当代青年大学生对“中国梦”的认同现状和培育践行--基于浙江部分高校的调查

当代青年大学生是中国特色社会主义事业的生力军和接班人,承担着推动和接力实现“中国梦”的伟大使命。在大样本问卷调查和深度访谈的基础上,从理性认知、情感认同和行为实践三个维度探索分析了当代青年大学生对“中国梦”的认同现状和主要特征,继而提出用“中国梦”引领当代大学生坚定理想信念、强化责任担当和激发文化气质。     

‘I’m strong within myself’: gender,class and emotional capital in childcare

Emotions have received increasing attention in educational circles in the last decade. Drawing on Bourdieu, feminist scholars use emotional capital to illustrate the ways gendered inequalities can compound the disadvantages of social class. This paper examines relationships within childcare services in Australia, showing how emotional capital functions as a resource for staff. Data from interviews with childcare staff illustrate key aspects of emotional capital, such as reflexivity, resilience and embodiment. Findings show that investing in emotional capital is the key to a long-lasting commitment to childcare work, and should be valued accordingly.     

Fostering Social and Emotional Skills for Well-Being and Social Progress

Children need a balanced set of cognitive, social and emotional capabilities to adapt to today's demanding, changing and unpredictable world. OECD countries and partner economies recognise the importance on the holistic development of individuals. However, there are big gaps between stakeholders' knowledge, expectations and practices on how to foster such skills. This paper presents evidence on the importance of social and emotional skills; on how policy makers and schools are currently enhancing and monitoring such skills; and, on the existing gaps between knowledge, expectations and practices to mobilise these skills. The paper concludes by pointing ways in which education stakeholders can do more to better develop and mobilise the skills that drive individual's well-being and social progress. The paper draws on findings and frameworks that are being published in a full OECD report entitled ‘Skills for Social Progress: the Power of Social and Emotional Skills’ in the first half of 2015.     

Profiles and predictors of behavioral resilience among children in child welfare

Children living in out-of-home care have experienced a multitude of adversities, often resulting in compromised functioning. The current study used Ontario Looking After Children (OnLAC) project data to estimate developmental trajectories of behavioral outcomes (i.e., conduct and emotional problems) over a 4-year period (i.e., ages 6–10 to 9–13) in 313 children living in out-of-home care. Predictors measured at baseline (e.g., sex) and across the subsequent 4-year period (e.g., parenting practices) were also investigated. Findings indicated that 64.2% and 58.6% followed resilient trajectories for conduct behaviors and emotional functioning, respectively. Predictors of resilient trajectories included internal developmental assets, number of children in the home, whether the child was receiving treatment, and positive parenting. Findings need to be interpreted with an understanding that children in out-of-home care have varying levels of functioning across various domains (e.g., educational, social) other than the ones measured here. Predictors were static and dynamic and cut across various contexts, emphasizing the importance of considering child functioning within an ecological model.     

体育直播平台社群文化对电子口碑生成动机影响:情感与环境刺激的链式中介效应

为深入探究体育直播平台社群文化、环境刺激、情感刺激对电子口碑生成动机影响,并检验情感刺激与环境刺激的链式中介效应。本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、因子分析和结构方程等方法,构建并检验了体育直播平台社群文化对电子口碑生成动机影响的结构方程模型。结果表明社群文化、环境刺激、情感均对电子口碑生成动机均具有显著正向影响;在社群文化影响电子口碑生成动机时,环境刺激、情感均具有显著的中介效应;环境刺激—情感的链式中介效应亦显著。鉴于此,本研究从搭建优质体育直播平台社群文化、优化平台社群环境、增强平台社群用户情感,提出促进体育直播平台电子口碑生成动机的对策与建议,以期为体育直播平台未来长远发展予以理论支撑和实践启示。     

教师持续专业学习与发展:内涵、条件与评估 ——专访英国诺丁汉大学荣休教授戴杰思

在教师发展领域,基于原有的教师“专业发展(PD)”“持续/连续专业发展(CPD)”,戴杰思教授进一步提出并强调教师“持续专业学习与发展(CPLD)”的概念。他认为,CPLD项目本质上是对教师实施的系列干预活动,主要是通过有意识地为教师提供有价值的学习内容和发展机会,促进教师的专业成长,从而实现学校的积极变革和可持续发展。在CPLD项目的设计和实施过程中,要重视教师的内因作用,特别是他们的情绪韧性;同时,学校在开展CPLD项目过程中,需要从四个方面保障其有效性,即正确认识教师学习的本质与改变、重视教师专业性、提升学校领导层重视度、创建专业学习共同体。由于教师工作的复杂性,CPLD项目实施效果的测量和评估需通过构建长期、多视角立体式的测评模式探索其有效的路径和方法。     

Light emitting diodes and the lighting revolution: The emergence of a solid-state lighting industry

Emergence of new industries from evolving technologies is critical to the global economy, yet has been relatively understudied due to the paucity of available data. This study draws lessons on industry emergence, by analyzing how a solid-state lighting (SSL) industry grew out of light emitting diode (LED) technologies that evolved for half a century, with participation by tens of thousands of researchers in universities, national laboratories, and firms. Using data on publications, patents, and firms combined with business history we trace the evolution of SSL through a succession of market niches. At times a few researchers with unorthodox research approaches made breakthroughs that greatly advanced particular technology trajectories and pushed LED research in unexpected directions. A succession of LED market niches advanced the technology and provided profits to incentivize continuing research while reducing cost and improving efficacy of LEDs. Innovating firms developed a thicket of patents and captured substantial profit, but were embroiled in extensive litigation that was ultimately resolved through cross-licensing. A major new generation of lighting products is now disrupting the traditional lighting industry. Although the leading incumbent lighting firms all invested early and heavily in SSL, the industry's future leadership is uncertain.     

挑战性-阻碍性压力对工作满意度、情绪衰竭的差异性影响——上下属关系的调节作用

采用问卷调查法,以254名企业员工为对象,探讨了挑战性-阻碍性压力对员工情绪衰竭与工作满意度的差异性影响,以及上下属关系的调节作用。结果表明:挑战性压力与阻碍性压力对员工工作满意度分别具有显著的正向与负向影响;阻碍性压力对员工情绪衰竭具有显著正向影响,而挑战性压力的正向影响作用则不显著;上下属关系对挑战性压力与工作满意度、阻碍性压力与情绪衰竭之间关系均具有显著的调节作用,具体表现为强化了挑战性压力的积极作用,缓解了阻碍性压力的消极作用。     

变革型领导与工作满意度的中介机制研究

较多研究验证了变革型领导对工作满意度的影响,但二者之间的中介作用机制研究还较为缺乏。通过对一家企业223位基层经理的调查,应用因子分析、回归分析和结构方程模型分析方法对数据进行了检验,结果显示：变革型领导与工作满意度显著正相关,情绪智力在变革型领导与工作满意度的关系中起中介作用。建议企业高层应该努力培养基层管理者的变革型领导风格,并且对其情绪管理要给予更多的关注,进而提高他们的工作满意度。     

军人心理情绪稳定性测试仪的研制

未来战争的较量,军人心理素质将发挥重要的作用。目前对心理情绪稳定性的衡量、训练还停留在定性层面,如何量化军人的心理情绪稳定性,强化心理情绪稳定性训练,是急需解决的问题。军人心理情绪稳定性测试仪通过采集受测试军人的心理情绪稳定性数据,经过科学的统计、计算、比对,通过心理测试科学算法来量化个人的心理情绪稳定性、认知能力等心理参数,从而准确评估受测者的心理素质,为进行心理训练和辅导提供可靠依据。
