考察基于问题的学习(PBL)对非英语专业博士生国际学术交流意识的影响。前期对40名博士生导师和2008级60名非英语专业博士生进行的问卷调查结果显示:非英语专业博士生英语应用能力和"可迁移技能"差,缺乏真实的学习环境与教学语料,不利于其培养国际学术交流意识。教学实验前后针对2009级59名学生有关程序性和元认知性知识的问卷数据对比分析发现:PBL教学有助于学生获取这两方面的知识;在对英文摘要与信件写作文本进行双样本T检验分析中未见其在促进学生获得陈述性知识方面具优势。此外,采用Ant Conc软件对2009和2010级共60名接受PBL教学的学生有关课程感受的描述性写作文本进行主题词提取,总体反映出PBL教学对博士生国际学术交流意识的培养具有积极作用。  相似文献

博士生群体构成的日益多样化呼唤博士生培养模式的变革。当前博士生课程存在学生参与度低等问题,其合理性正面临挑战。对我国三所“双一流”高校教育学专业博士生的深度访谈发现,课程制度设计的模糊性与有限性导致学生选课决策更多表现为既定约束下的次优博弈。此种选课机制与课程教学质量的不确定性相结合,最终引致学生课堂参与行为的分异。博士生通过旁听、权变等非制度化实践,一定程度上彰显了学习者在教育场域中的能动性。未来,有必要增加博士生课程制度的弹性,重申有效互动的价值。  相似文献

We conducted a content analysis of generic qualitative counseling dissertations (GQR; N = 70), examining their methodological justifications, coherence, and trustworthiness. Dissertations authors often presented vague methodological justifications. Findings have implications for constructing methodological justifications, integrating relevant literature, and awareness of how GQR compares to other qualitative methodologies.  相似文献

以PQDT数据库中1984-2013年间共729篇国外知识管理领域博士学位论文为研究对象,采用Excel、SPSS软件进行共词分析、聚类分析和战略坐标图分析。结果显示:国外知识管理领域博士论文的研究主要集中在9个方面,其中知识形态研究、信息技术与知识管理系统研究、组织学习与战略管理研究是核心热点,企业创新与资本研究处于成熟研究区域,人工智能与决策支持研究处于研究的边缘位置,电子商务与知识整合研究、知识管理方式研究、知识管理应用研究有可能成为新的研究热点,组织文化研究具有发展为核心研究热点的潜力。  相似文献

Counselor education and supervision (CES) doctoral students play an important role in contributing to knowledge in the counseling profession. CES doctoral students were interviewed to explore their researcher identity, a unique self‐concept that possibly includes research self‐efficacy and interest. This study explored the causes of student disengagement from their doctoral studies in the biological and environmental sciences. The data came from interviews of 40 doctoral students (male?=?15, female?=?25) and underwent qualitative analysis for content. Our results showed that doctoral studies provide multiple contexts for disengagement, such as the scholarly community and supervision, while doctoral students’ sense of distress, cynicism and inefficacy emerged as central components of disengagement. The study identified isolation, indifference, and lack of support and constructive feedback as sources of cynicism, while distress and inefficacy were more often related to failure or lack of progress in research. Our findings indicate that the source of disengagement can vary not only between individuals, but also between the academic activities at hand. Thus, while promoting an engaging doctoral experience, awareness of what typically triggers disengagement in the doctoral journey is vital.  相似文献

A diverse sample of doctoral students completed an on-line questionnaire assessing their supervisors' academic, personal and autonomy support and their research self-efficacy. The more task-related help and personal support students received, the more positively they evaluated their supervision. The degree to which supervisors encouraged students to think and act autonomously (autonomy support) was not uniquely associated with students' supervision satisfaction but predicted greater research self-efficacy. A combination of high levels of autonomy and academic support was associated with the highest levels of research self-efficacy, whereas when greater levels of personal support were accompanied by low levels of autonomy support, students reported lower research self-efficacy. These results indicate that effective doctoral supervision involves supporting students to voice and act on their own ideas while simultaneously providing guidance on how to complete research tasks.  相似文献

以1999年-2009年1 082篇全国优秀博士学位论文为研究对象,对优秀博士论文的区域分布、授予单位、学科领域的分布形态进行了计量分析。结果显示,优秀博士论文在区域、学位授予单位、学科几个层面的分布都显示出不均衡的状态,而这种不均衡背后有着较为深远的影响因素在起作用。  相似文献

This article investigates how doctoral students perceive their research education in different disciplines in two higher education systems, the UK and France. It explores what underlies the diversity of doctoral students' experiences. Three theoretical positions are identified: the epistemological position, conceptualisation of research objects and organisational structures of research training. A questionnaire on the experiences of research training was distributed to doctoral students in Economics & Management (representative of social sciences) and Chemistry (representative of natural sciences) in France and was compared to a survey carried out earlier in Education (representative of social sciences) and Chemistry (representative of natural sciences) in the UK. Strikingly, similar disciplinary patterns were found in the doctoral research experiences in the two countries. The findings were used to review the three theoretical positions on the experiences of doctoral studies.  相似文献

本文通过对北京某综合性研究型大学2005年-2010年博士毕业生历史数据的梳理,以及对2010届毕业生的问卷调查,比较了男、女博士毕业生的年终落实率和求职过程与结果。研究发现,女博士获得第一个工作机会所需时间长于男博士。但在落实率、获得的工作机会总数、实习期间和实习期后起薪,以及工作满意度方面,均不存在显著的性别差异。基于上述结果,本文讨论了女博士在求职过程和结果上的特殊性,提出了有针对性的辅导建议。  相似文献
