、递进循环的工程化流程。[结果/结论]情报服务的介入可以促使“城市病”诊治过程更为精细化、系统化与协同化,为政府城市管理与决策提供极为有益的信息决策参考。按照工程化情报服务思维,“城市病”诊治思路将从被动的“应对”向主动的“服务”转变。     

The analysis and forecasting of male cycling time trial records established within England and Wales

The format of cycling time trials in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, involves riders competing individually over several fixed race distances of 10–100 miles in length and using time constrained formats of 12 and 24 h in duration. Drawing on data provided by the national governing body that covers the regions of England and Wales, an analysis of six male competition record progressions was undertaken to illustrate its progression. Future forecasts are then projected through use of the Singular Spectrum Analysis technique. This method has not been applied to sport-based time series data before. All six records have seen a progressive improvement and are non-linear in nature. Five records saw their highest level of record change during the 1950–1969 period. Whilst new record frequency generally has reduced since this period, the magnitude of performance improvement has generally increased. The Singular Spectrum Analysis technique successfully provided forecasted projections in the short to medium term with a high level of fit to the time series data.

一维二元光子晶体滤波特性研究

把一维时域有限差分方法用于一维二元光子晶体的滤波特性研究,数值模拟多种因素对一维二元光子晶体的滤波特性的影响,结果表明组成一维二元光子晶体的折射率、厚度、层数、入射角、光源的偏振态等都对滤波特性有影响,掺杂层位置、厚度、电磁参数都能调节其偏振滤波特性。     

水杨酸铁的流变相合成和红外光谱

用流变相反应法合成了水杨酸铁配合物，对样品在4000—400cm^-1。范围内的主要红外光谱吸收峰进行了归属，通过元素分析、TG和IR确定该配合物的组成为Fe(HSal)3．3H2O(HSal=O-OHC6H4CO2)。     

联苯型二氮杂17—冠—5的质谱研究(英文)

本文研究了冠醚化分物2,3,4,5—二(1’,2’—苯)—9.15—二对甲苯磺酰基—9.15—二氮杂—1.6,12,—三氧杂环十七—2.4—二烯(M)在电子轰击下分子裂解方式。在电子轰击下,大环(M)上所连的对甲苯磺酰基以及环上的键发生断裂产生亚稳离子,推导了m/z593,495,439,341,212,198,181,168等的亚稳态离子的结构。     

一种医疗诊断专家系统的设计与实现

针对目前公众自行购买非处方药治疗常见轻微疾病的过程中存在的问题,提出了开发基于Web的常见疾病自我诊断系统。该系统采用带有可信度的产生式规则表示法来表示常见病诊断知识,采用正反向混合推理模式,通过可信度的传递以及结论阈值的设定,实现了疾病诊断的数字化。经测试,系统诊断准确度达83%。本系统对完善常见病诊断方式、指导公众安全使用非处方药具有积极的作用。     

自聚焦克尔类电介质中非傍轴光束调制非稳的研究

Propagation stability of non-paraxial beam in nonlinear Kerr media is investigated with a linear stability method.Both theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that modulation instability(MI) gain spectrum has three different distribution features determined by the times of incident power P0 and the non-paraxial parameter a. Furthermore,the corresponding criterion is put forward to distinguish the three different distributions.     

苯甲酸分子的简正振动与拉曼光谱

利用量子化学软件计算得出了苯甲酸分子的平衡构形,基于这个构形,理论上计算出了苯甲酸分子的简正振动光谱,并与实验测得的结果进行了比较,最后对其简正振动模式进行了全面归属.     

Rotenone induces more serious learning and memory impairment than α-synuclein A30P does in Drosophila

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a heterogenous disease caused by multifactorial etiology. PD is characterized by the loss of dopaminergic (DA) neurons in the substantia nigra and the accumulation of Lewy bodies. In this study, two Drosophila PD models by exposing Drosophila to rotenone (sporadic PD models) are proposed, and the human α-synuclein A30P protein (family PD models) in Drosophila is expressed respectively.
